Hotel is luxurious and in the right spot. No noise from the avenue and also free parking. Lobby is amazing and there was also a guy playing the piano. The room was clean and the bathroom full of Greek white marble. Breakfast was full of nice surprises and has an egg station. Price is above average but it's worh it!

Royal-style furniture and decor in the rooms, excellent service. The breakfast was diverse, tasty, high-quality food. The hotel is conveniently located 5 min walk to the center and to the lake, large yard with plenty of parking and a garden to relax. Great value for money.

The hotel exudes historic charm, with grand architecture and traditionally styled interiors that evoke a sense of old-world elegance. However, the property does show signs of age, and certain aspects would benefit from thoughtful refurbishment; particularly given the premium pricing. Service was a clear strength. Its clean and spacious- but disappointed in expectations verses experience. The air conditioning doesn't work well, it's cool enough to be somewhat comfortable but you don't have much control. Also some things show ware, like loose handles. On the other hand the have access to both kettle and espresso machine in your room for coffee or tea. Not the most comfortable beds. Hotel located a 15-minute walk from the old town and the lake. Friendly reception staff, unlike the breakfast staff. Parking. Despite having a wide variety of sweets, I found the breakfast poor for a 5* hotel, particularly regarding the fruit and the fact that the orange juice wasn't natural. Nice pool to relax after the trip.

The personnel in all posts are professionals and polite. It is noteworthy that the rooms are everyday cleaned up and arranged. Excellent food served during our stay in the hotel.

We had a wonderful welcome by Pappadopoulos at the front desk. He gave some excellent dining and sightseeing recommendations before taking us to our room. The room was perfect in every way. Very good breakfast. Excellent service. We're definitely going back in the near future.

Excellent hotel located near the lake and about 1 Km from the center of Ioannina Very cosy and warm rooms and impressive breakfast with a big variety of traditional foods in excellent quality. The fire place at the bar is a must place for the cold nights just to relax and enjoy your lack to be there

The hotel was nice. We only stayed for one night so did not have an opportunity to try the spa (as reservation is needed). The team at reception and restaurant was very polite and friendly. The biggest compliment goes to them for taking care of everyone. I was missing some chairs and little table in the balcony so we could enjoy the lights outdoors. Well and the bathroom needs an upgrade really....

This hotel proved to be a highlight of our trip. Great value for money and in an amazing setting. Everything was very clean both inside and out. The staff were super helpful and friendly both in reception and in the restaurants for dinner and breakfast. While we were not able to dine in the main restaurant area with our puppy, the staff did not hesitate to help set us up a table in an area close by...

Epirus Palace Hotel was great! The breakfast was really delicious and Cisse the cook was super kind to take care of us. He offered to fill up my water bottle, and provided very kind service. The rooms were very comfy and the beds were perfect. The bathrooms were fancy though our shower door was a little messed up. Either way, Epirus Palace Hotel was a great place to stay at!

Rooms are well maintained. Very neat looking place.Plenty of parking but you need to walk till you enter the main building.

Ι recently had the chance to visit this lovely hotel and I was more than pleased with everything. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff truly made the difference. Special thanks to Christina, Katerina, Pelopidas, and Christos for their excellent service — both at the à la carte restaurant and at the bar with their delicious cocktails. Highly recommend it!

Nice enough hotel for the price. But it’s not a 5 star. Bed and pillow was very comfortable, breakfast was good. The people at the counter were very friendly and helpful. Nice hotel but I would say 4 star. Also had free parking which is always good.

This hotel was an experience! The atmosphere was very interesting and unique. It is in the centre of the city and we were amazed of the decoration. I arrived at the Hotel a little late but Alex, the receptionist, was very helpful and kind to me. He got me checked in quickly and showed me to my room. He even offered to help me with my bags. Excellent value for money, convenient underground parking next door included in the price. Nicely renovated and location was perfect for walking around the city. The worst freddo espresso I've ever had. The environment is nice but some of the staff are a little rude (especially one waiter who brought the wrong order and the lady at the entrance).

Very quiet place outside the city. Nice modern hotel, beautiful court nearby, well kept grass. Comfortable rooms, nice small veranda with table and chairs. We enjoyed our "picknick" lunch outside the room with veaw to a fresh green lawn. Oh! I forgot to mention big beautiful hall (great place for a wedding:))))

Everything was great except no ramp at entrance to wheel suitcases in and the bathtub was deep and narrow making it difficult for guests with mobility problems to shower in.

The place is great, silent, not crowded, nice terraces in rooms it's better to add 10€ extra and to stay here instead of hostel-style place

I spent 6 weeks here while my wife was in hospital. Everyone was really helpful and friendly. Rooms very comfortable and absolutely no problems at all. Almost sad to leave, but we were on our way back to the UK. Very close to the hospital.

We stay there for one night. Very kind people. Room and especially the bathroom are very clean. Nice view from the balcony. Many parking places. Gladly again.

I stayed in a handicapped room at Hotel Anna after my release from the hospital. Lovely small hotel with clean, comfortable rooms, and a sumptious Greek breakfast. Sandra and George speak English and treated me like family. The hotel was just perfect for rest and recovery and the service and friendliness was exceptional.

Extremely convenient for hospital visit. Staff ready friendly and helpful, lovely breakfast- would definitely come again.

This hotel offers a very high standard while retaining it's warm personal touch. A highlight is the breakfast. It offers a wide variety of dishes including the traditional pies of Epirus. Thank you Hotel Anna.

Very nice hotel to stay, near to the lake, very nice personal. Clean, confortable double bed, very nice bathroom, view outside to the parking on a nice terase. I recommand this hotel to stay also for others.

Friendly staff, clean rooms in good condition also have balconies. Good location close to the cave. Lovely breakfast, and rooms.
