Pension Acronafplia B&D in Nafplio

Cozy motel in the center of Nafplio old city. The location is the best thing about this motel. It couldn't get any central than this. From our balcony we could see both the fortress walls as well as the Acronafplia castle. It might be a bit loud, especially on a Friday and Saturday night, as there are bars and restaurants on the main street under the room, but you cannot get a central location without a bit of noise. The room was small but had everything we needed and it was very cute, nicely decorated and alluding to an older more romantic style (personally i think it fits perfectly the architecture of the building and of the city).

They cleaned the room daily plus bringing us clean towels.
The owner was very helpful and explained to me a lot regarding the route we wanted to follow to go to the south of Monemvasia.

The space of this room is quite big comparing to other pensions. It is very clean and tidy.

For the price, the hotel is great. Hopefully it gets a bathroom renovation soon and a slight update to the room. But for the location and that it’s in an absolutely beautiful and historic building, I’d stay again.

They are very friendly and helpful.

Bathroom in our room dated and needs a bit of TLC

We’re above a busy bar, it’s loud up until 11-12pm after that silence.
No elevators, no parking as per their amenities. We got lucky with a spot by the docks at n/c.
It’s clean, management are readily available.
