A mid-size hotel, offers all you need, quite large rooms, clean, with all the amenities you wish. On the ring road, that saves you the parking hassle, The owners and staff are very friendly and eager to assist you with your trip. Breakfast is luxurious with all the pies and pastries for which the city is famous.

My experience from this hotel, could not be better. Located right near the center of Ioannina, it provides wonderful accommodation, with large, clean and bright rooms, perfect services, good wifi, nice breakfast and polite staff.

Not a 4 star spa hotel. No insulation. Next room when they were booking in were so loud I had to go out to the hallway to inform them. They were polite and tried to remain quiet. Great service and rooms. Very comfortable beds and convenient bathrooms with large showers. Common spaces were comfy and clean with nice ambient music. We enjoyed breakfast, coffees and late drinks at the bar. Employees were very attentive to our needs and helpful, will definitely stay there again on our next trip to the city. I arrived at the Hotel a little late but Alex, the receptionist, was very helpful and kind to me. He got me checked in quickly and showed me to my room. He even offered to help me with my bags. This is an average hotel which could be better. It has a very confusing layout, until you get used to it. Because we were part of a group we only got the basic room, which was quite small. The first time I chose Frontzu Politeia was due to its proximity to the Theatre of the Society for Epirotic Studies (also known as Theatre Frontzu). Everything was great except no ramp at entrance to wheel suitcases in and the bathtub was deep and narrow making it difficult for guests with mobility problems to shower in.
