It‘s good. Rooms clean, staff friendly. Location is central. Parking lots. Bed is confi, AC and heating works. Perfect for a stay even a little longer. It might be a little noise. Accoustics is bad in the rooms, you hear other guests coming home a lot.

We felt completely unsafe in this hotel during our 3 night stay. Friendly but incompetent and uneducated staff.

1. We were shocked when we checked-in at 2am only to open the door and find a person sleeping and snoring in our room. 😳 They had given it to another person and they didn't know...

2. Due to the above incident the first night they downgraded us from a superior to a normal room. We had booked a double bed and they gave us a twin. Above all, there was also a strong smoking smell in the room. We slept bad.

3. The communication on when to move to our expected room was a mess. They didn't prioritize cleaning the room to fix their mistake and they expected us be without a room between 11:00 and 15:00 😔

4. On checkout day at 11:05 am, we had packed and I was at the toilet. The cleaning lady knocked 3x times and immediately rushed into our room to clean it. My partner was shocked as she couldn't react or speak at all between the knocks and the rush-in. Above all the door lock was non functional and didn't stop her...

5. We asked 27€ compensation: the price difference for the first night's downgrade. The receptionist only offered a 20€ verbal discount on our next trip.

It was great . The atmosphere the breakfast views and everything about that hotel was amazing . The staff are caring and if u ever happen to lose something in your room the receptionist will help u recover it

We’ve had a great stay at the hotel and staffs were amazing, from receptionists to breakfast bar staffs. Welcoming, helping ordered foods to room service, booked taxi, and breakfast bar. Oh, and most importantly, helping stored our luggages after checking out while having a quick stroll to the old town. Greg and Alley is very helpful indeed. We’ll certainly look into the city hotel in Preveza in future again. Thank you.
