Fortunately, the mini disco is a bit away from the main restaurant and, although we are here with a small child, we really appreciated having a room far away from the hustle and bustle of the kids' pool and mini disco

Great resort in a quiet area with a private beach with free sun loungers, beach bar and swimming pool Rooms were nice and spacious, housekeeping stuff was friendly and always wanted to help with anything

Minor renovations are needed (for example, the indoor pool), but in general everything is still usable and good value for money

There were always enough sun chairs both at the pool and the beach! A total recommendation if you look for a family vacation!

There were many options for lunch and dinner and the breakfast buffet was amazing. It’s very family friendly there and there are activities for children and adults. It was a beautiful walk to Georgiopolis on the beach

It's a bit of a shame that the all-you-can-eat nature of the restaurant means that the cuisine is somewhat underappreciated. Because a lot of it is really well made and above average! Everything is clean

From the moment we arrived till the moment we had to sadly leave, we were absolutely overjoyed with the resorts design, services, and food. We had room with our own pool and it was one of the best things you can imagine

The rooms were clean and spacious. Service was attentive and always available. Golf carts took us to their beach, you can also walk if you wanted. It was easier for us with our disabled adult family member

Lovely place food was brilliant. Local towns and little far to walk to but 4 euros in taxi to 1 , 10 euros to the other

So much so that the restaurant terrace is directly adjacent to the main pool, which is not a problem by itself, but feels a bit crowded

We stayed at the hotel for 10 days with the family for summer vacation. We've stayed at the hotel multiple times as the staff here are personable and friendly. Our kids love the food, the beach and the area in general

Cretan Massage with Lydia was perfekt! Very relaxed, nice atmosphere. SPA is nice and modern. The Hotel ist also perfect was the vacation with small children.

The surrounding of the hotel is not so nice (directly a quite busy road which can be a bit risky to cross, waste lying around), but there is a great supermarket (with souvenirs) there (and a bus stop)

We had a great experience: the hotel is very well located in front of the beach, facilities are great, the staff is extremely helpful and the food was very good. Highly recommend.

The food, greek and international, was great at all occasions (don't miss out the traditional greek dinner you can have at the beach bar). Only, during dinner the restaurant could be a bit crowded, loud

The all inclusive service is nice and includes all one can need (on the departure day, there is the option to extend the all inclusive service which would otherwise end at noon)

Nice five star hotel with direct beach access. The beach is sandy (in some places a small pebbly strip when entering the water). The wifi in the hotel works fine

Your hotel is a great place for vacation. The service is excellent. The beach is clean and well-maintained. Drinks are prepared quickly and deliciously.

Sunbeds were the most comfortable ones I have encountered and lying on the ones by the sea was absolute bliss

the room was beautiful beds were comfortable. The staff were very attentive an always happy to help. Everything was immaculately clean

The decor was quirky but in a really good way I loved it so much we have now used it to inspire our newly decorated bedroom

Also when discussing with one of the Reps to see if they could help with return he had a conversation about me with a member of hotel management in German - how rude & not acceptable (I did understand some of what was said) The rooms were spacious but must have been designed by a man as certainly not enough places to put clothes & hang dresses - will add photos just not well thought out for 2 week...

A absolute special mention for the food! Everything was amazing every single night was something different an all was fresh an the quality was top notch. I couldnt recommend this place enough!

In front of hotel is sandy beach with enough sunbeds and umbrellas for all the guests. Food in the restaurant is tasty and with very good variety

Great hotel! My husband and I stayed from April 28th to May 5th and had a very nice time. All the employees were very nice and smiling, they always offered help and advice (especially the reception staff and waiters)

The experience was trully relaxing. The staff was very friendly, all the waiters were smiling all the time even off work. The food was great, and we've always had at least 1 favourite dish as part of each serving

We had hired a car which we were pleased about as you can’t walk to anything as the hotel is off a main road in the middle of nowhere. I’m not sure you would class this as a five star hotel but it’s certainly a four

Honestly, some of the best service I have ever experienced. From the big things to the tiny details, this hotel gives 100 percent in every aspect. My partner and I stayed for a week and it was absolutely amazing

From the moment we arrived at Georgioupolis Beach Hotel, we were in heaven. The rooftop restaurant is truly unforgettable, between the sea views, the golden sunset, and the incredible food, it felt like a dream

Every dish was fresh, beautifully presented, and paired perfectly with local wine. The staff were kind, welcoming, and attentive in a way that felt completely genuine

It’s great that the washing machine is free to use, just like the billiard table, sauna, jacuzzi, and parking around the hotel. The Wi-Fi was fast, and you can also request a kettle and ironing board for your room

Pool was nice But the main star of the whole holiday was the barman sergi he was really helpful organising trips for us and advice for getting buses around that was nice and easy with bus stop few minutes walk away , he was the nicest guy I’ve ever met and truly made our holiday he’s not shy with the raki either 🤣 I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back soon 5 stars

My only suggestion would be to add door hangers, so guests can indicate whether they want their towels changed or not. Another big plus was the smooth and stress-free late check-in — no problems at all

The owners are present on-site, always helpful and available whenever needed, which creates a real sense of comfort and hospitality. The rooms are clean, and towels and bed linens are changed daily

Food was really descent with good spread of Greek food as well as open bar and good 'Raki'. Two small pools were great idea between means and time spent on a beach

The water park is misleading in the sense it is small and really only two slides for older kids, really meant for young kids and families. The pools also close early 1800

Very nice place but far from a lot and no shops around. We booked the half board which included breakfast and dinner. Beware though l, the half board does not included drinks with dinner

Will not visit again because of the inaccessibility of this resort - there were stairs everywhere and with a pram this was an inconvenience

It has a beautiful outside heated pool with super comfy sun loungers (which was perfect for us in April) , a beautiful spa, rooftop jacuzzi, gym area and rooftop bar. I 100 percent recommend this hotel

Do not be put off by the low star rating at this hotel! The hotel is perfect if you're looking for a good value, quiet, comfortable and clean base to stay, which is exactly what we wanted and what we got

Even at the height of summer, you did not need to get up early to get a place by the pool, nor struggle to get a parking space (which we have found at other hotels)

There aren't as many food options at the hotel as others we have stayed at, but we stuck to the buffet (we were half board) and did not try the à la carte menu that came at extra cost, so there is that option if needed

The food was traditional, often with meat and fish options, salad, vegetables etc, and was fresh and delicious! Freshly cooked food was provided whenever things ran low, and desert (though limited) was always great

All the staff are very friendly and above all very professional, a big thank you to them. We've been coming back for several years, and it's not going to stop anytime soon

We were surprised when they gave us a room in a building above an Italian restaurant, some 30 m far from the E75 highway (Chania - Rethymno). We couldn't even guess this building was a part of the hotel

Our room was just what we needed, lovely shower room and small kitchen area, plenty of space for clothes and personal items, cleaned daily, with 3 changes of bedsheets and fresh towels

Breakfast can be had at a neighboring hotel if you book it, but there's a bakery in town that has super delicious things

The place is well situated near the biggest supermarket in Georgioupolis, amazing bakery, restaurants. The bus stop to Chania is 50 m. The swimming pool is clean and nice

The facilities of the hotel and the daily fresh food with a variety of options were simply wonderful. I grew so close to the hotel crew that we did something every day and I was welcomed so warmly

I stayed in this beautiful hotel for two great weeks in May. Right from the start I was impressed by the warmth of every employee. The Greeks have such a wonderful mentality it's crazy ❤️
