Well run family hotel right in the heart of Epidavros. Close to beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, etc but at the same time in a quiet environment. Staff very helpful and cooperative
Clean premises, kind family owned business. Best hotel breakfast ever, including fresh orange juice, home made pies and other delicacies. Value for money even during the high season.
Very friendly and helpful the family who runs it. The rooms were very comfortable and cleaned according to the quest's preference's (due to COVID-19 guidelines)
Very quiet hotel next to the port where we had a lovely dinner. Bathroom was mediocre and smelly. Staff very friendly. A/C very noisy and not efficient. All in all, a nice little hotel
+The hosts are very helpful and kind.
+The rooms are super clean (very important for us due to Covid-19)
+Very good location
Overall very satisfied.
Both of them are extremely hospitable and went out of their way to help us with our midnight check in and then breakfast options in the morning
Peloponnese, Kalamata, 24 Riga Ferreou Street 🧭 Map
Fantastic room for a family of four. Great location close to the beach front. Friendly staff and great customer service. Will definitely visit again.
The staff was exceptional in trying to accommodate guests. From the the reservations, check-in, restaurant and bar staff to the room maids, it was obvious that everyone went the "extra mile"
Room designs were convenient and comfortable. The rooftop restaurant (
both indoor and outside offers a wonderful view and a generous breakfast
Some OK restaurants and bars along the promenade, but the best are in the old town 20 minutes walk away. tip: take a sunrise walk out on the molo, and you may spot some sea turtles
Wonderful beachfront hotel! Large clean rooms and a great breakfast available! The rooftop restaurant bar is with a stunning view of the Messinisn bay and Kalamata wondernful beach
He was incredibly passionate about the food, took the time to educate us on each dish, and guided us through a delicious wine experience
Peloponnese, Kalamata, Main Street, 24100 Kalamata, Gretsiya 🧭 Map
The biggest advantage is that it has its own private (relatively small but very nice) pebble beach and very nice sea right in its front
In the pool bar right over it, there are some very tasty local lunch options as meatballs with freshly made “French” fries and piglet etc It still reminds me of nice Greek, traditional vacations from the 90’ by the the sea
The hotel may be a bit outdated (the rooms though well renovated), but it truly strategically located by the sea
The best aspect of the hotel is the little quiet pebble beach with sunbeds and umbrellas, a very nice place to chill out with perfectly clean sea water
We like most of everything about this hotel except for the shower water. The pressure of the water in the shower was very weak and the temperature of the water was not consistent
first let me say , THANK YOU TO ALL AT THE MESSINIAN BAY HOTEL. YOU ARE ALL OUTSTANDING, No matter which department you are, you all did a great job. Your hotel staff were there any time to help out
Great Resort
Hotel room was very clean with a balcony and a view on the sea. The pool and bar were very pleasant and the food was tasty and plenty. Staff was very pleasant and helpful
A great catch near Kalamata !!!
The warmth and efficient polite hotel staff made our stay enjoyable, lots of choices at breakfast, sun loungers were always available at the poolside side everything was an ease especially ordering from the poolside bar with staff were polite and efficient
This is not one of the bustling, loud resort were you fight for a pool space (thankfully) so whenever our children wanted to just stay in the pool area, they'd always be space
The beach bar that stayed open late serving with efficiency’s and engaging staff of wonderful cocktails - especially “The Vespa” and “Apple Cocktails”
Lovely and varied breakfast each morning, including lots of local produce. This is a resort for those who wish to have a comfortable base to explore the city and the extended area
We stayed two weeks at Atki Taygetos that is perfectly located for a stay in Kalamata and to explore the Peloponnese in the Mani Peninsula area
Huge rooms, fabulously clean throughout, a beautiful pool set in spacious gardens with grass and fruit trees. The staff are wonderfully friendly. Breakfast was simple but delicious
Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff, especially Ledi who was brilliant. Breakfast was adequate but disappointed to see tinned fruit offered. Our room was spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool
We were surprised to find we were often the only people there - no sun-bed wars here! The location is perfect - a short easy walk from the centre of the village and two lovely beaches as well as a good selection of bars, shops and restaurants
The bathroom, however, was badly in need of modernising as the shower area was musty with a badly fitting shower
We had a fabulous and very relaxing 11 night stay at Tsokas. This is a small hotel with a great team of staff who made us feel very welcome and looked after
Lovely family hotel. All staff were great, very helpful. Very spacious rooms and large balconies. Lovely pool and outside area. 9 minute walk to the beach and tavernas. Would definitely stay here again.
The villa has a separate entrance and 2 cars can easily park at the private entrance in the driveway Comfortable sunbeds and chairs for eating outside on the terrace at the pool - 1
You feel home with a 5 star hotel service ! Mrs Eleni is very helpful, knowns every one around and may assist with any particular requests- She helped us finding a taxi to Athens Airport Pharmacy, supermarket bakery beach and village are reachable after 2 minutes drive We had a GREAT stay and will come back
The private pool is really the best!! It's quiet and you can have a quality getaway! The house is really big inside, we stayed in the villa with 6 persons occupancy!! The negative aspect of our stay was the breakfast which cost 14 euro per person and the quantity is really small
We stayed in Villa Olivia for 4 persons and the house is great, very cozy ! ! One bedroom bathroom (shower) and toilette are on the groundfloor - same level as the terrace and pool and a second bedroom also with bathroom and toilette are on the first floor
Maybe it was plumbing issue but it was intense. The surrounding area of Stoupa is really amazing, with nice bars , food options and beaches. I would stay again in this villa with my family and friends!
We had a delicious breakfast delivered to the home by Eleni. The swimming pool was pristine, clean and so refreshing. Supper in the village came with Greek dancing and a flame thrower
The room was incredible! The antiques and decor were great! The balcony was such a great way to relax at the end of the night. The breakfast was very delicious and filling. The location was perfect for exploring the town
Loved staying here. Be prepared to walk up a lot of stairs to get to reception, but if you stay in one of the lower rooms you will be able to enter at Entrance B, which is further downhill and easier to get to.
This place was wonderful. The breakfast was great, we looked forward to it everyday. The staff was very friendly. The location is great, quiet but so close to stuff. Recommended!
The most amazing service ever experienced in a hotel.
Staff was wonderful! Would recommend!
Our room was very nicely decorates as you see in the pictures here. Bed was not very comfy and terrace in summer not really handy as AC unit is blowing into it making it pretty unbearable
Standard breakfast buffet - unremarkable by international standards, but as good as most Greek hotels offer. Reception desk not manned overnight: key to outside entrance door provided for access after hours
A great 3 night stay at this quaint hotel. We were originally booked to stay somewhere else but when that didn't happen we booked into the Dias, so glad we did
Fantastic place, it's not the Four Seasons but they welcome you like old friends. The city is amazing and I wish I could have stayed longer than just 1 day.
The staff, Kostas and Angie were so helpful in giving suggestions on the area and places to eat. If we return to Nafplio will definitely stay here again
A superb hotel in Nafplio’s old city. The staff were especially friendly and helpful, giving us useful tips about restaurants and local sites, as well as background information about the area
Wonderful location and excellent staff. Very friendly and helpful! Close to shops and restaurants. The breakfast had great variety and was homemade.
Beautiful villa!
The villa was very nice and clean. Very good breakfast and beautiful view on the sea. Very nice host!
Worth It.
Beautiful, well maintained with helpful hosts and an amazing breakfast. Loved my stay!
Our apartment had two bedrooms, one of which was a mezzanine, and a delightful terrace with sea views. It also had a small kitchenette and an espresso machine with complimentary pods provided daily
We stayed five nights at this hotel during our tour of Messinia. The property is beautiful and well-maintained, with a lovely garden and sea views
Impeccably clean rooms with extremely tasteful interior decoration. Fully equipped kitchen (in every sense of the word fully). Nespresso coffee machine with coffee and tea capsules. Apivita products in the bathroom
Incredible breakfast: scrambled eggs with sausages, freshly squeezed orange juice, yogurt with homemade jam, sourdough bread, melon, mustokouloura, donuts all served hot in the room as soon as you call
The view, the rooms the beach 🥰
Bakery near by foot, beach and restaurants walking distance too but honestly the food at the hotel was more than enough amount and quality ❤️❤️❤️
We ate there every day and night Big portions very reasonable prices
We have been here a few times and glad to say it hasn’t changed. Right by the sea, you can swim and use the hotel’s paddle boards. The rooms are very comfortable, and the food is freshly cooked and delicious
Sun lounges, umbrellas, kayaks, snorkels, beach towels, all complimentary to use. The roof top bar was a highlight overlooking the sea, having a drink before heading out to have dinner
We were a family of 5 adults and had 3 front sea view rooms. Hearing the sea at night, watching the sunrise in the morning. can't get any better! A local bakery was 10 mins walk away
Nice hotel right on beach. Guess it was not full season since pool not filled yet. Very nice and helpful staff. Would recommend and stay again.
We had the most relaxing stay at Lido Hotel In Melissi, Xylokastro on the Corinthian Gulf. The staff were exceptional, always there to assist with our questions and offer recommendations
Great large room with sea view but all very unloved , staff appeared disinterested. Dead plants and gardens all tatty. Pool bar had no atmosphere and €5 a beer only €4 in Finikouda
The hotel itself is clean , good size pool , nothing really fancy but I prefer hotels where you feel relaxed and the staff are really friendly ( this is what made it ) breakfast was good not loads of choice but enough
We stayed 27th August to 10th September in room 110, an upgrade for sea view. We traveled with Jet2 and the transfer was horrible, over 2 hours in the dark, with narrow, windy roads made me feel travel sick
If you're looking for relaxation it's great but if your after loads of bars etc probably not the place The only let down was buses we waited an HR (I know a long time but I had some hope ) in the end got a taxi to where we wanted to go and he picked us up too at a set time Lovely holiday had
Going back was better in daylight and less parked cars to navigate. We were met by George at midnight who is lovely and a credit to the hotel, so cheerful and welcoming
The walk into town was around 10 min going 15 coming back it's a lovely little town with nice tavernas by the harbour
Peloponnese, Porto Heli, Porto Heli Hotel Argolida 🧭 Map
The morning on the veranda with the pool and the sea in front, the menu with selected drinks and food, the party area on the roof, the pools in front of the studios - everywhere there are people who take care of those little luxuries that tend to darken the leisurely days of tourists
Great hotel, nice modern design, chill atmospere, amazing breakfast. The pool is nice, the water in the sea is very calm and warm. The rooms are huge and all of them face the sea and the Porto Helli Golf
I am particularly impressed that at Hotel Nikki Beach (Porto Helli), they have managed to think in detail about every element of their customers' perfect holiday. Professionals work in the hotel
Beautiful resort. Quiet and Elegant. Our room with private pool was large and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.
We loved the whole experience.
Excellent location, excellent service, the view is amazing from the balcony.
The room is spacious with a large balcony, we can enjoy the sea view and the sunset even from the bathtub!
The pool is very beautiful and the facilities never felt crowded. Highly recommended for families who don't want to feel they are in a vacation centered only around the children
ok breakfast swimming pool area very nice beach good with free sunbeds they part of the hotel Did not eat her
This is the real Greece , an authentic Greek hotel with excellent outdoor facilities around a huge swimming pool, and if you want , the beach is just a few step down. The staff are absolutely fantastic!
Excellent beach with humongous "L" shaped pool. Great menu services. Met George and Niko the owners, very hospitable and caring people. I give them credit with what they have built and acchomplished.
Great breakfast and filter coffee. Bit of a steep walk off the beach into the village. Best to have a car to get around and see nearby places. Beach is just down some steps with sunbeds and umbrellas
We had a great time at this hotel! Pool was amazing and the proximity to the beach is great! Food was very good and the staff was excellent! Highly recommend
Just 2 warnings 1 The hotel is no good for people with walking disabilities The pool and beach has slopes and steps Also if you don't have a car it's a long walk to finikounda by road and if your fit enough a very steep up hill
The best thing about this place is that it feels homely and peaceful with staff doing everything they can for you from car rentals and advice on trips to information on local turtles in the harbour and beaches! We had a great time, it is clean and well maintained and the owners care about your visit, even getting a gift of olive oil when we left! It felt like visiting family rather than going to a...
Kyparissia in October is quiet but we enjoyed our stay here. Very friendly and helpful staff and well appointed hotel. Kyparissia had nice restaurants- we enjoyed Ammos on the beach for fish and cocktails
Amenities were close by, the square, the castle, the old town and a lovely quiet beach. The free wifi was excellent, the room was great and cleaned daily and couldn't fault this hotel
In a quiet street close to a working harbour don’t expect to see playboys and yachts here but fishermen landing their catch and giant turtles! A short walk uphill to the town’s square which has lots of bars
Such a friendly hotel with warm hearted staff doing their utmost to make a great experience. Spotlessly clean and v comfortable, with good bar snacks. Lots of variety for breakfast
The breakfast was excellent, featuring genuine Greek products – yoghurt (much better than what we get as “Greek yoghurt” back home!), local delicacies, traditional treats, and fresh regional fruit – a true taste of the Mediterranean diet

A lovely and calm hotel with a beautiful pool. The location is very good as it is close to the beach and restaurants. The owner was also super friendly and helpful!
The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere. The pool was a great addition, perfect for relaxing and enjoying some downtime
Clean, nice rooms, amazing service and nice pool. Located a bit of a walk from the beach but very close to local supermarket
Staff is friendly, helpful, and go the extra mile to assist you. Convenience of lobby, to pool, parking. Clean and location is perfect. I enjoyed swimming in the pool after a day at the beach
They are incredibly obliging, friendly and accommodating. The pool area is one of best we have seen, and provided a beautiful oasis to soak up the brilliant Greek sunshine while sipping on cocktails from the bar
Nice location with pool. Very friendly and welcoming owners, making your stay really pleasant. Recommended 100%.
The hotel is a renovated old house, located directly below the castle, with the mountains behind it and the sea in front
The hotel is really quaint with wonderful views. The staff is amazing helped me with the suitcases. The breakfast was very lavish for €13
Amazing view from our balcony and within easy distance of everything we enjoy. Great service and recommendations
Charming balconies with seating and great black out drapes. Modern shower and facility, but the water spreads all over the bathroom floor because of the lack of proper barrier. The hotel is kind of hidden away
The delicious breakfast was definitely worth the cost, with numerous options and excellent presentation.
The only thing I didn't like was the thickness of the pillows. Everything else was sublime.
Excellent service and location. The room was clean and the staff was professional and very friendly, especially the bar tenders at the pool bar. We felt extremely welcome hence why we will be coming back.
If you request a room with a sea view, you’ll definitely enjoy it — the view is worth it! The rooms are a bit old but very clean. They’re quite small though, especially if you're more than two people
The location is perfect, right on the beach with a spectacular view. Everything was clean and well taken care of
Everything is perfect, comfortable room spotlessly clean!!!!
The hotel staff are all polite and friendly!!!
I have recommended it to my friends and will definitely choose it again!!!!
Maria (receptionist) you are the best!!!
Thank you!!!
Fantastic location with extreme friendly and helpful ladies and gentlemen. Breakfast selection limited but of good quality. Next time will stay there again.
Amazing hotel! Outstanding service and wonderful staff. The hospitality and care were excellent and the location is perfect.
We were out climbing one morning and we returned to breakfast left in our room. He said "we weren't sure when you'd be back and we thought you'd be hungry" George said. Beautiful hotel and surrounding area
Very friendly and extremely helpful owner. Room was clean, beds comfortable ,
WiFi 10/10 in common areas, 9/10 in rooms. Organised pebbly seaside, with beach bars 3 minutes walking distance from hotel entrance
Hands down thee best hotel we have ever been to! The owner, George, is such a sweet man. He and the rest of the staff make the place feel like home
Price was very logical compared to nearby areas. Strongly recommend the hotel if you decide to spend time at poulithra
Plus, with excellent restaurants and cocktails nearby, everything you could wish for is within easy reach
Incredible breakfast!! And people that make the place so good it feels like you're leaving home
The hotel is AMAZING!!! So close to Pefkias Forest and to the beach!!!! Our room was fantastic and every day was cleaned!!!!!! Breakfast was rich and delicious!!!! I want to focus on the staff!!!! Vasiliki is a perfect professional, so kind, polite, generous, ready to help us in everything we need before we ask
Nestled in the charming seaside town of Xylokastro, the Gardens Gallery Hotel offered a perfect blend of modern elegance and coastal tranquility
From the moment I arrived, I loved its lush garden setting, stylish interiors, and prime beachfront location—just steps from the crystal-clear waters of the beach
Whether sipping an ice cold white wine with garden views or strolling along the beachfront, Gardens Gallery Hotel is a hidden gem that embodies the essence of Greek hospitality
We came for 1 night, and off season, so the hotel and all the surrounding were completely empty… so we found out that the reception is at the nearby hotel- the Riviera
The room was clean and comfortable, with 2 balcony’s facing the woods (back room), so no sea views
Peloponnese, Gythio, Selinitsa Gytheiou, 23200 East Mani, Gretsiya 🧭 Map
There is a great beach with private sunbeds just steps from your room, and sap and canoo available to the guests
We had the most incredible summer vacation at Niriides resort! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the resort's idyllic location right on the beach, far from any busy roads, and just a short 10-minute drive to Githio
An excellent place for relaxed holidays in Greece. White bungalows in a colorful Garden directly by the sea. No noise, no cars, you only hear the sounds of nature and the waves. A great view over the bay of Gythio
The little houses are renovated clean and quiet. Pure relaxation, combine it with full moon and you will just walk to the beach in the evening. I would love to come again soon. Thank you for the hospitality
The swimming on that beach is excellent. Clear waters, snorkeling on the left part of the beach, a cold water spring coming out of the sand that you can lay on, its like a therapy session
The beach is practically empty and clean (at least in late May when we visited). The town is 5 minutes drive away, but really I hated to leave this little slice of paradise
