This is a lovely hotel on the edge of Kalamata. Refurbishment has been done very well and staff went out of their way to help. Pool and gardens are lovely as photos suggest. Some great restaurants in the town which is easy to reach.

I brought my group here and they were all doubles but for some strange reason the hotel Which is the best together and makes them up as singles. After explaining that the customers were all double rooms they fixed it up for us however the following day they made them up a single as again which is really weird especially as I was a single I got a full double bed.

Stayed for one night with a small group tour of 14 and our guide . Check in was time consuming as they needed passport details . All the other hotels on our trip had been provided with these in advance. We had requested a walk in shower , which was lovely. Excellent customer service I give the Elite city resort in Kalamata 10/10 for the customer service. A minor problem was resolved extremely quickly. The rooms are large, cleaned daily exceptionally well by Cleopatra and kettle/ iron available on request. The pool is amazing and the free beach opposite offers clear water and a lovely view. I would highly recommend.

Our room had two balconies, each with a different view and both views were stunning.

Excellent place for families. My kids enjoyed the amenities including the large beautiful pool. We wish the pool was open early and not at 11 am. The food at the hotel restaurant was just ok so we ended up dinning out a good number of nights.

Wonderful beachfront hotel! Large clean rooms and a great breakfast available! The rooftop restaurant bar is with a stunning view of the Messinisn bay and Kalamata wondernful beach. The food and drinks are of excellent quality food. One of my first picks when in Kalamata.

The staff were exceptional. Unfortunately I found the hotel to be very noisy. The staff helped me by upgrading our room and that as lovely however, I could hear other guests from this room also. Some rooms are need of renovation-especially the bathrooms. The restaurant upstairs was fabulous and the breakfast was excellent.

The hotel is as advertised. The view from the 5th floor restaurant is stunning. Breakfast was great with lots of options and the staff super friendly. The room was updated and we were on the 4th floor so our view to the water was amazing. i recommend this hotel.

Great hotel well placed with nice views and a nice beach with very comfy lounge chairs. There is no parking but you can easily find parking around the hotel. Breakfast was great a lot of choice and their coffee was really good, the view from the breakfast buffet was amazing!!!!

We were staying in Kardamyli and called the night before to ask if they could do a Spa Day as the weather was going to be awful. The Spa Manager was so wonderful and accommodated all 4 of us at such short notice. Set in a beautiful garden with lots of sunbeds and other features. Great pool, and a blue flag is just across the street. Everything is well maintained, service is attentive and very friendly, food is great. When we visited in early September, the hotel wasn't busy at all, and most of the fellow guests were Greek. One of the nicest views you will ever see overlooking the sea/ocean. Anywhere you look out from the hotel you are looking at the water. Very clean hotel, great breakfast/full breakfast. Just got back from an incredible week at the Belvedere resort. The hotel was beautiful — clean rooms, plenty of pools, and loads of activities for all ages. Our daughter had the time of her life thanks to the fantastic animation team. Gaia truly made our daughter’s holiday special. And Giannis at the Apollon Bar by the Olympic pool added a personal touch by remembering our favorite drinks every time...

This place reflects its place. Humble, kind and generous. The rooms are well appointed without being pretentious. It is nestles in the hills above a small quaint beach town. Yet has the quiet sophistication of being our a small city. A reasonable drive from much Greek history - great location to day trip from.

The flat was spacious, well maintained and okish clean. Ours was on the ground floor, so it was a little noisy since it was in street level.

We had a one night stay arriving late in the evening, but it was easy to find somewhere to eat, and the accommodation was very comfortable and clean.

The building is old. Love the architecture. Our room was spacious and clean. They provide a magnet that you attach in the room to run lights and air. Bed was low to the ground and really firm. Every time I moved it squeaked. Shower was decent. You have to step up into shower so if you are short you need stuff to grab onto. Air ran on low so really never cooled down to a comfortable temp. The staff at Hotel Ostria were so pleasant and helpful and we enjoyed our short stay. The breakfast was plentiful and continental. The hotel is located right across the road from the beach with many bars and tavernas in short walking distance. We also walked into Kalamata centre which took about 20 minutes. It was als easu to drive to from the airport and there is sufficient parking in the local area...

The room was clean but balcony a 2ft ***** overlooking a side street . Although plenty of bed side lights no switches to turn on giving a very dim view in room .no minibar no milk sachet for coffee . Great location with friendly and hospitable staff. Location is right across from the beach. Having the hotel breakfast across the road from the hotel was a memorable and great way to start the day. Convenient location to the dining options which are plentiful. Rooms are large and well set out. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

The rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff is very friendly. However, unfortunately, there were photos showing a pool, but there was no pool. There was also no gym, spa, or hammam. Keep this in mind before booking next time, as the price is high compared to other hotels.

We like most of everything about this hotel except for the shower water. The pressure of the water in the shower was very weak and the temperature of the water was not consistent. It went cold then hot constantly during our shower times.

Travelled with Neilson to Buca with two > 15 year old children. Very enjoyable holiday. Rooms are a bit small but you don’t spend much time in it. Went cycling, sailing, played pickleball and tennis. Food is good. A little disappointed to find out there is a 15% climate levy per room at checkout.

Neilson Messini is a fantastic resort for those who like an active holiday. The Kids clubs are insanely good, as are the activity options. Food is great and it has a fantastic vibe. Been 4 times now, and will definitely be back again.

Pleasent and clean good locatiin

Second time to Greece, first time with a child. This hotel has gone above and beyond for us! We definitely recommend this hotel if you want to stay in the Kalamata area. It's not to far from the main city and real close to some amazing beaches.

Oh this place is just wonderful! It is walking distance to restaurants and other food places. The staff are just so friendly and go over the top for you, will call you a taxi, recommend places, help you take your suitcases around. For a 2 star hotel, it is absolutely AMAZING. The Haikos Hotel, is our favourite hotel, not just in Kalamata but of all the hotels we have stayed anyway. It should be classified as higher star rated hotel. Apart from the pandemic, my wife and I have been staying at the Haikos for two weeks every year in May, since 2016. Why do we keep going back? We got a nice room on the third floor overlooking the messinian golf. Our stay was really pleasant and staff was very helpful! Except from a few details such as that the window lock was not working and we had a narrow shower space this hotel’s experience was above a two star hotel and recommended.

For a 2* star hotel, it is clearly above this standard. The rooms are clean and the guest service is great. You feel welcome from the start and are given all the information you need. The rooms are clean and there is a small lift to the upper floors. The reception is manned 24 hours a day and what is of great use for guests with cars is that there is a certain number of parking spaces at the hotel...

Rooms and premises are ok if you're not too picky or too "vanilla". The location is great since it's just 6 meters from the beach and away from bars (so it's quiet enough). It could be cleaner but that does not include the bathroom and bed which (which are very clean). Overall, a nice experience
