Arilla Beach Hotel in Sivota

Worst ‘hotel’ I’ve ever stayed in. This is suppose to be a 3 star hotel but I’ve stayed in Travelodge in London which is a 2 star hotel and at least you have cleans rooms, a tv that works and clean bedding.

I asked for clean bed sheets and they gave me sheets with what looked like blood on it. I am actually traumatised from my stay here and would never return.

After a while, I decided to write a review. I gave it a thought and I decided that the only good thing in that hotel was the view, maybe the pool and thankfully we had decent Wi-Fi. The rooms were dirty, they didn't even change the bed sheets, the shower head was messed up, we found wasps and a locust in the room, and a bat as well as a wasp hive outside of our room. The breakfast was horrendous and they had someone serve us because they didn't want us to eat freely and they didn't want to spend money. The quality of the food was terrible and they showed lack of interest in their customers, since they didn't even take us to our rooms and we had to search for them with our luggage in the complex. Honestly, I know its a 3 star hotel and it was cheap. However, their being stingy with their service, food and facilities are unacceptable despite the affordable prices. I didn't feel like talking to them because it would have ruined the holidays and I didn't know where to start from. Hopefully with this review I can help other tourists and the hotel management. It's not meant to attack anyone but to have an objective opinion of the experience.
