All the hotel staff were extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. The animation program was diverse and entertaining, creating a great atmosphere. The pool was always clean and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing

Inclusive drinks - quality spirits good known brands , wines passable , beer not great , Mythos would have been nice. My room , facing inland , was very spacious and there was very little traffic noise at night

We had an amazing holiday here and would like to share our experience. The accommodation was absolutely perfect – the rooms were clean, well-maintained, with regular housekeeping, and the maid was always kind and helpful

We have struggled a bit with the cleaning service coming when our children had their afternoon sleep. But other than that we have had a great time. Food was delicious, every day there was something we liked

I went all inclusive and glad I did as it is a bit isolated ( 15 mins by bus to Irapetra for 2 Euros ) , I enjoyed the food so much that I had no urge to leave and try another place , the variety quality and was excellent , great salad bar and proper Greek main courses

The selection was rich and satisfying for everyone. The restaurant staff were quick to clear empty plates from the tables, keeping everything tidy and ensuring there was always enough space to sit comfortably

There’s a mini Astro to play football on and the steps down to the beach right next to the pools. On the beach there’s a dedicated play space with a climbing frame

The hotel absolutely needs to ensure that all equipment around the pool is properly secured to prevent accidents like this. As for the rooms – they were clean and comfortable, but unfortunately not well soundproofed

I can’t speak positively enough about this hotel. We came as a family of 4 with a 4 year old and a 20 month old and everything about the hotel is so carefully thought about and children are really really well considered

There’s also a football area where people who are interested in soccer can have their fun. It was a great pleasure swimming at the pools during the day and even more pleasurable watching shows at the theatre at night

The pools are lovely with the main pool being big enough to swim lengths etc and have plenty of room when it’s busy and the children’s pool was fantastic for our girls and I’d imagine children up to at least 10-12

Plenty of indoor and outdoor space - you never feel like you’re on top of other guests. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean indoor and outdoor. I did read another review which said the Mountain View isn’t great

The hotel has a private, nice, clean beach with a gentle entrance to the sea and free sunbeds with umbrellas, clear water with lots of fish

I stayed at the beginning of September with my parents for a week in this beautiful and comfortable hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. Our room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and very clean

Although the furniture in the room wasn’t very modern, this wasn’t a problem for us, as we appreciated how clean the room was - the housekeeping ladies did an exceptional job and provided us with fresh towels every day

We enjoyed our stay in particular because the hotel is medium sized and very relaxing. In addition, the beach right in front of the door was beautiful and refreshing. Food and drinks were also varied and always tasty

We booked adults only, there was also a sign on the beach, (only 16+,) but late afternoon there were families with children taking up the sunbeds

The staff was very nice and friendly, especially the restaurant team and the animation crew. The beach is indeed rocky, but we found a good spot to enter the water, so it wasn’t a problem for us

The pool area was super relaxing, with comfy sunbeds, a DJ, and live music. Gym was decent and they offer several classes everyday

We had the half board and the food was great with plenty of choice. The pool bar food was also delicious. We had an evening meal in their al carte restaurant which was excellent

Breakfast & Dinner is buffet and very good. The whole hotel is very well maintained with attention to detail, after 3 years it looks like new - there are even little improvements like more sunbeds

The pool areas and beach never felt crowded, there's plenty of room for everyone

Delicious cocktails and tunes at the pool bar served by charming staff! The only tiny thing I would say is that our room could have down with some more storage for our clothes and belongings

I had a wonderful stay at NUMO Ierapetra Beach Resort. From the warm welcome at check-in to the consistently friendly service throughout my stay – everything was pleasant and highly attentive

The food was excellent, the facilities in the spa and gym were first rate (Petros was very helpful and supportive, and the masseuse was top class) and the bar staff looked after you at the pool side in a every way possible

We choose a more expensive room with its own private swimming pool (more of a plunge pool) with separate sleeping and living area. The room was clean and daily cleaned to a high standard

There ws an excellent selection of food both for breakfast and dinner (we did not try the lunch). There was a bar by one of the swimming pools which only sold drinks - adding some food choices would have been nice

We were also extremely lucky with the weather: 22° water and 26° air temperature in the first week of November; so we did not do a lot of sightseeing, but rather enjoyed the snorkeling, swimming, fitness courses and yoga lessons

There were two TVs but with limited programme choice. However, the wifi was good so we used our tablet and a HDMI cable which we had brought with us. There was a coffee machine which we also used to boil water for tea

The hotel was very well thought out with quiet areas away from the nosier entertainment area along with an adult bar and pool where you could enjoy the surroundings and relax

The beach and sea were very pleasant with beautiful clear sea. When we first stepped inside the hotel it felt calm and relaxing. The location was on the whole good although quite a drive from the airport and Heraklion

Me and my partner stayed at the hotel the first week of September. We arrived at the hotel around 2:30am, the staff at reception were very helpful and had food set up in the buffet for our arrival

However for this holiday that was fine as it was more about relaxing and releasing stress. The spa facilities were excellent

Water in the pools is filtered all the time and the guys playing the music know their businesses. Chillout after lunch and live music after dinner. Very kind and smiling you the guests

Together with my wife and two daughters we had holiday in begin of September. That was the best holiday we had. Atmosphere created by management and staff was outstanding

The resort Is great, especially for families with children. Everything was always clean, enough sunbeds And umbrellas on the beach. The sea Is beautiful, ideal for snorkeling. Food was amazing, various choices every day

A lovely balcony offers a partial sea view. The pool area is lovely, with complimentary sun loungers, towels, and slippers. The owners are incredibly friendly and attentive

The complex is situated on a hill above the main road. A car is essential, as the climb is very strenuous on foot, and there's nothing within walking distance

The nearest beach is a 10-minute walk away, but due to the steep terrain, you need to be in good physical condition. It's not recommended for wheelchair users. We were thrilled with the complex

Breakfast is served at the top of the hotel, same location as the wonderful pool. Breakfast is great, and with a lot of choices and freshly made orange juice, fresh croissants, fruit,… and great cappuccino
