Wow! I'm not really sure what to add to all the excellent reviews. We came here for a week on the recommendation of our friends who have stayed here twice. What great friends to share this little gem with us. The Yialasi is truly an amazing hotel. Kostas and his wife Panayiota are excellent hosts and look after all their guests superbly. Kostas is so helpful and offered good restaurant suggestions for the one day a week they have a rest in the evening (Sunday during our visit). He also organised a taxi for us as the walk is not recommended at night. Special mentions to Anna and Lindy who serve at breakfast and dinner too, so very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The food is wonderful. Breakfasts so varied and plentiful that we did not need lunch. Dinners delicious so we didn't bother eating anywhere else (except for the Sunday). The suite we stayed in had everything you need and a fantastic view of the Saronic Gulf. The pool area is lovely with plenty of spots to relax. We alternated between here and the beach where you can rent amazing sunbeds for €10 a day. Beware the steep hill to get there, not suitable for people with walking difficulties but you can take your car down if needed. The worst part of our holiday was having to leave but luckily we've already booked a longer stay for 2026. Thank you Kostas and team.

Beautiful grounds with olive and pomegranate trees as well as flowers a plenty. The rooms were modern and spacious and the balcony views were spectacular.

The whole family greatly enjoyed the included breakfast which varied every day for extra variety but always included fresh orange juice, bread, egg prepared differently each day, and a meat and vegetable platter.

Staff was helpful and friendly and I can’t recommend this place enough.

Beautiful place. Wonderful and warming hospitality. Costas the owner and his wife are sweet and very welcoming. You can see that they put there hearts and thoughts in every single stone along the hotel. Definitely will come back....super highly recommend!! Thank you

A fantastic experience we would like to recommend Hotel -Apartments Yialasi to others we spent our holiday here in August 2025. Some lovely hosts and a friendly staff who revolve around you. We would also highly recommend the house's evening menu which consisted of changing homemade specialties every evening. The host had good recommendations about the different wines that go with the food and come from the different regions. Here we could relax and enjoy the peace and the fantastic sea view from our private balcony. We enjoyed breakfast with a freshly squeezed glass of orange juice from the place's own plantation. Hope we get the opportunity to return and experience the hospitality of the place again. Best regards with a warm thank you from Kim and Mai-Brith (Denmark)

Outstanding hotel! We had a gorgeous view and the sunrise in particular was incredible. Right up the hill from the seaport village area, lush landscaping, great service. If you want a luxurious and authentic Greek experience, stay here! We will return and stay longer next summer. Ευχαριστούμε Χρήστο !!

What a beautiful hotel. I’ll try not to repeat others reviews and talk about the things I would want to know We had a suite, bed large and very comfy, a/c worked very well (and we needed it) choice of good quality pillows. Huge balcony. VERY CLEAN Fridge AND small freezer compartment, kettle, Nespresso machine and sandwich toaster. Free water in fridge every day. Small complimentary toiletries provided. Flat screen tv (didn’t test it so no idea what channels) Food… breakfast was tasty and varied. Enough that we didn’t eat again until the evening (maybe an ice cream from Veluto in town) Served to the table by the lovely Anna. Each day was a different egg boiled, poached, fried omlette etc accompanied with breads, jams marmalade (I think their own, I wish we had bought some home) a sharing platter with tomatoes, cheese, olives and usually a fried bread or toastie. Then a combination over the days of either yogurt, rice pudding, fruit or cake. Coffee was good. As I said we didn’t eat lunchtimes Evening, we ate out quite a bit as we love to have a wander but by far the best meals we had were at the hotel. Beautiful setting in the gardens the steak was melt in the mouth as was the pork. Not your standard “everything served with fries” Kosta takes pride in the quality of the food, you can tell. Staff wonderful … all of them. It is a bit of a walk in the heat to town but it could be done. And as most reviewers have said, the views …. Out of this world.

Excellent accommodation located about a mile or so from the town of Paralio Epidavros up a short steep incline with fantastic views of the bay. Our room was large, airy and spacious with a comfortable bed, smart TV, nicely decorated and a large bathroom. The balcony was a nice place to sit taking in all those views and to relax. The breakfast was served in a large communal area and was very tasty with different choices available everyday and served by a pleasant lady. They also served snacks and dinners at a reasonable price all made with fresh produce. The swimming pool was very inviting with comfortable sunbeds and again great for taking in the scenery. There is a small supermarket located at the nearby campsite just below the hotel, ideal for buying small items etc. The owners were very friendly and helpful and they arranged a taxi to take us to Kalamata at the end our stay at a good price. In all we really enjoyed our time here. The only negative is the road that leads up to the hotel is very very steep, though short, and there are many steps in the hotel itself. Highly recommended especially for a relaxing stay. Somewhere you can chill out, forget about everything and not do a lot.

We had a wonderful time here. The staff are friendly and we always felt welcome. The rooms are very comfortable and the views are fantastic. The gardens and pool area are well maintained and the entire property smells like flowers. Breakfast was excellent and dinner was good.

Incredibly peaceful stay, with a setting amongst olive and orange trees and exceptional views out over the Saronic Islands. It's remarkable - given the facilities, outstanding service and quality of the rooms - that this is only a 3-star hotel.. it could easily be much higher!
