The best hotel to visit if you want something magical and very clean. Is a magical place that you can walk  into and the people is very  very friendly with everybody that goes there. Also the rooms is extremely clean. The breakfast is very big and good. I will go again for sure in my next trip there and I recommended go everyone.

Nice place. Small, cute but as well as cold. In the rainy days there is really cold and you can't stay with a thin-jacket. Perhaps, it may about climate conditions. Lastly, employees doesn't smile, they was looking as if doesn't want us.

The place needs renovation. It isn't a luxury hotel and the breakfast is average.

The new section was very nice.. very up market compared to the other half of the hotel we stayed in room No 612 ...breakfast was the basic..ie cake.. meat.. bread..good location..noisey outside...we had a problem there ... room No 613 was at it like bunnies at 3am...not that we cared only until the couple were houling attended reception who said the had nothing to offer...as it was getting heated...

This hotel in in the city centre, has parking and cheap prices. But it is old, needs urgent refurnished, it does not have a hairdryer and has problems du to its age.

Great location less than ten minutes walk from the lake and right in the heart of the restaurants and bars.The bus station is a ten minute walk and the hotel has its own underground parking free for guests.Economical clean rooms with good air-conditioning,a fridge and decent sized bathroom and also a small balcony.Just the ticket!

Hotel egnatia is placed at central spot near the centre of the city it is not renovated but it is clean and close to the market It’s possible to leave the car in the local underground parking after informing the hotel , prices are low

It's like from the 90s or 80s but I like this atmosphere. Rooms are very clean, the location is good, water is hot and wi-fi works great. For this price it's veeery good

Great price for the service. Great location. Most other needed service within walking distance (nail, hair, massage, face treatments, shopping, restaurants, banks etc) Courteous front desk service helpful with general info, relaxed about leaving a day earlier than expected. Would recommend for couples too!

Free private parking Inexpensive hotel right in the heart of Ioannina. The PLUS is they have their own private parking lot— worth the $ right there. Good signage directing you as well. Lady at front desk was so friendly and helpful. Elevator/ lift is very small, so could be a problem if there were lots of people waiting. Nice lighting in room. Windows had a metal pull-down shade as well as curtains...

The hotel room is small and the elevator is small. There are also door decorations. The service is generally okay, but they don't actively provide mineral water. Breakfast is a bit monotonous, the same every day. Compared to the city and price, the price/performance ratio is pretty good.

Palladion located in thr centre and is very old hotel. But the room was huge with nice ac and fridge. Also has a restaurant and the prices are very good. The hotel has huge parking The personnel is very nice and helpful For a couple of nights is good

Nice rooms, although a bit old. The double rooms have a great big balcony. The quadruple room is not huge but fits 4 kids (low ceiling as it's basically the attic floor). Breakfast is simple but decent. Pool is very nice addition, the kids loved it. Receptionist (Georgina) is very very kind and attentive for any request. Big supermarket (My Market) just next door so it's very convenient.

Great hotel at the suburbs of Ioannina! The question of rooms is too diverse to discuss (huge rooms with comfortable beds, but with electric sockets falling out of the wall and half of the lightbulbs not working). The convenience of location depends on your goals. However, the service beats everything - amazing, smiling, helpful, bilingual (at least). The place is recommended for sure!

Five miles out of town, rather isolated but peaceful and convenient for Ioannina Hospital where my husband had been taken. Otherwise a car would be desirable. Beautiful room, spotless, with small kitchenette. Staff were quite exceptionally friendly and helpful. We made an error when booking and the hotel accommodated our error when they didn't have to. Customer service was excellent. Room was very clean.

This is an EXCEPTIONAL place. It has the most beautiful view of Ioannina and the lake. Very short drive to the city, but you enjoy a wide balcony with staggering view and nice cool breeze. The room was very large, and well designed. with lots of windows that can be opened, yet with mosquito nets. One of the best accommodation i have stayed. Family friendly hotel which seated 3 kilometres away from the city centre. In addition, you can arrange a seminar for a small company. Finally, its location is perfect for runners who wants to run just next to the water.

The beautiful renovated stone building in which the hotel is located has a beautifully decorated interior. Quiet and friendly environment allows for a pleasant stay. The apartment was clean and tidy.

A new hotel with fantastic rooms and reception,decor. Very clean and the staff and owner extremely friendly. Don't expect a buffet breakfast however they will bring it to you on a tray at your table with everything to cover the family and start your day. The hotel does nt have its own parking however they collaborate with a nearby underground parking which charges 3 euro for 1-2 nights. I highly recommend...

We loved the traditional style in which the hotel has been built, ensuring that the rooms are of good size. Many have balconies with amazing views over the lake, far below. The owner was very friendly and helpful with suggestions about where to eat etc. Breakfast was delicious!

Our visit at this hotel was outstanding. The owners were very polite and helpful, very nice breakfast . The room was as described, magnificent view, very warm because we visited burning winter time. The distance from Ioannina town is acceptable and also has parking. I sincerely suggest this hotel to any one that would like to visit the territory of epirus.

We got rooms in an adjacent wing which required a long walk from the reception area including stairs. This is not easy with suitcases. The rooms were of good size and bathrooms had all the amenities. Breakfast was a waste of money (6 Euro). Selection was poor, few slices of vegetables, coffee was awful. About 20 minutes from the old city and restaurants

We stayed in this hotel for 9 days. The staff is pretty polite and helpful. However, the photographs in their site don’t appeal to reality. Their rooms are far different from the photos however they provide everything you need. We had 2 beds in our room for 4 people but the second bed was a couch turned into a bed.
