Good AC!! Great pool with poolside bar serving great selection of hot meals and salads. A bit remote for walking, overlooking the airport and lagoon - but a taxi can take you straight to the door!

Hotel is luxurious and in the right spot. No noise from the avenue and also free parking. Lobby is amazing and there was also a guy playing the piano. The room was clean and the bathroom full of Greek white marble

The hotel is conveniently located 5 min walk to the center and to the lake, large yard with plenty of parking and a garden to relax

Look wise the rooms are elegant, even if the lobby is a little extra, it's fun. The breakfast falls short, eggs are the highlight for me, and you can't order them a la carte, and the ones available aren't that great

But in the end they listen to our complaints and gave us new accommodations and a few complimentary gifts. The location is very close to great food and shopping, and a little further to the castle

Its clean and spacious- but disappointed in expectations verses experience. The air conditioning doesn't work well, it's cool enough to be somewhat comfortable but you don't have much control

This time room 710 construction going on outside in the back kept us from balcony but is understandable would have liked to be told before

Staff at pool was inattentive and had to constantly walk to bar to order and very slow with orders. Pool area is very beautiful, clean and classy. Nice area to sit and enjoy a coffe and snack off to the side

We had a wonderful welcome by Pappadopoulos at the front desk. He gave some excellent dining and sightseeing recommendations before taking us to our room. The room was perfect in every way

Breakfast was good but could be more fruit choice and staff in breakfast a bit more friendly, otherwise a great 4 night stay

While we were not able to dine in the main restaurant area with our puppy, the staff did not hesitate to help set us up a table in an area close by and served us a delicious dinner

Great variety of food for breakfast considering its low season now. The Spa was one to die for and our only regret was that we could not book the hotel for another night on our return trip back to Croatia

Epirus Palace Hotel was great! The breakfast was really delicious and Cisse the cook was super kind to take care of us. He offered to fill up my water bottle, and provided very kind service

The rooms were very comfy and the beds were perfect. The bathrooms were fancy though our shower door was a little messed up. Either way, Epirus Palace Hotel was a great place to stay at!

The reception area and restaurant open out to a view of the mountains, with a recreational area and swimming pool that look over the lake. We dined twice at the hotel and loved the food, including the generous breakfast

My favorite hotel in Ioannina. Big and cozy room , mix for modern an tradition style . Nice staff , really good breakfast. The only problem was the crowded pool with people that are not staying in the hotel.

I stayed 3 nights in this place to take a rest in my long 6 -7 week trip. The highlight for me would be food and service. The food was surprisingly good. A twist on traditional Greek food that was very much to my taste

Food is a personal thing of course and I am English but live in Spain. The food is ideal for an English palate with the pork main dish a highlight and also the Mediterranean salad which is a twist on a Greek salad

Great location, close to the airport wih plenty of parking. Spa, front desk, beach are excellent. Breakfast was good, the coffee was not so good Better to order one from the pool.

After days in the nature, pool was a real treatment. Breakfast very good . One little thing to improve in breakfast- I think the coffee (latte) should be free of charge. Everything else was wonderful!!!!

Pool is very nice addition, the kids loved it. Receptionist (Georgina) is very very kind and attentive for any request. Big supermarket (My Market) just next door so it's very convenient

I used the pool, it has an entrance fee of 7€ (2021) with a drink included (a coffee, a juice or something similar)

The stand out of the place for us though is the staff - Chara, Angeliki and Costas were beyond kind - they went above and beyond, always willing to help us and made sure nothing was ever a problem

We had to travel from New Zealand to Ioannina as my father was in Corfu by himself and had been flown to the Ioannina University Hospital after a serious heart attack

The location was perfect, just a short and easy 5 minute taxi ride to lovely restaurants and shops in town or to the hospital and a large supermarket next door (plus other handy shops in walking distance)

No cable! Indoor pool opens at odd hours - unsure why as no explanation given- no lifeguard is required so don't understand this rule (you have to book if outside their time table- it's difficult to plan exact times when travelling as you never know if you will get back in time)

