There’s a mini Astro to play football on and the steps down to the beach right next to the pools. On the beach there’s a dedicated play space with a climbing frame

The beach is sandy and perfect for children, with a seabed that gradually deepens — safe and ideal for young swimmers, though the water can be a little cold at times

The pools are lovely with the main pool being big enough to swim lengths etc and have plenty of room when it’s busy and the children’s pool was fantastic for our girls and I’d imagine children up to at least 10-12

To be honest, it’s not - it overlooks a car park with the mountains behind however we didn’t pay extra for this and could’ve paid extra if we wanted a sea view

Hotel is great, food is amazing, staff is very kind and helpful. Pool is great and sea is clean and many free sunbeds with umbrellas. Drinks at bars are good and strong. Only downside for me are kids

I don’t mind kids, but in dining area was like 30 kids screaming all at once it’s crazy, similar problem is loud rooms. i would make 1 hour eating time only for adults. Otherwise everything about hotel is on the peak

The beach is very well maintained, and the sea—typical for Greece—shines in stunning shades of blue. The food was excellent: everything was delicious, with plenty of variety, and it felt just like homemade cooking

But to our surprise, it was completely peaceful—we even slept with the balcony doors open and could only hear the gentle sound of the sea

The hotel has a private, nice, clean beach with a gentle entrance to the sea and free sunbeds with umbrellas, clear water with lots of fish

I stayed at the beginning of September with my parents for a week in this beautiful and comfortable hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. Our room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and very clean

We were given a room with a front balcony, even though we had originally booked one with a side sea view. I had read beforehand that these rooms might be noisy, so I was quite curious

The staff was very nice and friendly, especially the restaurant team and the animation crew. The beach is indeed rocky, but we found a good spot to enter the water, so it wasn’t a problem for us

If you do not like the music at the main pool, you can use the other (quiet) pool or the beach loungers further from the pool bar. We enjoyed the pool bar service (e

It had two nice swimming pools and plenty of loungers around the pools and on the beach

its "Acai Berry Bowl") every day, calling the service from the beach lounger's call button. Both breakfast buffet and dinner buffet were nice. (The dinner buffet repeated after 1 week, but we stayed only 8 nights

And the flax seed ran out three days before the end of the season (and was not filled up again). The door knob in our room was not properly working, so we could not lock the front door from inside

We choose a more expensive room with its own private swimming pool (more of a plunge pool) with separate sleeping and living area. The room was clean and daily cleaned to a high standard

We went for a quiet holiday, choosing this adults only hotel as it was situated by the beach on what seemed (and was) a quiet spot on this south coast of Crete

The hotel was very well thought out with quiet areas away from the nosier entertainment area along with an adult bar and pool where you could enjoy the surroundings and relax

The beach and sea were very pleasant with beautiful clear sea. When we first stepped inside the hotel it felt calm and relaxing. The location was on the whole good although quite a drive from the airport and Heraklion

It got cleaned every day and fresh bottles of water was put in the fridge every day. There was plenty of loungers by the pool and the sea and everywhere got the sun did not matter where you sat

The pools and grounds are immaculate, and there’s always a quiet corner to relax in as well as lively areas full of energy if you prefer that. What really stood out was the service

There was multiple activities provided by the entertainment team daily for example aqua bikes, aqua gym and lots of ball games. The entertainment team spoke multiple languages such as French, Spanish and English

However the gala night was confusing since we was not aware the buffet was not open and we had to go to another area of the resort to have a set menu which we was not a fan off and the food did not come at once

Great hotel. Lovely pool with a sea view. Food is great and the staff are very nice. 10 mins walk to the beach. The water is beautiful and clear. Go for it

Water in the pools is filtered all the time and the guys playing the music know their businesses. Chillout after lunch and live music after dinner. Very kind and smiling you the guests

Staff is extremely helpful and willing to make your state a nice experience. Food varies and also Greek specialities are prepared. Amazing views from the rooms and swimming pool

The rooms are good, with nice airconditioning, a nice view and a spacious bathroom. The staff is very helpfull, exept the restaurant personnel. The food is mediocre at best. Quite far from the beach.

Needed a hotel in Ierapetra to stay at whilst I dealt with a family bereavement here, so glad I chose this one, only minutes away from town centre and bus station and metres from the promenade and the many beachfront cafes

This hotel has a great location on the beach but our room faced mechanicals. If you like vintage hotels, this one’s for you. The hotel rooms are in need of updates, think box hair dryer attached to the wall

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it very easy to explore the area and get around. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, creating a very comfortable atmosphere

One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast – a wide variety of delicious options, fresh and nicely presented. Overall, a great experience and I would happily stay here again!

The staff are all very friendly and cannot do enough for you. The hotel is spotless throughout, the rooms are large and each has its own balcony

Nice area, next to the sea. But there was 1 pub on our side with the loud live music. Overall it was a nice experience

Satisfied Wery nice and kind staff with great service, and hospitality. AC was doing its thing working like a fine clock cooling us off. The location of the hotel couldn’t be better. And its a great comunity.

Lovely hotel in Ierapetra Stayed for one week in a comfortable clean single room, with a bit of a sea view and a small balcony for relaxing of an evening and watching the world go by

My best holiday destination ever. Lovely people and atmosphere. The hotel was at the right location and able to access the beach and local restaurants. Lovely food

Nice place and very nice people, but far away from the city.

This hotel didn't feel crowded which was great. There wasn't any vibe though which I missed and food was the same each day. There wasnt much variety with entertainment. Great swimming pools for kids

Me and my family we have a great time in Sunshine Crete Beach. The staff was amazing from the reception desk to the animation team. The team deserve a 5 stars rating

Together with my wife and two daughters we had holiday in begin of September. That was the best holiday we had. Atmosphere created by management and staff was outstanding

A few years ago It must have been really really beautiful place. Even now, besides the hotel is a little bit "worn out", it is beautiful place with very hospital crew. Food is very good and it is a lot! Beach is near by

But big disappointment with our room conditions, we have dead flies, cockroaches

The resort Is great, especially for families with children. Everything was always clean, enough sunbeds And umbrellas on the beach. The sea Is beautiful, ideal for snorkeling. Food was amazing, various choices every day

Positives first: great location, literally across the street from the beach and only a short walk to the shops and restaurants. The apartments are clean and are nicely furnished

Also, terrible terrible insulation - or lack thereof - so you can hear your neighbours as if you all shared one room. Every flush of the WC, every running of the tap, every sneeze

BUT: the rooms are tiny, itsy bitsy teeny weeny! Fine for one person for a couple of nights, not for longer. I have no idea where you would put a second suitcase

This is just my opinion and may not bother you. I am looking for a different holiday experience
