The beautiful renovated stone building in which the hotel is located has a beautifully decorated interior. Quiet and friendly environment allows for a pleasant stay. The apartment was clean and tidy.

The room were lovely and big. The staffs were all nice and friendly especially Natasha. Unfortunately I was ill after a few days so I can't remember much after that. I would recommend this hotel to friends and families.

An amazing apartment, very clean, great views, quiet location , comfortable atmosphere and very modern design and decor. The apartment is situated near our points of interest and there even was a supermarket and bakery coming out of the apartment which was really useful. Hotel is located in not really interesting area, about 1km from the center. It is very loud area with frequent traffic that made it impossible for us to sleep with windows open. Everything was quite nice. The only thing that could change, is the bathroom. Also, in the evening the water was cold and I couldn't shower. But, the overall experience was good and would definitely go again.

I hadn't been in Ioannina for several years and on the occasion of a presentation I stayed at the hotel. In general, I was very pleased with the stay and the conference facilities of the hotel. Although the weather was generally rainy nothing was able to spoil the view of the lake. Very good services, indeed.

Nice rooms, although a bit old. The double rooms have a great big balcony. The quadruple room is not huge but fits 4 kids (low ceiling as it's basically the attic floor). The question of rooms is too diverse to discuss (huge rooms with comfortable beds, but with electric sockets falling out of the wall and half of the lightbulbs not working). We enjoyed our stay at the Frontzu Politia. We had a spacious room for 3 with a beautiful rock wall and spacious bathroom. The hotel did include two restaurants which we did eat at one evening and enjoyed the food. Liked the room, bed was great, lovely location and views from hotel facilities. Breakfast was wonderful and breakfast room had exceptional views of the city and lake. Staff were wonderful, especially George from the breakfast room was amazing. Planned our day touring the area for us.
