We are so glad we stayed here with Kostas as our host! What a great guesthouse. Beautiful views and peaceful setting, easy walking distance into the tourist area. The room was so pretty with its own balcony

Kostas is the owner of this lovely hotel and you can tell he loves it there. It’s sparkling clean, even the bedsheets and the towels smell lovely. The views from the balcony is amazing

Even came to let us back into the room when I locked us out. Spotlessly clean and about 100 meters from the church were were going to for a wedding. Nice view from the balcony too

Kostas was most helpful with any questions. Vasiliki in the kitchen made sure we had whatever we wanted at breakfast, truly outstanding. You will miss out if you don't stay here

THIS ACCOMMODATION It’s OWNER AND STAFF DESERVE A 10 not 9.8. Probably the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. JUST EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS AMAZING.

Lovely hotel with great customer service. The location has beautiful views of the water and fort. Host makes her own jams and fresh breakfast daily

Beautiful apartments located in the heart of kalamata with a beautiful view of the sea. Everything is a walking distance away. Only downfall is the parking in the evening. Everything else was great.

Relax with a great view in Kalamata The apartment was clean and in a great location. It's a across the street from the beach and a short walk to great restaurants and coffee shops

Nice ocean view from the patio. Very nice restaurants near the sea. They provided coffee and daily cleaning

Our room had a very large covered terrace with the partial sea view, totally private and cool. The room was spacious and had everything we wanted, large king sized bed, the whole location was quiet and secluded

nice welcome and good service. always got a delishes breakfast on the terrace overviewing the sea. clean rooms, enough space in the bathroom

Breakfast was wonderful, you order it on a tablet the day before and it’s served right on your terrace at the chosen time. Each room has its own shaded sunbeds on the beach, super comfortable, facing a stunning bay view

excellent equipment on the beach, two sunbeds and a cottage for private use (assigned to your room)

The location is amazing, Monemvasia is an hour drive, Limeni is about 30 min drive, Gythio is a charming town with good restaurants, a very nice place for easy strolls through the little streets

The whole place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had its own private garden with the beach right in front of you with your own dedicated sunbeds

The breakfast was great, the pool was small but perfect, you’re close to the castle and the beach. Nafplio was a 10 min jog down the hill or a 20 min walk and there is free parking at the port

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread was generous and delicious, something for every taste. The swimming pool was sparkling and heated, although we didn't swim

The pool is lovely and there are some very sweet cats around. It is clear that the owners care a lot. Food-wise, the souvlaki was absolutely huge and was a particular standout

The rooms are spacious and beautifully constructed with materials such as stone sinks. The pool is surrounded by a garden that invites one to stay and luxuriate

The restaurant was superb, but is right next to the pool if you have little ones. They even let us eat in our room for no extra charge (when our toddler was being particularly challenging!)

Very cosy place, good breakfast and a good location just in netween the city, the castle and the beach.

The beach is just a few steps away, and the location is so convenient that you don’t even need a car. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

In a place where serenity is the main element, we enjoyed our yoga sessions on the shala, and enjoyed our breakfast in the cozy open restaurant. The rooms were amazing and very spacious

The breakfast buffet was spotless and delicious, with fresh fruit, a different type of pie each day, and vibrant, freshly squeezed orange juice

We made our Retreat come true and have a successful one all thanks to Sunny Garden and Christos that hosted us for the weekend

Fantastic view. Staff is very helpful especially Dorena with great advice for my onward travels to Sparta. It is a bit of an uphill hike to the hotel but the view is worth it.

Beautiful views, clean room, very kind, helpful staff. A bit hard to find, but the staff will come help you if needed. Helpful video to show how to park your car.

The property itself is located on top of the hill allowing for breathtaking views of the whole city and water, it is also located near a beach which was fantastic, as well as near a historic landmark of Palamidi Venetian Fortification which is a must to visit!!

Lovely and quiet setting on the hillside. Wonderful staff, thank-you Sakis. Parking is above the property, and a rough cobblestone path to the hotel, they will send a video showing the route in, its not hard to follow

We had a wonderful time for our 5 day stay, staff , especially Dorina and housekeeping lady were very sweet and accommodating helping with whatever needs we had

A gem on the hill above Somewhat difficult to find but once you do….it is absolutely lovely. Clean….well appointed…excellent breakfast!

Apartment in Monemvasia located near the center. Nice and quiet and you can also park here. Nicely decorated rooms, modern style in bathroom. Douwes Egberts coffee on the first floor for free

Amazing views, comfortable bed, hot shower, relaxing pool side with various sun decks, lemon trees, tranquility. The owner even sent us a message before check out to let us know we could do a late check out

The location has many positive points: - the view is exceptional - the houses are very beautiful and spacious -the host is welcoming - the pool is large and private - in the evening you can admire the starry sky and count the falling stars -it is a quiet location

This is my most favourite place to go during the Easter holidays!! I went with my best friend, and she loved it too! This swimming pool over there is just amazing looking out over the sea and landscape

you can always find a place for yourself on the terrace or in the garden so you can meditate or read a book The only minus of the location would be the position, because you are dependent on the car (you cannot reach the beach or in the city on foot, because there are no sidewalks on the main street)

a full kitchen with all appliances that work in perfect condition, a large garden with colorful and gorgeous flowers where children can play. And that swimming pool to relax with a marvelous view in the background

Lot of street noise unfortunately Lovely room except for the street noise. Windows aren’t sealed or double glazed so all constant street sounds of cars, motorcycles and loud passers by are heard clearly

Impossible to sleep before 1am. It’s probably great in off season as it’s right in the centre. Very clean and attractive room

This is a wonderful place to stay high above all the ruckus and turmoil of the streets of Nafplio. The rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast is great. The view from the balcony is amazing

My only caution is this is not for anyone with mobility issues as there are stairs to climb to the hotel and to the rooms. You would also be well advised to have a car

The space of this room is quite big comparing to other pensions. It is very clean and tidy.

Just make sure to use the upper road when you go to Marianna by car, the Google Maps navigation points to the lower road which is a small dead-end road with not much space to park a car or turn to get back to the road (been there)

Cute Room on Hilltop Very friendly and helpful staff. I was there for a short time so didn’t have time for the breakfast

My only advice would be to check on exactly which room your staying- the directions sent me to Pension A which is at the bottom of the hill (where I parked) but my room was Pension D which is at the top of the hill

They were so warm and welcoming, the location is so charming and picturesque! Set just below the castle, I'm not sure there's a better location in all of town! The room we had itself was pretty cramped and basic, but comfortable (and a great value), and we loved the view out our window over town

Breakfast was delicious, as was the communal patio area with great views. We'd stay back here in a heartbeat

View from the room we stayed was very beautiful. We could see the water, mountains, and the beautiful city. The owner was very nice and help arranged the taxi for us to go to anywhere we wanted
