We came in October and even though it was nearing the end of the season the service was fantastic, couldn’t fault it. The resort was great, absolutely lovely beach and the staff are all wonderful

Could not be more positive about Agapi Beach Resort. Firstly all the staff are so warm and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. They work exceptionally hard and are a credit to the hotel

Great resort, staff were super helpful especially those at the restaurant. The Spa was amazing and the staff took time to speak with us before recommending treatment to book

While I understand that, it is NOT what I paid for. My definition and passed experiences of all inclusives mean you put your wallet away unless you want to book excursions, extra restaurants or purchase premium alcohols

The answer we received was because it is high season, we stayed during September so in reality its end of season, we want to relieve as much traffic from the bars as possible and accelerate service

The location of the hotel is very good, and the room you booked has a sea view as soon as you open the door, and the beach is just a few steps away

The location is also excellent as right opposite the hotel is the bus stop to the city centre Definitely recommend this hotel!

Nice premium bungalows with plenty of space for 3 persons. Nice beach with free sunbeds and good service if you want to order drinks and snacks. All the staff were friendly and helpful

We could spent an amazing time in this hotel! The atmosphere was so relaxing and nice. This due to the super friendly staff that helped in every way. The breakfast and dinner buffet was very good

The food is exceptionally good and varied. The location is good; the beach is just a few steps from the hotel. Sun loungers and parasols are free all over the beach! We had a great time and would book again

We have been at Marirena Hotel just some days ago and I would like to underline that everything was perfect. I was surprised because lots of people sent descriptions that are not real

The room is spacious and has all the amenities (shower and toilet), which are clean and functional. The mattress was a little too hard for us, but for a short stay, it wasn't too bothersome

Great outdoor pool, clean and neat, friendly staff. Food is very good, with Maxim restaurant at the street level and has a very nice terrace

Cosy and relatively small, Castro is located on a five minute walk from Ammoudara Beach and has a bus stop in front of the hotel. The bus comes every 30 minutes so it take 20 minutes max to Heraklion city center

This Restaurant has been update since my last visit and food is very good and reasonably priced. Recommend the Calamari

We stayed for 10 nights and had a great time. Fantastic service with all the staff being friendly and helpful. Pool was really clean and nice. Very close to supermarkets, restaurants and specialty the beach

We appreciate very much that we had early check in because we arrived very early in the morning and were very tired. Breakfast was good and the food at the restaurant was excellent

We was last year 2024, all was ok special the food , the rooms was clean, but the furniture was outdated and the bathroom with the open shower wasn't very good. We only had breakfast, which is very ok

Fantastic hotel, very historic with a lot of charm and character. Rooms perfectly modern, all with balconies with sea-views. Pool perfectly clean and beach is on your doorstep

My room was incredible, with panoramic views that made every morning feel special. The staff were always polite and had big smiles, which made the stay even more enjoyable

We especially loved the abundance of fresh seafood and fish, and the desserts were divine, particularly the cheesecakes! It was such a treat to have snacks available all day at the grill snack bar, with tasty options like souvlaki, pita, gyros, and burgers

The location is beautiful and always very clean. The staff go out their way to learn your name and remember what you order. The swimming pool and beach are beautiful to look at or jump in on a hot day

We were also aware of the nearby power plant, but it didn't cause any noticeable pollution. The hotel itself feels newly renovated and very well-maintained

We were on a 10-day stay - so far, after 3 visits to Crete, we remember this one the best. The hotel is wonderful, to a high standard, well designed, with very good service and parking spaces

And the fresh crepes and waffles made by the lovely lady were simply amazing. Our room was always spotless, thanks to the daily cleaning service

Nice family hotel for the travellers who look for quiet and tidy accomodation. The family members managing the hotel are very friendly and helpful. Rooms, pool and other areas are clean. Rich breakfast offer.

Very friendly people, everything is clean and tidy and it's pretty quiet. Each room is equiped with a fridge and a small kitchen.

- the staff (2 brothers) very helpful and nice people - we arrived late at night (around 10 pm) and they offered us either fruit juice or water, on the house, after the long trip we did - a very nice "touch" - the room: very big, spacious, clean

the only "minuses": add more TV channels and some decorations in the room (a few paintings,etc). - the breakfast was basic but complete. - the pool very very nice: clean, with a nice seating area

The hotel personnel is very kind and not afraid to help you on your way or inform you about anything you'd like to see or visit on Crete

In the evening we enjoy a nice dinner or just a drink or cocktail at the bar, sometimes also chatting with guests from all over the world. We even made good friends here

Teams were excellent, services were excellent, but the mattress in the sofa bed was appalling. Otherwise, it's perfect for a couple or a family, it's near the beach, near lots of restaurants and bars.

When we checked in we were graciously upgraded to a suite in another building with access to another resort and pool. All the staff were very friendly in all areas which made our stay very enjoyable

We keep coming to Georgia's Garden hotel and, each time, with the same great pleasure. We love swimming in the sea and smooth sand beach, which is just 200m from the hotel

Anything you need, just ask the friendly staff and they will help you gladly: booking excursions, a massage, ordering a taxi, renting a car, tourist information, you name it

A perfect way to start the day 😀 If we do not go to the beach, we swim in the pool, enjoy a cocktail or walk around to souvenir shops or take the bus to the city centre

There are a very good place for holidays although the building was decoration in the old style. I recomend this place; wine, beer and all the rest :)

Food was very good through the day, there were also snacks on top of 3 main dishes. There was great animation program even for adults including stretching, aquafitness, sports such as volleyball, water polo

Luckily for me, we hit the jackpot and experienced a holiday I will remember for many years to come. I have to mention the staff — everyone was kind, from the housekeeping and reception to the kitchen and baristas

The room facilities are good, but the bathroom is too small, especially the shower room, which is really inconvenient

Really enjoyed our stay at Stay 365 Heraklion. The place was super clean with great attention to detail, and the facilities felt fresh and modern

The concierge service was excellent, and the staff went out of their way to be helpful — they gave us lots of useful tips and suggested some amazing activities around Heraklion

The surrounding area is very quiet. There is a large supermarket within a 5-minute walk for supplies. The room is also very good, with its own parking lot (it will be closed, so be careful)

Very good apartment hotel. Convenient parking, although a little far from the hotel. But still very convenient. The room is clean and comfortable, very satisfied. It matches the photos.
