Hotels All-inclusive in Ierapetra

I could not have asked for more - he listened and resolved immediately, absolutely incredible service, what an asset Fotis is to the Mare Blue. This service ethos was evident throughout all the staff at Mare Blue

We have struggled a bit with the cleaning service coming when our children had their afternoon sleep. But other than that we have had a great time. Food was delicious, every day there was something we liked

Inclusive drinks - quality spirits good known brands , wines passable , beer not great , Mythos would have been nice. My room , facing inland , was very spacious and there was very little traffic noise at night

I went all inclusive and glad I did as it is a bit isolated ( 15 mins by bus to Irapetra for 2 Euros ) , I enjoyed the food so much that I had no urge to leave and try another place , the variety quality and was excellent , great salad bar and proper Greek main courses

We had an amazing holiday here and would like to share our experience. The accommodation was absolutely perfect – the rooms were clean, well-maintained, with regular housekeeping, and the maid was always kind and helpful

Comfortable bed and good bathroom and shower. Surroundings - lovely gardens with great mature trees , but the area outside of the hotel is nothing special , a few little shops though

Because of these numerous goodies and entertainment, one can’t help but notice that the management spends a lot of money in order to make their guests happy; whether it pertains to the variety of food, numerous Staff or the many programs offered

I can’t speak positively enough about this hotel. We came as a family of 4 with a 4 year old and a 20 month old and everything about the hotel is so carefully thought about and children are really really well considered

The pools are lovely with the main pool being big enough to swim lengths etc and have plenty of room when it’s busy and the children’s pool was fantastic for our girls and I’d imagine children up to at least 10-12

There’s a mini Astro to play football on and the steps down to the beach right next to the pools. On the beach there’s a dedicated play space with a climbing frame

The kids club was fab, indoor and outdoor space one for babies and then one for 4-12 year olds. Our little girl did crafts, had face paint and made mini pizzas as well as playing games

Every single staff member, whether they worked behind the desk or cleaned or worked in the restaurant or the kids club etc greeted us with a smile and had a chat etc and showed a lot of patience towards our children

The all inclusive food was delicious and different every day, there is a little less choice than in the big resorts, but we've never had a problem to choose

I stayed at the beginning of September with my parents for a week in this beautiful and comfortable hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. Our room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and very clean

The staff was very nice and friendly, especially the restaurant team and the animation crew. The beach is indeed rocky, but we found a good spot to enter the water, so it wasn’t a problem for us

We enjoyed our stay in particular because the hotel is medium sized and very relaxing. In addition, the beach right in front of the door was beautiful and refreshing. Food and drinks were also varied and always tasty

We really enjoyed our stay here despite 40 degrees! The staff were very friendly. The restaurant team were unbelievable. (Rania the manager, Krystina and Sofia. ) They really made us feel at home

Although the furniture in the room wasn’t very modern, this wasn’t a problem for us, as we appreciated how clean the room was - the housekeeping ladies did an exceptional job and provided us with fresh towels every day

There was multiple activities provided by the entertainment team daily for example aqua bikes, aqua gym and lots of ball games. The entertainment team spoke multiple languages such as French, Spanish and English

Each meal offered such variety, from traditional Cretan dishes to international favourites, always fresh and beautifully presented. The spa is a sanctuary in itself – peaceful, elegant, and the perfect place to unwind

The hotel was very well thought out with quiet areas away from the nosier entertainment area along with an adult bar and pool where you could enjoy the surroundings and relax

The beach and sea were very pleasant with beautiful clear sea. When we first stepped inside the hotel it felt calm and relaxing. The location was on the whole good although quite a drive from the airport and Heraklion

However the gala night was confusing since we was not aware the buffet was not open and we had to go to another area of the resort to have a set menu which we was not a fan off and the food did not come at once

Every member of staff we encountered went above and beyond – always smiling, attentive, and genuinely kind. They made my daughter feel special, which meant so much to me. The food was another highlight

But big disappointment with our room conditions, we have dead flies, cockroaches

The food was “ok”, nothing special about the Italian night restaurant, no idea where the drinks are coming from, but I will recommend not drinking anything from there, is better to buy your drink from the mini market

Just an FYI: no gym as advertised or other restaurants within the hotel

The resort Is great, especially for families with children. Everything was always clean, enough sunbeds And umbrellas on the beach. The sea Is beautiful, ideal for snorkeling. Food was amazing, various choices every day

We had the half board and the food was great with plenty of choice. The pool bar food was also delicious. We had an evening meal in their al carte restaurant which was excellent

My husband and I stayed here for one week in mid October. The hotel is stunning and so amazing to be on the beach. The staff were incredibly helpful, kind and friendly. The hotel is immaculate and very clean

Breakfast and dinner were excellent; I especially recommend the MENOA Restaurant (tip: make a reservation in advance!)

My room was stylish, spotlessly clean, and featured a lovely little terrace – a perfect place to unwind when I wasn’t at the pool or the beach

However, we would absolutely recommend this gorgeous hotel for anyone looking to completely unwind and relax, it's perfect for that!

The pool and beach areas were fantastic – clean, comfortable, never crowded, and always peaceful, making it easy to truly relax

We chose not to dine at either of the two restaurants at the hotel in the evening as we were not confident that it would be a fully enjoyable experience

The highlights of our stay really were Tina's yoga lessons and Petros' fitness courses. We also enjoyed a high quality massage. Surprisingly good for swimming and snorkeling was the private beach of the hotel

Due to the rocks (under water), plenty of fish can be seen. (But you should know where the underwater rocks are in case you are swimming in a rough sea. ) Staff was friendly and forthcoming

We were also extremely lucky with the weather: 22° water and 26° air temperature in the first week of November; so we did not do a lot of sightseeing, but rather enjoyed the snorkeling, swimming, fitness courses and yoga lessons

its "Acai Berry Bowl") every day, calling the service from the beach lounger's call button. Both breakfast buffet and dinner buffet were nice. (The dinner buffet repeated after 1 week, but we stayed only 8 nights

The only thing that spoiled my stay were Germans smoking during meals

Staff is extremely helpful and willing to make your state a nice experience. Food varies and also Greek specialities are prepared. Amazing views from the rooms and swimming pool

Water in the pools is filtered all the time and the guys playing the music know their businesses. Chillout after lunch and live music after dinner. Very kind and smiling you the guests

Good communication with hotel for organising parking and a later checkout on our last day. Parking at the hotel was close by. Check in was smooth and all staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful
