Hotel Alkionis in Zakharo

Awesome place to stay if you are coming to the area! It is a 5 minute walk to one of the best beaches, but the neighborhood is still very quiet for a relaxing time after! The town is only about a mile away and has everything you could need for your entire stay with great restaurants! Theodore (owner) is a very nice guy and will take care of anything when you need it, helped us figure out how to work the AC unit and it blew cold the entire stay! I would come back again!

The room and the areas were very clean. The surrounding area was very neat and tidy.
Pleasantly surprised by the quietness of both the area and the rooms. Although the accommodation was full, we could not hear anything in our room.
We spent five pleasant evenings. I would say that the place is ideal for families.

Well to start the room was amazing 100% beautiful and the people where so kind and so helpful, the pool was amazing i could stay there the whole day, the tv was old fashion and worked so perfectly it was such a lovly place not to far away from a shop and gas stasion but not to close you can here the cars it was the best the bathroom was so pretty the shower everything was amazing lovely would 100% recommend

We discovered Nikos House over 25 years ago and keep coming back !
We have it here with a warm host family to do. with quiet nights, we enjoy the nature, the animals in the area (sheep and chickens, from which we get not infrequently fresh eggs), the nearby not crowded beach, where you can lie most of the year against ordering a coffee for free under umbrellas, the visit to the nearby town of Zacharo either on foot (cars take you with pleasure on the way) or eg with a bike from the family.
All in all very relaxing and exactly what we big city people need !

I really like this accommodation, mainly because of the rooms and the people. The owners of the apartments are very helpful, polite and very nice. They really make you feel at home. I have only had good encounters with them and every time we visited, we have had a blast. The rooms are also very clean and the interior is very nice. I really recommend this place, if you are searching for a good apartment for a low and reasonable price!
