Lena Beach Hotel is a hidden gem. Stunning location and truly excellent service from all the staff. The shared areas of the hotel are so well maintained and the dining area, terrace and pool area are beautiful. The rooms are basic but clean and functional. It didn't bother us at all but if you like a touch of extra quality in your bedroom furnishings then maybe not for you.

Breathe taking view in this out of the way resort. The rooms are very nice, we had a sea view making it spectacular. There is a main pool or a quiet section on the cliff side. The buffet for breakfast and or dinner was delicious. It is semi remote so a car rental or taxi service is needed.

Luxurious but a little remote The resort feels luxurious esp the bar area and the pool. Food is great. However, it is a bit remote and there’s nothing much around it. I guess it’s perfect for those who just want to enjoy the resort and not go anywhere.

We had a fantastic stay here as a family of 4 - 2 adults, 2 kids aged 14 & 11. Apartment was lovely, well laid out and had a really nice outside area where we could sit in the shade. Artemis village was the perfect all rounder. Beautiful setting, ambiance, properties cleaned everyday, stunning pool, incredible staff and even a shared washing machine to do your washing. Minutes from the serene Stavros beach and couple of local restaurants. Would definitely come back.

Wonderful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Chania. The property is beautiful and relaxing, but what really made it the best stay during our 2 weeks in Athens, Santorini, and Crete were the staff. We stayed for four nights. The rooms were good, with daily room service and cleaning. Breakfast was also nice, offered a decent variety of food and drinks. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Arriving in Chania at 9pm, in January, our taxi driver met us as arranged but couldn't take us to our destination on the south coast due to bad weather over the mountains. Would stay again! Great hotel large lovely room, comfortable beds and beautiful view from deck. Really Good complementary breakfast lots of selection. We loved the location so close to waterfront restaurants and nice walk to old town. Very friendly helpful staff.

A nice hotel with a pool and SPA near old town Chania with a nice breakfast buffet. You can walk to the old town along the sea. There was a welcome cocktail for every guest. We had a nice stay there for three nights.

Staff accommodated my need to stay an additional night and let me stay in the same sea view room. Also, the hotel is two blocks from the beach. Very convenient for a swim.

Clean, good condition and friendly staff. Loved our stay here. The location is very central but at the same time quiet. We went during the low season so might have been lucky regarding that as well. Very cozy and the view was powerful! My room faced the bay. The crashing of the waves set the mood. The facility was clean, excellent and in the best location. Access was easy. No front desk you just pick up your room key left for you and enjoy your stay. I love that. I had an issue getting in and the customer service was wonderful and helpful. Will definitely return!

The hotel was in a good location with street parking outside, but it was unclear whether it was just for residents. The self-check-in was easy and convenient, but the hallway was very fragrant. The apartment was unbelievably spacious and very clean. The kitchen was great, it had all the amenities though very basic setup, we did make some soup and pasta! You could easily walk to the centre of old town, took about 15 minutes. Comfy bed.

Nice location that is walkable to see the city. Can also probably find parking overnight.

Unfortunately, my room was not clean when I arrived at the hotel. There was quite a lot of hair in the shower and dirt on the floor. The ventilation system was very noisy, and the gym was really disappointing, with several machines in such poor condition that they shouldn’t be used. In addition, the fitness room was extremely dirty.

Gym had no ventilation or airconditioning, had to be escorted to the gym instead of it being open with a passcode or badge and 3 levels below parking garage. Laundry services not available as self serve on site. Dirty stairwells, extra cost for parking, nowhere to hang clothes safely outside without concern for theft (no private balcony)

This hotel is really very good, the staff is very enthusiastic, the cleaning is very timely, the location is also very good, there are supermarkets and breakfast shops around, and parking is convenient.

The hotel itself is nice, the room was good. I stayed in two types, as on arrival my room in the main hotel (standard double) wasn’t ready. They put be in the beach wing for one night. The standard double was considerably nicer than the beach wing room. What really lets this place down is the food. Excellent stay. Clean room with small kitchen/fridge area in building set back about 200 feet from the beach. My room had a private balcony overlooking the beach with a terrific view. Off street free parking right in front of the apartment. Area has several restaurants within a few minutes walk and nice beach for swimming/windsurfing. Great communication with management. Definitely recommended

Pluses: Great staff and manager. Excellent food, great location. Nice room, good air-conditioning, well-kept surroundings. Minuses: Bathroom and toilet in the room- water everywhere, no privacy as the walls are made of milk glass, no wardrobe, just hangers

Bon hôtel adults only, chambre propre, belle vue sur la mer quand on est dans le bâtiment annexe. Personnel super, toujours un petit bonjour en anglais. Juste un petit point plus négatif : il faut des fois faire très attention pour traverser la rue qui sépare le bâtiment annexe du restaurant de l'hôtel. Un petit passage pour piétons ne serait pas un luxe.
