The owner of this hotel was incredibly rude and unfriendly. I would have given it zero stars if it existed. He chased away all the boats anchored in the bay outside his swimming buoys, which he managed to put 200 meters away from the beach.
It was the offseason, in late October, when there were no swimmers and hardly any guests in the hotel. He came in his dinghy, without a single greeting, and rudely told us that we had to move 100 meters away from the last line of buoys. He even threatened to call the police!
The actual rule in Greece is that boats are allowed to anchor 100 meters from the beach or outside the buoy line that marks the swimming area in small bays! What an unpleasant person!

Great beach friendly stuff the food was excellent even the cocktails were fire all in all it was a great experience so far definitely coming again.

This has been one of the best places I have visited recently. The rooms were great and spacious. The staff and the owner were wonderful people and very friendly. The beach was just beautiful, private and right in front of the hotel. The pool is new and it has a bar where you can grab a drink while cooling in the water. I could walk out of my room straight into the pool. Overall it was a top notch place and experience.

We had the 2 sleeping room Appartment with kitchen and living room. Furthermore two bathrooms on suite.
It is a wonderful location!
Just 10 minutes walk from Syvota Harbour with supermarkets , Restaurants tons of ice cream and Bars.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. It is located in a unique place. The hosts were very kind and hospitable.

Stayed there last summer, Alex and staff are very friendly and helpful, fantastic beach, very clean water, town is a 15 minutes easy walk away for restaurants, shops, etc. We had a nice duplex apartment, they have a beach bar open all day, and guest have free sunbeds and parasols, really enjoyed our two weeks here.

Beautiful beach, but there's no menu with prices for the beach bar. We asked for one and we were informed it doesn't exist. Illegal and unacceptable!
Following your reply: two people went to check and ask for the menu, we were not given any. We were orally told what there is on offer and the prices. 4,5 euro for a toast?!? If there's no menu you can charge all you want.
