Location was beautiful and close to the centre of Argassi. We could walk into the sea. Spacious suite with 2 floors. You can have a very nice breakfast. Many more.

You wake up to a breathtaking ocean view. The rooms were beautiful and spottless. Nikos was very pleasant and accommodating . He truly went above and beyond to ensure that we had the most ideal vacation. The hotel is very close to the city and next to all the organized beaches on the island. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much and well done!

Excellent! Right at the shore, great vegan breakfast available, top host :)
Anne
I can recommend staying in this hotel, as the rooms are all clean and have an amazing view on the sea. The location is perfect, it's only a 5 minute walk to the centre of Argassi. There are also private parking spaces available, which was perfect cause we had a rental car.
The owners of the hotel are very kind and helped us enjoying our stay even more with giving us tipps where to go and what to do , and of course making the best Cappuchino :-) Greetings, Anne , Stefan & Melanie

Well set up and run small private hotel. Superior rooms pricey but super chill balcony overlooking the water... enjoyed this place. Owners very helpful.
Parking lot across the road a short walk from the property.

Everything was perfect! The location was fantastic, the facilities great and the room was really nice, clean and comfortable with an amazing view of the sea. Excellent breakfast and good wifi. Nikos and Maria were very kind, friendly and helpful. They gave us any support we needed just made our holidays unforgettable. We really enjoy our time there and recommend 100% this place.

Our stay at the Alas was truly unforgettable! It's more akin to a bed and breakfast than a hotel with only a few beautiful rooms and a laid back peaceful atmosphere. The grounds are gorgeous! We arrived late, but were instantly welcomed by our hosts who provided us with fabulous dining recommendations. The rooms are perfect and well situated for sightseeing around the island. I highly recommend adding breakfast in the courtyard, the food is delicious and the setting is chill and serene. Afterwards wade out in the crystal clear water off the small dock behind the hotel. If you're nice and jet lagged maybe wake up early to catch the sunrise. I would go back anytime!

We ( a couple, no kids) just spent one week @ Alas. Nikos was an amazing host, very available, helpful & with good advice (and great olive oil!). Nikos arranged for me a reflexology with a great specialist, we did the session on the roof top: getting such a treatment with this amazing view on the sea was UNIQUE

Alas Beach Lodge was quite simply exceptional in every way. This is not an overstatement. It is amazing value and you would be fooled into thinking you were paying five times the price for the service and experience you receive.

Zakynthos is stunning, and Argassi is a great base to explore the island. No hire car is necessary as its close to the airport, and regardless you can hire what you need in Argassi for a good price. The accommodation is far enough away from the bars and shops for a peaceful break, but not so far that you can't take a walk down to the various shops, restaurants and bars should you wish to.

Alas Beach Lodge has it all, and as many have already pointed out - the nicest host you could possibly wish for. Nikos will go above and beyond to make your trip as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. He organised dinner reservations for us, trips and a hire car. To top it off, he makes some seriously good Mojitos... far better than we sampled in any of the bars!

Alas is also positioned next to some of the best restaurants I've experienced. Dominicale Sea Food Restaurant is simply outstanding - you must give it a try.

If you enjoy a relaxing healthy breakfast - then pay for the breakfast option at Alas, you will not find better elsewhere. Fresh, local produce and an abundance of delicious options. All prepared by Nikos while you sit back and take in the gorgeous surroundings. He even produces his own olive oil! You can tell this guy has a passion for what he does, and cares about his guests. Every precaution was taken during the current pandemic situation too.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. The location is serene and beautiful. We had a top floor suite room which was spacious and designed with great taste. The rooms are clean and modern. The beds are large and seriously comfy. We had a shared roof terrace, which we had to ourselves the majority of the time. Private loungers, tables and chairs. Everything has been carefully thought out. There is literally nothing more you could want here. Incredible views, from the front and to the rear of your room you have a private balcony looking out over the hills. You also have the option to use the sun loungers by the sea on the ground floor, so you can dip in and out of the crystal clear ocean.

On windier days it can be choppy, but when it isn't it's great for snorkel enthusiasts. We explored a few well regarded coves on the island and I actually saw more sea life in Argassi!
