Petit Palace in Fira

We only stayed one night in September 2019, but it was fantastic! The hotel is beautiful and the service is excellent. The friendly reception staff provided complimentary welcome drinks and a map and were helpful in explaining all the important things to know about Santorini. The hotel has a pool overlooking the caldera, and many people passing by stop in front of the hotel to take pictures of the beautiful sunset. The hotel also has a small restaurant, but we decided to have lunch in Fira because we didn't like the menu. But if you just want to stay in and enjoy the beautiful views all day, the hotel offers all the amenities. Along with other nearby hotels, they offer a shuttle service to and from Fira seven times a day, which is very convenient and will save you 10 euros on a taxi (one way). They can also help you rent a car if you want to explore other towns on Santorini, which we definitely recommend. Also, pay an extra dollar and rent an automatic instead of a manual. You'll thank me later. ;-) Breakfast was included and they had a great selection (also suitable for people with allergies, vegetarians, etc.). The price (240 euros - night at the end of September) was a bit expensive for us, but it was worth it! Good to know: You can't see the sunrise at this hotel since the rooms are west-facing and the sun rises from the east. So you don't have to get up early to see the sunrise.

The staff is very friendly and helps plan the itinerary. The breakfast is also very good. The hotel also has a shuttle (but the time is limited, see the comments and photos); and you can also find the front desk to book a tour group and help rent a car (very reliable and cheap, only 40 euros can be done)
Facilities: complete, and also equipped with toothpaste and razors, which are rare in Europe
In short, it is highly recommended, it is a very perfect and beautiful hotel;

An experience beyond expectations. The front desk introduced the hotel facilities and surrounding attractions in detail during check-in. Breakfast was cooked to order, the overall service was thoughtful, and there was a free shuttle bus to the city.

The hotel is located by the sea, suitable for watching the sunset. The distance from Fira town is not too far. The hotel has a free shuttle bus, but the frequency is a little less. If you miss the time, the taxi is too expensive (starting from 36 euros, even if it is only 2.6 kilometers, it is recommended to rent a car) and walking is too tiring (because it is uphill and wastes your legs). The hotel breakfast is very delicious, every dish is delicious, which is the most praiseworthy.

Overall, the hotel is good. The view from the room is great. There is a small but constant temperature hot spring bath, which is very comfortable to watch the sunset. The hotel is far from Fira town, and there are three free shuttle buses a day. There is a convenience store a few hundred meters away where you can buy some beer and drinks.

It was a really pleasant stay and the staff were all really nice and helpful! The receptionist Vagos, in particular, was really proactive in helping us out and recommending us to different places 😊

The room is clean, tidy and very spacious. There is a small table at the door where you can eat. The overall feeling is very comfortable. We arrived at 12 o'clock that day. The front desk staff was waiting for us. They helped us check in and moved our luggage. When we left, we had an early flight. They booked a cheap taxi for us and prepared breakfast for us. Thank you very much.

The hotel is BEAUTIFUL. The room we stayed in was very large. At breakfast you have perfect views. It is a hotel with one of the best views of the caldera. The sunset is very beautiful. And many people stop at the entrance of the hotel to take photos with the white door. 200X100 recommended.

Everything was perfect, the view was fantastic and the breakfast was so delicious. The hotel is not far from the Airport and there’s a shuttle bus to Fira. The most impressive is the service of the hotel staff provided, every staff were well trained,especially Mr. Vagos, he provide an exceptional service, he help us a lot with patience and always with a big smile. Mr. Vagos is definitely a valuable asset to the hotel.
I will definitely come back to the hotel next time.
