Hotels with beach in Ierapetra

There was a lack of sunbeds, so anyone who didn't put on a towel at 7 in the morning was just lying on the beach. And if by chance there was a deckchair left, it was out of order and you couldn't lie on it

We have struggled a bit with the cleaning service coming when our children had their afternoon sleep. But other than that we have had a great time. Food was delicious, every day there was something we liked

I walked around the neighborhood of the hotel - I found three desks, on average they asked 35-40 euros per day with a discount for more days

It is a bit visible the hotel is older, but things were clean and stuff was always willing to help

French agency would have their events in French, but when they saw someone does not speak French they would translate to English too. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel

Our stay at the hotel was unique. The room was very beautiful and well taken care of. The hotel is right next to the beach, which is very convenient. The restaurant had many meal options, and we enjoyed them all

There’s a mini Astro to play football on and the steps down to the beach right next to the pools. On the beach there’s a dedicated play space with a climbing frame

Because of these numerous goodies and entertainment, one can’t help but notice that the management spends a lot of money in order to make their guests happy; whether it pertains to the variety of food, numerous Staff or the many programs offered

I can’t speak positively enough about this hotel. We came as a family of 4 with a 4 year old and a 20 month old and everything about the hotel is so carefully thought about and children are really really well considered

Every single staff member, whether they worked behind the desk or cleaned or worked in the restaurant or the kids club etc greeted us with a smile and had a chat etc and showed a lot of patience towards our children

The pools are lovely with the main pool being big enough to swim lengths etc and have plenty of room when it’s busy and the children’s pool was fantastic for our girls and I’d imagine children up to at least 10-12

Plenty of indoor and outdoor space - you never feel like you’re on top of other guests. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean indoor and outdoor. I did read another review which said the Mountain View isn’t great

We stayed at Numo Ierapetra Beach Resort and absolutely loved it! The hotel is perfect for a calm, relaxing getaway: a quiet atmosphere, beautifully maintained grounds, a clean beach, and the sea just steps away

The highlights of our stay really were Tina's yoga lessons and Petros' fitness courses. We also enjoyed a high quality massage. Surprisingly good for swimming and snorkeling was the private beach of the hotel

its "Acai Berry Bowl") every day, calling the service from the beach lounger's call button. Both breakfast buffet and dinner buffet were nice. (The dinner buffet repeated after 1 week, but we stayed only 8 nights

There was multiple activities provided by the entertainment team daily for example aqua bikes, aqua gym and lots of ball games. The entertainment team spoke multiple languages such as French, Spanish and English

The staff are exceptionally kind, and the security is top-notch. Ostria is so wonderful that we plan to return every year as part of our Mediterranean summer itinerary

The beach and sea were very pleasant with beautiful clear sea. When we first stepped inside the hotel it felt calm and relaxing. The location was on the whole good although quite a drive from the airport and Heraklion

The rooms are good, with nice airconditioning, a nice view and a spacious bathroom. The staff is very helpfull, exept the restaurant personnel. The food is mediocre at best. Quite far from the beach.

Water in the pools is filtered all the time and the guys playing the music know their businesses. Chillout after lunch and live music after dinner. Very kind and smiling you the guests

The staff apart from the rude reception lady were so nice and friendly, Stavros the barman was a top man, he made our stay and evenings, very friendly, a funny guy! Maria was also a lovely lady, kind and helpful, Teddy who ran the animation team did a very good job, from beach activities to evening entertainment including, music nites, kareoke and bingo! The beach is just across a fairly busy toad...

Did good for an all inclusive Greek dishes as well and so much choice at breakfast. Plenty of sunbds on the private beach and around the pool. more choice of spirits on all inclusive would have been good

Stavros in the bar very attentive. Entertainment duo worked very hard. We were in a party of 12 and had a fantastic time also got engaged on karaoke night so such a memorable holiday

Needed a hotel in Ierapetra to stay at whilst I dealt with a family bereavement here, so glad I chose this one, only minutes away from town centre and bus station and metres from the promenade and the many beachfront cafes

Honestly, for us, the contract was fulfilled. Located directly on the beach near small shops, the hotel benefits from a privileged location and a modern presentation. We had a room with a direct sea view

It was 200 meters from the beach and 500 meters from the bus terminal. The breakfast was very extensive, but unfortunately, there were no Greek dishes, and the quality of the food available was very poor

We also recommend the small Beach Club Waikiki, which is 200 m from the hotel, to take advantage of the deckchairs offered by the establishment for a lazy day

The staff are all very friendly and cannot do enough for you. The hotel is spotless throughout, the rooms are large and each has its own balcony

We opened the door a little to listen to the ocean but that let in some mosquitoes. Breakfast was very good, and could be enjoyed outside overlooking he beach

The staff were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. On asking when I had to vacate the room I was told that as I had a problem with my car I could leave everything I the room until it was resolved

Lovely large room with balcony and sea view. Our room was clean and tidy with a large comfy bed, air con, fridge, hairdryer, towels, robes, slippers and toiletries in the bathroom

The room was clean, bed was comfortable and there was 2 sachets of coffee and 2 of milk. Bathroom was clean and towels were provided

Good communication with hotel for organising parking and a later checkout on our last day. Parking at the hotel was close by. Check in was smooth and all staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful

The apartment was really clean and very spacious. The reception helped me with some issues I had really quickly. The sea near by is very calm and clean.

A very nice place. It is not far away from the beach and also not far from the city center. Not a lot of things to do in the area since the are is open during summer.

🌴 Review I had a wonderful stay at Sunshine Crete Beach & Village. The location is perfect — right by the sea, with a beautiful view and easy beach access. The pools are large, clean, and great for relaxing

An amazing two weeks at this wonderful hotel. Everything was excellent - the room, food, staff. They welcomed us at 4am and were so kind and helpful, it was a great start after a long journey with young children

Amongst others stretching and aqua aerobics in the morning, water polo and some competition in the afternoon, and a mini-disco for kids with another competition or karaoke and a disco in the evening

There are many beaches nearby (some of which can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes). The view over the cliff is incredibly beautiful; watching a sunset or the moon reflected in the sea is breathtaking

A dirt staircase leads directly from the property to the sea (note: not a beach, but rocks), where you can also swim or snorkel when the waves are calm

The hosts are very beautiful warm- hearted and welcoming people! In fact these were the most amazing hosts I have ever had! Beyond grateful for this wonderful experience! Furthermore , the place is very clean and simply wonderful!

The only downside is that the facilities are very spartan, making cooking difficult. The size of our double studio was also marginal, but perfectly fine for a week, especially because of the lovely terrace

Very nice location with perfect views! Thereby there is Nikos, a wonderful sweet host. This was a Holiday with the capital "H". We will never forget all the nice things here and hope to go back one day.

Absolutely excellent place with magnificent views on the sea. In the night you can sit on a bench ,behind you an olive tree garden and in front of you a breathtaking view on the stars and the sea

I stayed at this hotel for a few nights and had a solid, pleasant experience. The staff was polite and professional, and the overall organization of the hotel was good

The apartment is very noisy—you can hear every tap running, every toilet flushing, and even conversations from the neighboring rooms. The mattress could also have been a bit firmer; I personally found it too soft

On the positive side, all rooms have been modernized, and the stairwell has been nicely decorated with attention to detail. Still, the whole building is clearly a bit older

As other reviews have already mentioned, the rooms are very small. It’s almost impossible to fit two large suitcases. Our kitchen was also very small
