Prima Vista Boutique Hotel & Spa in Sivota

Beautiful boutique hotel in a quiet location with direct beach access and crystal-clear water. Rooms have stunning 180° sea views towards Agia Paraskevi island. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The hotel is built on a slope, so there are some stairs, but this adds a nice touch of exercise – or you can simply use the golf carts available. Easy to reach Sivota, Parga, and Perdika, where you’ll find authentic Greek tavernas. An excellent place for rest and relaxation.

What an amazing and fantastic place! The staff is very friendly, the hotel is clean, everything is cleaned and maintained. Beautiful garden and vegetation. Right on the beach, beautiful bay. And great food too. We loved everything up to and including, nothing to complain about, except that this hotel got 10 points in all parameters! RECOMMENDED!

Perfect hotel in every aspect: room, restaurant, pool, beach facilities. People working here are what we call "kind-hearted" in Greece. In my opinion, the beach is the best in the area. Also, the restaurant is one of the best we have ever been to in Greece... Not only in the area.... Amazing food and breakfast... The gardens also add a positive feeling to the whole experience. Beachfront, modern, clean and cozy boutique hotel with a great view! We stayed for a week in this beautiful boutique hotel and were absolutely delighted with every aspect of it. The hotel is located in one of the most beautiful places in Sivota with a private beach and beautiful surrounding nature. Quiet, relaxing and private, the hotel is very clean throughout. The suites are minimalist in style, have a very suitable floor plan and are spacious enough to provide comfort and privacy for a couple or family (we were a couple with our 13 year old son). We booked a panoramic suite from which we had breathtaking views and exciting evenings on the balcony. The staff is very friendly and ready to help at any time, whether on the beach, by the pool, in the bar and restaurant, as well as in the room service. You can use all the facilities in this hotel: bar, restaurant, pool, beach and golf carts that will make it easy for you to move around all the premises and from / to the room. Safety measures were also observed. The management also offered pest control measures. The hotel provides fresh towels, linens and daily cleaning of the rooms. The breakfast was hearty, while the lunch menu is rich and the chef offers excellent varieties of fresh fish, delicious traditional and Mediterranean dishes, but not only at reasonable prices. We enjoyed our stay much more than other 5-star large resorts in terms of privacy and customer-oriented service. We would defiantly repeat our experience at this hotel and highly recommend it to others.

An upgrade in the room cleaning would make the hotel an A+. Perfect location, great beach and scenery, wonderful, friendly staff!

The place is definitely worth a go. Beach is small but clean. If you go in peak season, you do need to go early in the am if you want a beach side bed. Pool beds always had plenty available. The restaurant staff were great. They knew us by name and after a couple of days the knew what we like to order. The remainder of the hotel staff were great also. The only negative was the length of time it took for service even if they were not busy. When I say it took forever, it took forever. The menu choices can use some revamping and to stick with local cuisine. It seems them tried too hard to execute specific dishes and weren't great. Feedback was always given to the waiter during those times. Love that they had Gelato there and was really good!!! As for the room we had, the only negative I have is the TV room area the AC was not equivalent to the bedroom air. It was SO hot; even with curtains closed, nothing helped. We will definitely try to visit here again in the future.

My third year in arow at this beautiful boutique hotel. I love this place more and more , every time. Rooms, service, pools, beach, food are all perfect. I can't wait to come back next year.. Cheers and thank you all at the hotel Juliette and Tony

Prima Vista is a pure gem. We arrived late at night and were met by a lovely young lady from reception who assisted us with parking and our luggage. The room was just perfect, the service was incredible in all areas, the food was SPECTACULAR and the view and beach was picturesque. We loved it so much we booked to stay again. You’re missing out if you don’t stay here.

The hotel was very good and the staff was really nice..The room was very clean and every day you get new towels. The food was very nice, but there weren’t many things in the menu. The breakfast was really good too, we all really liked it. And the beach was amazing. We liked our stay there.
