Outside of town, but quiet and relaxing. Open spaces and pretty grounds. Balconies offered a cool breeze into the room. Breakfast and dinner had nice selections. Try the sour cherries next to the jams/marmalade and the sour cherry juice at the breakfast bar. Very nice hotel.

This is not what Google, absurd Americanism, would call a "cozy" hotel. It is well designed, stylish in a functional way and provides all amenities. The breakfast is excellent. The rooms are what you need. Especially if you make sure you have a balcony. There is a generous pool. Being outside Napflion is a positive advantage when driving to sites. The room was smelling and dusty. We have asked to clean and tide up the room in the morning of 2nd day and they have just replaced the towels but not the linen. Also, the breakfast was poor with very low quality of food and personnel were careless regarding the cleanliness of buffet that was in a mess by the guests. Beautiful and large hotel. Easily accessible to and from Nafplion. The rooms are big and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Very clean. The only downside is that the rooms need renovations. They are already outdated. Most importantly, get rid of the shower curtains! (Which were clean nonetheless). Will be back

This was the seventh (and last) of our hotels in our 14 day tour around the Mani. We had 3 nights booked as a final relaxation in a much loved town. Considering that this hotel might regard itself as the premier hotel in Naflion it was a bit of a disappointment. Only half was open (early season) and this was showing signs of wear in places. Despite its faults this hotel is amazing. The architecture and the location are stunning. If you need to be Wi-Fi it isn’t for you but the 5G signal is excellent and served us well. And don’t expect 5 star facilities and service - this hotel is about the views and the peace up from the busy old town. The lift to the town is spooky but we got used to it. It is worth visiting.

We booked 2 rooms for the 3 of us, my mother and my son and I. 5 stars for hotel location and view. 1 star for the rest. Not the employees fault. They are severely understaffed, there is nowhere to truly sit, rest drink anything. Pool shared with hotel which is above, u need to walk uphill. Pity, it could have been a super gem. It’s was once a very modern and new age hotel. But it has been badly maintained, as you can see from the photos.

Photos do not reflect reality. There was no sunroof deck, just a bare space with no furniture, floorboards coming up. Room was tiny, no shelves or hooks in bathroom, had to move three sets of sliding doors to open the small drawers. Lobby and rooms were dreary. We had a wonderful two night stay in Room 301. The room was quiet, large, and clean. The bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly. They even mopped the entire bathroom during our stay and sprayed our linens with a nice relaxing fragrance. The location can't be beat.

I stayed here for 3 nights with my family of 5 in 2 rooms. This is a delightful hotel, nicely decorated, lovely staff and a wonderful breakfast each morning. Beyond our expectations! We booked the hotel because we needed a relaxing break for our road trip. Everything was amazing! Due to low season, we enjoyed outdoor facilities all by our own, clean, beautiful, comfortable! Breakfast was unbelievable great and not expensive at all. Yet, is in an ideal location for those seeking a retreat to have some rest, enjoy the mountainous view and taste some local great food. Nice hotel with a central location in Nafplio. The hospitality is excellent and friendly and on request they even made us find espresso coffee for breakfast which is typically Greek. The general maintenance is a weak point, so much so that we requested a room change, which was granted.

The general design of the hotel deserves a major refresh, large carpets, dark room and fairly uncomfortable mattresses. Lunch there is not worth it, try in a cafe in town instead. Good location though, and everything was pretty clean (although a cockroach was wandering around in the bathroom).

This hotel was beautiful and we had excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious with all local ingredients and authentic dishes. It was great to stay right in the middle of Old Nafplio with easy access to everything. We loved our stay and would absolutely come back again.

This was a very nice hotel, located in the historic district and walking distance to everything. Our family of six had three different rooms. All had queen sized beds, well equipped bathrooms, and different sized sitting areas. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with nice views too. Breakfast buffet in the morning had a nice assortment of options/air conditioning. The rate we paid was fine.

If you haven't visited Nafplio, I strongly advise that you do as soon as possible. A pretty sea side town that served as a Capital once too. Everywhere you go you see very nicely designed well planned back streets full of small shops. Each one is more beautiful than the previous one and all are nice to visit to. Hand made, hand produced,, home made home fresh cooked. Clothing, textiles, honey, toys...

A great 3 night stay at this quaint hotel. We were originally booked to stay somewhere else but when that didn't happen we booked into the Dias, so glad we did. The staff, Kostas and Angie were so helpful in giving suggestions on the area and places to eat. If we return to Nafplio will definitely stay here again.

We had booked at Aetoma but as we wanted early check in they put us in their sister-property right across. The suite at Navria was excellent and it had an elevator as well. Breakfast was served on your table rather than buffet style making it a very pleasant experience.

Shower had corrosion. Room faced an internal patio, sadly used by smokers, so the smell enters the room. Water fro faucet undrinkable - salty... Breakfast staff did no allow to fill our water bottles with the drinkable water served. Reception didn't seem surprised.

The hotel is on the other side of Nafplio away from the center and water front. The hotel is old and has a weird smell. It needs to be renovated. There are no amenities at the hotel and parking is difficult to find. Our kids tried the free breakfast and they didn’t care for it. The beds were not comfortable at all. The furniture is old and non functional. What we paid for the hotel was too much!

Our room was tiny but for 2 days we managed. A longer stay would be uncomfortable. Very very cool house. Breakfast was good. One night there was no hot water but it was working the other times I tried. Great location unless you have a car. Parking is not that far but there are a lot of uphill and then downhill stairs which was challenging with suitcases.

The hotel is phenomenally well-located, and the owners were warm, welcoming, and accommodating. It is a small boutique hotel with just a few rooms, ours was a little small but was clean, had a nice tiled bathroom, and was exactly what we were expecting based on the pictures.

Excellent stay, spacious and very clean room, warm and hospitable service.

A cute little room with a comfortable bed, a big wardrobe and stylish old furnitures. The bathroom was spacious and elegant. The room felt very homey! I enjoyed my stay very much.

Unfortunately our room had no daylight, a very hard bed and no real bedcover which made our night quite cold. The location however was good and the owner very friendly.
