I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was not clean at all, the conditions were terrible, and there was no hot water for the shower. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, and overall the service was very poor. Considering the high price, the quality was far below expectations. I left after one night because it was simply unacceptable. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is quiet yet easily accessible.
What truly made the experience special was the warm and helpful staff, especially Sina. She was always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does.
