My wife and kids had a fantastic time the room was very clean the hotel well organized and managed. Exceptional location very close to everything and best of all Pet friendly. We even used the service elevator to move our two dogs to and from the room. Most importantly the hotel also has parking. A very good choice when in Ioannina.

The hotel is located within walking distance to the centre of Ioannina. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and reception were particularly helpful. Thanks for a lovely stay.

The hotel is in a good geographical position. I am a regular customer there. The staff service is very good. The rooms are old but clean. Several times I had the opportunity to sleep in a room with windows overlooking the main road and right above the traffic light. The noise of cars and the acoustic signal of the traffic light were excruciating... The price is affordable.

Area a bit dodgy but safe overall. Photos were not accurate and room not as clean as expected. Breakfast was decent and fresh enough. Price was slightly higher than expected for the room we had. All staff members were very pleasant, nice, polite and helpful!

Set in the historic part of Ioannina, this hotel is clean and comfortable. Easy walking access to the lake and popular eating areas. The streets surrounding are local and look a bit run down, but the people are warm and friendly. Found a couple of good coffee bars and some bakeries tucked away in the side streets.

We asked for a double bed, instead we got 3 single beds inside the room, two of them connected with a little gap in between. Room was nicely decorated like old Victorian style, but the furniture had been rearranged in such away to accomodate the third bed, that made it a bit hard to move around especially on the one side of the bed that was closer to the windows. The best hotel to visit if you want something magical and very clean. Is a magical place that you can walk  into and the people is very  very friendly with everybody that goes there. Also the rooms is extremely clean. The breakfast is very big and good. I will go again for sure in my next trip there and I recommended go everyone.

Cozy outside the center of Ioannina Clean room, although there was a lot of furniture packed in there. Mattress was a little worn down and soft, but it was comfortable and I slept well since it was a very quiet location. Close to the city center and getting to the sights of Ioannina was very easy. The small breakfast had nice offerings and was a nice way to start the day.

Nice rooms, although a bit old. The double rooms have a great big balcony. The quadruple room is not huge but fits 4 kids (low ceiling as it's basically the attic floor). Breakfast is simple but decent. Pool is very nice addition, the kids loved it. Receptionist (Georgina) is very very kind and attentive for any request. Big supermarket (My Market) just next door so it's very convenient.

Great hotel, lovely pool, big breakfast buffet, very nice room with balcony. Good location, too!Short drive to the lake. Our car was in the shade. We ordered room service from the pool bar to our room. Nice! Our only suggestion is a need to update the shower.

I had a room reserved for two nights but my flight in Athens was delayed, so only stayed one night November 2024. My room was on the third floor with a great view of the lake and mountains. I did have an issue with the keypad to my room door, but the staff were very helpful in getting it fixed. My room had a safe and nice bed. Loft room furniture not positioned pratically. Bed under roof window making it hotter and uncomfortable during 38 degree days. Air con not cooling enough. However nice and clean and staff lovely.

The room was comfortable but we could hear the noise from the people walking in the corridor. Our room was labelled lake view which may be true in winter where trees do not have leaves but not in summer. There is a parking in the hotel. The reception is only open until 4pm, so we had to call to get the pin to check in and access our room.

This is a great boutique hotel in a quiet location near many restaurants around the lake. The rooms are modern and clean and a basic breakfast is included. Can recommend this hotel for good value in a relaxed and central location to most areas of interest.

The hotel has been great with an amazing view over the lake. It's very close to the city center, like 10 minutes of walking. The staff has been extremely friendly and the breakfast really good. You will definitely not regret choosing this hotel

This hotel in in the city centre, has parking and cheap prices. But it is old, needs urgent refurnished, it does not have a hairdryer and has problems du to its age.

Great location less than ten minutes walk from the lake and right in the heart of the restaurants and bars.The bus station is a ten minute walk and the hotel has its own underground parking free for guests.Economical clean rooms with good air-conditioning,a fridge and decent sized bathroom and also a small balcony.Just the ticket!

Hotel egnatia is placed at central spot near the centre of the city it is not renovated but it is clean and close to the market It’s possible to leave the car in the local underground parking after informing the hotel , prices are low

We loved the traditional style in which the hotel has been built, ensuring that the rooms are of good size. Many have balconies with amazing views over the lake, far below. The owner was very friendly and helpful with suggestions about where to eat etc. Breakfast was delicious!

Our visit at this hotel was outstanding. The owners were very polite and helpful, very nice breakfast . The room was as described, magnificent view, very warm because we visited burning winter time. The distance from Ioannina town is acceptable and also has parking. I sincerely suggest this hotel to any one that would like to visit the territory of epirus.

We stayed as a family with three children and had a great experience at this hotel. Everything was very clean, and the breakfast was fresh and varied — perfect for starting the day. Getting to the hotel and parking is hard. The shower needs updating. The service was wonderful and the breakfast was amazing. Can't beat the view.

This is a beautiful gem of a place with absolutely stunning views that calm the soul. The owners are wonderful, very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was super yummy too! Roads uphill are a bit tricky but this is very common in Greece, especially if you want views. Well worth it!
