The overall stay at Ios Palace Hotel was very pleasant, the location is outstanding, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, of course the view was phenomenal! Also the breakfasts had a large selection as well as great taste!
What could generally have been better was definitely solving the issue with the toilet smell, it was truly unpleasant and constantly present throughout the day in the pool area. Another point is staff, some staff members (at the reception) were always very friendly, helpful and professional, whereas the people working in the restaurant were oftentimes not experienced and not competent in their work.
Otherwise were very satisfied with our experience and can also recommend the restaurant at the hotel!

Absolutely stunning property and hotel. The 2 bedroom/2 bath with our own private pool was spectacular.

We all had a wonderful time at IOS Palace. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. There was nothing that the staff wasn’t eager to help us with. An Amazing place to stay!

Booked a room, got a scam!
Just a few days before our trip, we randomly discovered that the room we had booked didn’t match what they planned to give us. We sent proof from and their reply? “Sorry, we won’t be hosting you.” We were left scrambling last minute to find somewhere else. If you’re looking for honesty and reliability — look elsewhere.!

There is a huge septic tank that is open and exposed right next to the rooms on the 7th floor which leads to strong smells. The view is nice but the odor is quite strong if you’re sitting on your balcony. If there is any breeze at all you can smell the sewage all over the resort including the pool and dining areas.

It is really on the beach, so walk down from pool to beach is very convenient. The pool is beautiful with good chill music all day..... the breakfast is included and very good. The hotel is clean and rooms are relatively small. Each room with terraces that are very nice to the bay of the beach. The Staffs are very professional.

Where should I start I don’t know. View amazing, room service amazing, breakfast one of a kind. We stayed in their new suites and the experience was so nice that we spend a whole day only in the hotel. It even has parking available. Recommend it 100%
