Hotel Aura in Laganas

Very good, helpful staff on reception. Very friendly and understanding. Regular room cleans. Had issue with the fan but instantly got the help we needed. Staff were extremely helpful on our last day providing us showers and a safe place to store our bags due to late flight. Highly recommend

Spacious rooms, fully furnished, perfectly working air conditioning and everything is super clean.
Receptionist is always available for any issue or question.
Furthermore, there is a quite nice pool, perfect for chillout sessions.

Aura hotel is a great hotel at a perfect distance away from the strip with a really nice pool. The patrons are super friendly and helped out with all of our needs during the stay.

We had an amazing stay here. Clean airconditioned rooms, comfortable beds, nice and clean swimming pool. The owners Eleni and Pepe are very warm, polite and wonderful people. We are very grateful for their great hospitality. They helped us with everything we asked them for. What can I say more: the hotel is highly recommended

We arrived at the sister hotel (Apple Hotel) as we had been booked there for our holiday, the owner then told us that they declined our booking but the travel company had sent us here anyway. The owner, Pepe, and his business partner very kindly managed to find two rooms for our group in this hotel for two nights before we could be moved by our travel company, Pepe and his partner continued to make sure we was happy in our rooms and helped me, the lead passenger, with the booking company to ensure that we was able to find a good hotel after being messed around.

I cannot fault the customer service of Pepe, his partner and his team, they was all welcoming and accommodating to us in our situation. The rooms of the hotel are standard and as shown in the pictures however they are what you expect when you book, we was provided with towels and a roomy balcony. It is not a far walk from the beach/main strip. Overall I cannot fault the kindness of the Owners and thank them for helping my group and I out.

The hotel itself was amazing, the staff was just on a whole new level. I definitely recommend it, I’ve had an amazing experience which I will cherish my whole life thanks to the staff and the whole environment. Thank you!
