We really enjoyed our stay in late April. The pool isn't heated, but our kids enjoyed it nonetheless. Plenty of sun beds too, and with its courtyard filled with Orange trees it's a really cozy location. Of course Ialysos isn't a prime area, but there are plenty of decent restaurants in the area and you can easily take a bus for 3 euros per adult to Rhodos Town. Rating aren't good. It means the prices will go up if we all give 5 stars! I give them 5 stars because it's a cracking little hotel! The staff are great. They pretty much are all family, the ones who work there and they are all very nice.

Greek family and if you need something they help you! Everything is clean. The rooms are basic but good. And nice balcony's. Kitchen in the room and you can make your coffee. Rooms are good, and can easily hold the amount of people they're meant for. Though the rooms aren't anything special, they do come with a mini fridge, air conditioning and a good terrace. Spent 2 weeks in Terinikos from 12th to 26th June. Absolutely brilliant. Comfy bed and great shower and a spacious balcony. Lovely pool and bar area. Trees and plants everywhere. Extremely clean with the pool area hosed down every evening. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Extremely quiet yet the shops, bars and restaurants are a few minutes walk away. This is a real hidden gem.

Stayed for 2 weeks at these small but well run apartments. We had a studio and 1 bed apartment and they were both a good size with the best bathroom I've ever had in self catering accommodation in Greece. Everywhere was kept spotlessly clean. Highly recommended hotel. It is very clean and well equipped. There is a homely atmosphere and the staff is extremely friendly and prepares a very tasty breakfast on request, for example. Extremely good value for money. The only drawback is the aircraft noise, which you have to get used to, especially on weekends. We also liked the town of Kremasti itself, which is not so crowded with tourists.

The best customer service in Greece ! We absolutely adored Domi , Lily and Katrina. They made my mum and I feel like we were at home. Couldn’t reccomend the 7 palms highly enough. Rooms were spacious and clean. We loved the short walk into the old town. We would come back to Rhodes just to visit Domi, Lily and Katerina.

As we arrived, the receptionist told us our room wasn’t ready yet. Something had broken and they needed to fix it, which would take about a day. Because of that, we had to stay at another hotel across the street. However, this lady was kind enough to walk us there. The next day we came back, but whatever was broken still wasn’t fixed. We had to wait another three hours. I think they couldn’t fix it...

We were happy with the hotel, but we had a lot of difficulty finding it because its name had changed. We tried calling by taxi but couldn't find it. We only found out by chance when we went online to ask about it: The hotel's name is now ISLAND, but its old name is still listed online.

Solid four stars, had an ocean front room on the 4th floor so didn't experience any noise and view was great but was surprised they had a 10am checkout when surrounded by loud bars and clubs that go until 5am. Really good location and great value for what you get. The owner was a really nice guy and very helpful. It wasn't the best night's sleep due to some drunk people outside in the middle of the night but that isn't the hotels fault, any accommodation you book in this area will be at risk of night time noise.

If you want to meet the culture and new age of the heart of Rhodes, there is a bar here that allows you to do so and they have recommendations for other locations of the island to discover some interesting gems of the island and even around. I had the most delightful stay at this charming hotel. It has perfect location just steps away from the beach, the old town and the abundance of fantastic restaurants. What truly set this place apart was the homely atmosphere. The staff, including the incredibly kind owner made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

The family apartment stairs are very narrow and steep for kids. The property owner keeps his construction supplies in the entertainment console. We also found multiple water bugs and ants in our room and bed. The breakfast was amazing however the conditions of the apartment were substandard.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was 3 min from the beach and from many many more restaurants and supermarkets! The restaurant of the hotel was 24/7 and had amazing ice creams and crepes!

So there is a lot to say about this place. I stayed with my friend for over a week and we had a lot of fun. The staff is absolutely great and we made friends with many of them and they even offered us free shots. It was super nice staying for us. Location of hotel is perfect its in the heart of Rhodes. You can go everywhere by walk. The room was spacious and ladies clean everyday. Due to a problem with the bathroom in my room, they relocated me to the Butterfly Hotel, 100 meters away. Mrs. Dina speaks excellent Italian and was very kind. The new room was nice with a lovely terrace and air conditioning. Overall, they handled the situation well.

Very nice 3 star hotel. Our room was relatively renovated but the shower head could not be fastened to the wall and the fridge was very noisy. Otherwise a good hotel with a good location.

Rooms are too small,bathroom is even smaller. Bathroom door are made of glass and insulation from sounds and smells coming out of bathroom is not quite good. There is no ventilation. I was at the hotel with my wife and baby, they met everything we asked for. The bathroom was a little small but we managed. The hotel is very clean, I would never say it is 2*, breakfast is classic but always fresh and clean. Had lunch a couple of times and always great, the gyros pie is excellent and cheap. All praise!

Our experience was okay. The main thing we didn’t like was how loud it was in the evening. If you want to have an early night, this hotel is not the right choice for you.
