Divelia East in Imerovigli

Understaffed. Two ladies do everything and are overwhelmed. Every guest we met had been moved at least once, some daily. Excuse was "it is high season" reality was they were way over booked. Continental breakfast included was unimaginative and without variation. Lots of stairs (as is common everywhere in Santorini from the drop off point to the room with no porter help for your baggage so be able to lug your bags yourself. Pool is small, the size of a hot tub and not cleaned the 5 days we were there. The room was quaint and clean and the view breathtaking (although most cliff side accommodations boast a similar view). Claim to provide airport shuttle but we we arrived early evening there was no answer at their phone for more than an hour so we ended up taking a taxi and arguing for compensation. We booked 7 months in advance and we stood firm and refused to move as we needed to unpack and were not going to pack again until departure. Many nicer resorts in Santorinin at a comparable price. Would not stay there again.