We booked a spa day for our friend’s bachelorette and couldn’t be happier. Everything was so relaxing and fun — the perfect mix! The treatments were amazing, and the team made us feel super welcome

very clean rooms delicious and clean food the children enjoyed the pool and the food served in the morning I would suggest staying there and there is a shopping center nearby we will be back

Very Nice hotel right outside Ioannina with private parking and a nice swimming pool. Ideal if you want to visit Metsovo Meteora and Ioannina. Very friendly personnel and nice and clean rooms with very good matrix's

The apartment is situated near our points of interest and there even was a supermarket and bakery coming out of the apartment which was really useful

The hotel is modern and very clean. The rooms are suites, great to have a separate living and sleeping area with a balcony. The breakfast was a real treat fresh bakery and ample selection of eats

There is no parking around, so you need to find your own spot in streets around. Room was small, a bit too simple, but clean. Bathroom is outdated and it needs some love - especially shower curtains and toilet seat

AC in room is positioned directly above the bed, so it’s very hard to set it up to cool down the hot room with windows closed because of traffic noise, but not to have direct cold air current directed at your head

I arrived at the Hotel a little late but Alex, the receptionist, was very helpful and kind to me. He got me checked in quickly and showed me to my room. He even offered to help me with my bags

The hotel has been great with an amazing view over the lake. It's very close to the city center, like 10 minutes of walking. The staff has been extremely friendly and the breakfast really good

The room was comfortable but we could hear the noise from the people walking in the corridor. Our room was labelled lake view which may be true in winter where trees do not have leaves but not in summer

This is a great boutique hotel in a quiet location near many restaurants around the lake. The rooms are modern and clean and a basic breakfast is included

There is a parking in the hotel. The reception is only open until 4pm, so we had to call to get the pin to check in and access our room

Because I am from the States I was not able to find where the heating system in my room was, I did not think it would get cold at night during the fall season, so I had to ask my friend to come pick me because my room was very cold and the staff is only site until 4pm, that I could not sleep in a cold room all night so I was not able to have breakfast

The whole complex was spotlessly clean. The pool was huge, going from a sand-like surface for paddling to a deep swimming area. They are still making improvements to this area, but it didn't affect us

Overall we had a good time, mostly because of the nice pool area. Was not too crowded, which helped have a relaxing time. The pool bar and the service is good, but is lacking some options for drinks

The staff go above and beyond to accommodate you, I changed dates last minute and was even able to check in an hour early - no questions asked. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely come back!

Great place to use as a starting point to explore the area as it is in a very convenient place to see Ioannina, and also go to the mountains or towards the sea

Although it's age is showing, the rooms were big, there were TVs in both rooms of the suite, the bathroom had been refurbished nicely, there was free wifi and the breakfast was satisfactory

We stayed at a small 2 bedroom apartment for one night. Was super clean, easy to park and close to the most beautiful cave I have ever visited.

The hotel is 3 minutes by foot from the cave but several minutes drive to the city center. Overall I definitely recommend it

We had an amazing stay!!! The place is located within a 10-min drive from the city of Ioannina! Although we arrived at midnight, a person was at the reception to welcome us and show us our room! The view from our balcony was breathtaking!! The room was very clean and large (we got a free upgrade from a room with twin beds to a room with a double and a single bed)

A fantastic place where the hosts make you feel as if you were at home with your family! The view is breathtaking! One can never have enough of it! Breakfast is daily prepared by the hosts themselves and one cannot but feel spoilt when tasting all the handmade delicacies! So when anout availability and price, the gentle lady offered me a room in a price (100€) higher than I would spend for a night, but the hotel was a very beautiful boutique hotel and i was really tired to look for an other hotel

And the view from the room was magnifiscent. The lake, the small island with the village and in the fond the city of Ioannina. And although we could see everything, there was no sound of the city activities

My family and I loved our stay at Kastro Guesthouse! This hotel is one of the most amazing and romantic ones we've ever stayed at! The location is great - within less than 5 minutes one can reach the Castle of Ioannina and the city centre
