Hotel and rooms are very modern and clean. Pool is clean. Staff is very helpfull, especially blond hair girl. She made our stay special. She was ready to help with anything what you need. Private parking. Great value for the money. High recommend this hotel.

Terrible Stay – Had to Leave After One Night I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was not clean at all, the conditions were terrible, and there was no hot water for the shower. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, and overall the service was very poor. Considering the high price, the quality was far below expectations. I left after one night because it was simply unacceptable. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Wonderful stay

I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is quiet yet easily accessible.
What truly made the experience special was the warm and helpful staff, especially Sina. She was always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does.

Good looking hotel. The location is away from the beach. some of the rooms on the first floor smell horible. The sink im my room was nice, but while i m ausing it it spray drops on my clothes which is owfull

The hotel was top notch. Very new, modern and very clean due to the staff. The reception staff was exceptional, the male and especially the female. So friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was incredible cooked by Violeta. Everything was baked fresh daily. We felt like family. Thank you all for an unforgettable stay. Lou from Australia

The hotel is new, superbly decorated, but very small. The breakfast was phenomenal. Parking is provided. Our room was great, I just don't understand who would think to put a transparent toilet door???? There was no one at the reception for a couple of days, I think it's not serious for the price they charge, and one day they didn't send us cleaners and we didn't have clean towels. And the location is a bit far.

Cool hotel with modern design. There is also a great Sunway Beach Bar that belongs to the hotel. I love being there.

We really enjoyed our stay and would happily visit again. Really pleasant and clean rooms, nice breakfast, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous!

Delivers on what it promises. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get: modern, stylish, fresh, clean. Friendly staff. Might improve with drinking glasses in the room and perhaps slightly better breakfast choice at times, but otherwise very very happy staying there. Booked three nights and decided to extend. Wholeheartedly recommended.
