Where to stay in Ios Chora

Had an excellent stay. Staff were extremely attentive and friendly. Hotel itself is lovely.

My ferry was cancelled due to high winds and the Liostasi staff upgraded my room to a suite for free. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, the pool/common area were beautiful with a bar and great view. Despite how lovely everything else was my favorite part of this hotel was the staff. The woman at reception, who I (unfortunately) cannot remember the name of, was warm, welcoming, well spoken...

Amazing hotel with the kindest staff that goes above and beyond to make you happy! Hotel is modern and beautifully decorated. We didn't get to use the pool as it was already chilly but the area looked amazing! The views from our terrace - to the port and the water - were incredible!!! I stayed at Liostasi 3 days in the middle of September. Very nice view to the sea. Nice and polite staff, gave me many tips and information about the island. We had dinner the first night. Very nice place . The only problem is the pool closes way too early we start getting warned at 6:30 that the pool closes at 7 and it would be great to enjoy it while there still sun. At least until 8 pm

Fabulous stay, lovely room and grounds, and 10/10 service from Nicki and Lisa. The hotel is clean and excellent for those wanting a stay not in the main part of Chora (still easily accessible to Chora by public bus or rental vehicle). Nice Place except for the Hill Climb! Everything is Great about this place, especially the view of the Town, except for the 1 Kilometre walk up a Very Steep Hill!! Made me only want to walk down and back into Chora once a day because of it… Hire a Car or Quad bike to commute around the island, you’ll be glad you did!!

The kindness of the property owner is evident when you stay here. We were very lucky to enjoy this place in the off season and really get to know some of the locals.

We opted for a deluxe room that overlooked the chora, it had 2 rooms with two double beds and a cot so it was approved for more than 2 people. Greek style rooms a bit "spartan" but we only used it to sleep and wash, the only flaw was that the air conditioning...

Good hotel with newly refurbished bathroom. Located next to the port which can be convenient but it is far from Chora and noisy (despite having soundproofed rooms). there are no common ammenities just your room.

We and another couple have just had 5 great nights in a Deluxe Double at this hotel. Great location, great pool area, great rooms and great hosts. The only slight negative was the breakfast as no fresh juice or espresso made coffees and the room decriptions say 'coffee facilities' but there weren't any. We will definately return!

Olga’s Pension is the perfect accommodation in Ios. It is very well located, the rooms are spacious and spotless, the facilities such as bar and pool area are a great addition, breakfast is very tasty and has so much variety, the pricing is very reasonable- but the best part of all is the management and staff who are lovely and take great care of their guests. We loved our stay at Olga’s pension we didn’t want to leave. The location was perfect, only a 5-10 minute walk to the port / beach. The rooms were beautifully set up, and cleaned everyday! The best place to stay in Ios so far! The villa is perfectly located just a short walk from the port and only a few steps from the local beach. Everything you need is within easy reach. We hired sun beds here for the day for £5 euro. Lovely pool area, beds, hammocks, drinks and food , very reasonable prices. Salvatore the owner and a lovely Greek lady waited on us and we’re so friendly and hospital. Definitely recommend a day or stay here.

This place is literally the best hotel in Ios. If you don’t stay here you’re doing it wrong and may aswell not even go. The rooms are so good, the bar is elite, the pool is great, Big Mike was the best and Andrea’s made the best Aperols. I can’t recommend it enough, it’s seriously good. The hotel is in the country and has a bus stop 2 minutes away. From Mylopotas it is 10 minutes at the most and from the port 10-15'.

Excellent spot in the country (everything was next to and with easy access to MMM) with a great view of the whole island. I stayed three days at Mare Blue. The rooms are simple but very clean and the service was excellent. The location is the best part, on a quiet street close to all the hustle and bustle, a 10-minute walk from the port and all the restaurants. It has all the essentials and several spots around the hotel where you can sit and meet other guests and even includes a parking spot.

If you need a place to stay with very short notice, this is the place to stay. Very friendly mom-n-pop guesthouse. Accomodating and are very sweet. WiFi connection can be fickle. It's what you would expect for a 3 star accommodation. Just the rooms were 2 small for three people and the road to the accommodation was rocky and couldn't carry our luggage with ease.
