Latini Family Hotel in Nafplio

Worst hotel i have ever been! We got the “best” room of the hotel which was a suite on the last floor.. the only nice thing was the view but even that you couldnt enjoy cause the balcony was awful and disgusting! The bed was large but really hard and the pillows were thin and old! The worst thing was that all sofas were really dirty and smelled! There were many things that were broken/or in bad condition and in general it seemed like it was left over. The bath tub had many scratches inside and it seemed dirty and there was mold around the glass. The owner told us as an excuse that its the end of the season thats why the room looks like that🤯! He also made a 20eur discount overall! To be honest i didnt care about the money, its just sad not to clean the rooms properly and in general not to make any changes and substitute broken chairs etc.. The hotel in general looks in bad condition which is a shame because is in a perfect location! Mrs Gioula was very kind and the breakfast was really really simple but ok. She gave us a cheese pie , toasted bread, jam & butter , some cake and some plain croissants. Coffee was good! The other lady that welcomed us was not very friendly and when i told her that the room was in bad condition she didnt seem to care! I hope the owner takes all that into account and not reply with a cheesy comment for any spelling mistakes i may made🙄!
