In the summer of 2025, we traveled from Türkiye in our private vehicles as two families.

We were greeted very kindly and warmly by all the staff and the hotel manager. Their attentiveness and care were wonderful.

Our rooms were private, nestled among greenery and trees, and beautifully lit. We really enjoyed them.

The hotel has its own pool, and they were very positive about the cleanliness.

The guests were mostly families and very decent people.

We really enjoyed the friendly conversations with the staff at breakfast and in the evenings when we went down to the garden or lobby. They were very kind and polite. The owners were also very nice.

Because you live in nature, you might see insects, lizards, and very tiny frogs. These are a natural consequence.

However, mosquitoes are a real problem. I think this is a problem entirely in this country.

The hotel's location is difficult to access. Even navigation sometimes gets confused about where to find it.

Overall, I can say we were very pleased with the hotel. I can recommend this hotel as a place where you can relax for a long time.

For those who want a peaceful stay without the noise and hustle & bustle of the local towns- this is the perfect place for families and small groups. As it's only a few miles from Sani resort beach surrounded by hills it has a beautiful breeze that's most important for those hot Greek summer's.
Owners Christos and Stella are always looking after their guest's and run a delightful business - well done and thank you ❤️see you soon!!

A small 3* family hotel, well-positioned for exploring Halkidiki. A hotel is clean, well maintained, pool is perfect for kids and fun after the hot beach. Rooms are good, spacious, the garden is nice, perfect for rest after the hot day. The breakfast is OK,the staff is very friendly. Parking available.

The hotel staff were awesome, super friendly, and helpful. They made our stay very pleasant.
The room was new, clean, and spacious. It had a large balcony and was well-equipped.
Car parking facilities were great, with tents.
The pool and pool bar had a rich menu.
Breakfast and other meals were delicious.
The hotel’s location allowed easy access to beautiful Sani Beach and other nearby beaches by car.
Wi-Fi was accessible from anywhere (room, pool, restaurant) and had good speed.

We enjoyed our staying so much with our kid, the place is great for families looking for relaxing vacation with kids. Beaches are close to the area . Staff is very friendly and helping, the surrounding area is beautiful and you can enjoy the nice view. It also has a pool and pool bar. Rooms are clean and bright,very sufficient. Breakfast is moderate, but was sufficient 🙏🏻

Best hotel for families. 5 star quality in reasonable prices, nice decoration, quiet and relaxing staying, clean rooms, daily room cleaning, kind and friendly staff, great breakfast and lunch at the restaurant. I like this local touch on everything. Probably one of the best hotels I've ever been in Greece.

From the moment we arrived at Sunny Hill Studios at 1am in the morning we instantly felt at home, the hotel owners, Stella and Christos were waiting for us to check us in and greeted us with a warm smile and a happy conversation before showing us to our room. From that point forward Stella, Christos and their staff could not do more to make us feel welcome! The room and facilities at the hotel were perfect and the freshly cooked food was excellent. I can not speak highly enough of our time at Sunny Hill Studios and for the personal care shown to us by everybody working there and I am happy that we arrived as clients and left as friends!! We will be returning to see Stella mous and Nonos Christos very soon! Glen, Vassia and Bella x

Nice rooms, quite, peace, good food and great view of hills from balcony. 45 min to sani beach which I don't recommend coz it's small village no footpaths, kind a risky. The studio will provide you transport to the sani beach (5euro drop and pick up, taxi will take 10euros just to drop if not on meter, also 60 to 70 euros to drop at thessaloniki airport). Restaurants and Only one grocery store around sani beach (around the sani dunes hotel ) . Airport to studio: take a taxi (80 to 85 euros). I don't recommend to take bus from airport to studio coz bus station is not at airport (Need to take taxi 10 min), the bus will not drop you at the studio(far from studio), and there is no taxi around the stop. (But you could call studio to pick up at the nearest bus stop)

A bit overpriced for what’s been offered (like 30% overpriced)
