Great resort, staff were super helpful especially those at the restaurant. The Spa was amazing and the staff took time to speak with us before recommending treatment to book. Location right on the beach made it a fantastic place to stay.

The Olive Green Hotel is a clean, friendly and helpful place to stay, in a great location in the middle of the best parts of Heraklion. The hotel is in a great location in the city center, convenient for shopping and visiting museums. The sink is in the bedroom, and the bathroom contains both a toilet and shower. After showering, the entire bathroom floor was flooded. I suggest the hotel separate the shower and toilet areas with a full door.

You can't beat Olympic for the location, nor for the price. The bed was comfy, the breakfast was fine. Olympic has a pleasant terrace on the top floor, where you can sit and read and watch the planes take off from the nearby HER airport. My only complaint was that the smallness of the bathroom meant no towel racks, only a couple of hooks behind the door.

Below average The nice lobby is deceiving. The rooms are very old and mine was very dark (the only windows faced a skylight well). Decently clean but I found a hair in the jam at breakfast (I guess that it can happen but it is the first time that it happens to me, in the more than 30 years in which I have been travelling). It will not be my choice at my next visit at Crete University.

Perfect for night next to the airport. 5 minute drive from Heraklion Aiport and super friendly staff with a 24hr desk. Have stayed here a few times and each was great. I giving this review from my previous stays at this accommodation over the last 10 Years. Its always been a pleasant and convenient place to stay. Just one complaint though. I accidentally booked the wrong dates to stay but i managed to cancel a whole week before i was meant to stay. NO REFUND EVEN WITH A WEEKS NOTICE!  The hotel Just referred me to TRIP.COM And TRIP.COM just referred me to The hotel...

The location couldn't be better, the breakfast doesn't have much variety but it is very good and the staff is super nice.

There was little friendliness and service from the first man we met at reception. There was another one later that was a little more pleasant, but overall a hotel I will avoid the next time.
