Fabulous hotel and staff. We came in October and even though it was nearing the end of the season the service was fantastic, couldn’t fault it. The resort was great, absolutely lovely beach and the staff are all wonderful. Manos, the manager in the restaurant is an absolute gem, so welcoming and friendly. Can’t fault this resort in any way 😊

Beware the "all inclusive" mention because we would not have considered our stay all included by any means. With a limited drink menu at the bar, and no not just for premium alcohols, things like a margarita or a mojito were excluded from our package. The answer we received was because it is high season, we stayed during September so in reality its end of season, we want to relieve as much traffic...

The location of the hotel is very good, and the room you booked has a sea view as soon as you open the door, and the beach is just a few steps away. The only bad thing is that a lot of ants and bugs run into the room, and there is a very unpleasant smell behind the small refrigerator!

Great hotel! We were a big family gang with 6 toddlers. The water park has slides for adults, slides for kids and baby area. The free cocktails' selection was nice. The service was excellent! The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. However, the hotel has a few major flaws: 1. The photos are misleading! The actual rooms are extremely small. A bed is almost completely full, and if both suitcases are open, there's barely any room to walk. 2. Don't use the hotel's toiletries; the quality is too poor. I suggest bringing your own.

Typical large hotel, everything is fine. It is a good location because the subway is right next door, but it is close to Omonia station, so if you take the wrong road, you can get into trouble. I got my wallet pick-pocketed while trying to transfer at Omonia station.

The Olive Green Hotel is a clean, friendly and helpful place to stay, in a great location in the middle of the best parts of Heraklion. The food at the restaurant is decently priced and tasted great, the staff were super helpful and can organise taxi's to the airport or port. The rooms are well priced and larger, which makes things easier for a longer stay.

It was nicely centrally located and not overcrowded. The restaurant next door is highly recommended, offering a variety of dishes; you even get a discount if you're a hotel guest. Breakfast was small, compact, but varied. The price-performance ratio was okay.

The hotel is in a great location in the city center, convenient for shopping and visiting museums. The sink is in the bedroom, and the bathroom contains both a toilet and shower. After showering, the entire bathroom floor was flooded. I suggest the hotel separate the shower and toilet areas with a full door.

We had a great stay at 7Rizes Luxury Living! The rooms were modern, very clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location is super convenient—just a few minutes from the airport—and there’s free parking on-site. The service was excellent; everyone was very polite and helpful. Highly recommended!

The room was well designed for a comfortable stay, modern design and comfortable bed. The bathroom needed a deep clean though. The breakfast was good cuantity but not of our taste: no fruits, no vegetables, no protein. It was however really nice to have breakfast at the rooftop terrace in the morning. If you are easily bothered by noise, be aware that the location is very close to the airport!

Quite an amazing place. I have never seen such level of modernity in the building and room set up, even though I travelled a lot in Asia which is typically quite advanced. Decent hotel, plus is service team and furnished rooms, downside very thin walls. Heard the doors slamming 5-6 times and thought it was our door! Fantastic view from our room the breakfast was amazing and the staff were wonderful the only thing I would say is to ask where your room is we had a lot of stairs and whilst the staff were amazing and carried our bags up when we left it was early and we had to carry our bags down

It wasn’t bad. Except that we were put in an area where family with kid who constantly crying. They should be group family with kids together so others can enjoyed the day better. Garbage should be picked up daily not every second day or when told.

Quite a few hiccups on arrival one being a superior sea view room we paid extra for. We arrived late evening and Angelos greeted us with a very warm welcome and allowed us to have food before the restaurant closed before checking in, after checking in we realized we did not get allocated a superior sea view room only partial sea view and balcony near enough joining to restaurant/bar area giving 0%...

My first holiday abroad in 20 years, went on our honeymoon here with the wife and the staff made us feel extremely welcome, beautiful sea view room, food is AMAZING! (I'm a chef, I know good food!) Quite literally not one bad word to say!

This hotel has been ideal. It is relatively well located with a couple of beach areas within a 10/15 minute walk. The local main beach is very narrow and I think it's a charge of €10 per couple of sun beds. But, it's a nice atmosphere, plenty of eateries and shops. Peaceful place. We had one of the nicer Hilltop places with it's own plunge pool and it was gorgeous with a fantastic seaview. Having said that, all the rooms looked nice. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. There is a nice restaurant on site which is well worth a visit. If I visited this area again I would revisit this hotel.

This is a perfect beach hotel apartment. The pool areas are very nice and quiet. The food service is excellent. The staff are extremely friendly. The hotel is conveniently located next to all the shops and restaurants. It was the perfect location for our first trip to Agia Pelagia.

We enjoyed our stay at Seascape a lot. A very calm and relaxing atmosphere. The appartment had everything we needed. Beach and restaurants all within walking distance. Pool was great and the staff was very helpful. Cocktails were amazing too. The SPA facilities are a plus. Prices are reasonable. Free parking was a great bonus as well. We had an incredible stay at Aquarius with an amazing host Ilias was very kind and helpful he had an open eye for the guests.. the room was quite big and clean!! The pool area was lovely decorated and last the European breakfast was perfect I ate a great omelet!👌🔝

In a great location very close to the sea. The hosts are very friendly and they helped us with any questions we had. We had to change our dates and they found a solution very quickly.

We found this hotel-apartments in Google, after checking the website we booked finally. Very Polite people and great hospitality is the biggest plus!!
