Hotel is luxurious and in the right spot. No noise from the avenue and also free parking. Lobby is amazing and there was also a guy playing the piano. The room was clean and the bathroom full of Greek white marble

The hotel is conveniently located 5 min walk to the center and to the lake, large yard with plenty of parking and a garden to relax

Also some things show ware, like loose handles. On the other hand the have access to both kettle and espresso machine in your room for coffee or tea. Not the most comfortable beds

We had a wonderful welcome by Pappadopoulos at the front desk. He gave some excellent dining and sightseeing recommendations before taking us to our room. The room was perfect in every way

While we were not able to dine in the main restaurant area with our puppy, the staff did not hesitate to help set us up a table in an area close by and served us a delicious dinner

Great variety of food for breakfast considering its low season now. The Spa was one to die for and our only regret was that we could not book the hotel for another night on our return trip back to Croatia

All in all a good place and I would go back without hesitation and aim to eat more of the dishes on the menu It’s also easy drive to see the Vikos gorge at the various viewpoints and I think better than staying up in Aristi for example as there is much more to do in Ioannina

My favorite hotel in Ioannina. Big and cozy room , mix for modern an tradition style . Nice staff , really good breakfast. The only problem was the crowded pool with people that are not staying in the hotel.

I stayed 3 nights in this place to take a rest in my long 6 -7 week trip. The highlight for me would be food and service. The food was surprisingly good. A twist on traditional Greek food that was very much to my taste

Food is a personal thing of course and I am English but live in Spain. The food is ideal for an English palate with the pork main dish a highlight and also the Mediterranean salad which is a twist on a Greek salad

Great location, close to the airport wih plenty of parking. Spa, front desk, beach are excellent. Breakfast was good, the coffee was not so good Better to order one from the pool.

Someone suggest us to go here, the reception staff were very polite and friendly to offer us the suite room. Everything in suite room was fantastic, with details that all of us with a little kid felt very good

it included local meats and sausages and there were some homemade treats. for example their orange juice was freshly squeezed and they served totally delicious omelette!! Their homemade pies were absolutely tasty

The overall experience was good, but the hotel is remote, rooms maintenance can be better. Not sure if there are better options in Ioannina, but this hotel is nothing but fair.

The room was fully accessible with hands tool in the rest room. The room was wide for luggage and wheelchair, with a lot of lights inside and a lot of electricity charging. The parking was just next the room

The stand out of the place for us though is the staff - Chara, Angeliki and Costas were beyond kind - they went above and beyond, always willing to help us and made sure nothing was ever a problem

Pool is very nice addition, the kids loved it. Receptionist (Georgina) is very very kind and attentive for any request. Big supermarket (My Market) just next door so it's very convenient

We had to travel from New Zealand to Ioannina as my father was in Corfu by himself and had been flown to the Ioannina University Hospital after a serious heart attack

The location was perfect, just a short and easy 5 minute taxi ride to lovely restaurants and shops in town or to the hospital and a large supermarket next door (plus other handy shops in walking distance)

Check in was very easy and we had parking close to the hotel. We walked to so many restaurants and the water. It is a beautiful area with so much to do and history to explore. I would definitely come back

This traditional Ioannina hotel has had a successful makeover a few years ago and is a very good choice in the centre of the city, notwithstanding issues of traffic noise; we kept windows closed at night and relied on the efficient aircon for comfort

The apartment is situated near our points of interest and there even was a supermarket and bakery coming out of the apartment which was really useful

The hotel is modern and very clean. The rooms are suites, great to have a separate living and sleeping area with a balcony. The breakfast was a real treat fresh bakery and ample selection of eats

There is no parking around, so you need to find your own spot in streets around. Room was small, a bit too simple, but clean. Bathroom is outdated and it needs some love - especially shower curtains and toilet seat

AC in room is positioned directly above the bed, so it’s very hard to set it up to cool down the hot room with windows closed because of traffic noise, but not to have direct cold air current directed at your head

I arrived hotel late that’s why I just slept 4 hours. Despite l slept very short time, l felt so energetic when l woke up, because it was silence, good bed and pillow, bathroom was so nice

I arrived at the Hotel a little late but Alex, the receptionist, was very helpful and kind to me. He got me checked in quickly and showed me to my room. He even offered to help me with my bags

Great location less than ten minutes walk from the lake and right in the heart of the restaurants and bars. The bus station is a ten minute walk and the hotel has its own underground parking free for guests

Hotel egnatia is placed at central spot near the centre of the city it is not renovated but it is clean and close to the market It’s possible to leave the car in the local underground parking after informing the hotel , prices are low

The place is great, silent, not crowded, nice terraces in rooms it's better to add 10€ extra and to stay here instead of hostel-style place

Everything was great except no ramp at entrance to wheel suitcases in and the bathtub was deep and narrow making it difficult for guests with mobility problems to shower in.

We enjoyed our "picknick" lunch outside the room with veaw to a fresh green lawn. Oh! I forgot to mention big beautiful hall (great place for a wedding:))))

I spent 6 weeks here while my wife was in hospital. Everyone was really helpful and friendly. Rooms very comfortable and absolutely no problems at all. Almost sad to leave, but we were on our way back to the UK

I stayed at Hotel Anna while my husband was in Hatzikosta Hospital. The owners were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious, had a nice sized balcony and plenty of storage

It is located just 3 minutes from the center of Ioannina in the area of ​​Perama (where the famous Cave is located) My wife and I visited it during the Christmas holidays, with a few availability in the area but nevertheless they served us even though we booked at the last minute
