Recently returned from 10 days at Rodos Palace. Hotel looked good upon arrival but rooms very disappointing, old and worn. Our room was fairly clean, but my brothers was not. Lots of mould in bathroom.. Cleaners accidentally left our room door open 2 days running, I reported to reception, giving them a chance to improve. Restaurant was a nightmare !! So chaotic and noisy, not a pleasant experience...

All Inclusive hotel with very nice pool area, close to everywhere, the beach, the airport and Rhodes town. Close to the hotel is a lot of gift shops and a good, cheap car rental (Sky Rent a Car). More of a 3 stars than a 4 star. Some aspects are dated, but the public areas, pools, gardens and beach is kept immaculate they take real pride in that, staff are great. The hotel and the room we were in are pretty old and outdated. The food is pretty boring, but the staff is Nice, pools are OK, and the area is great. I give 4 stars because it was a cheap booking and we did find some value for our money. Also the beach is great and clean. But they don't have enough beach beds, so you better get one early. Recommend it if you are looking for an all-inclusive, on budget...

Like all hotels in Rhodes, the quality is high and the prices are quite reasonable. It is just a bit far from the old town. But everything is at your fingertips.

The Junior Suite has a very good layout, which is better than most Sheraton hotels. The service is friendly and decent. The underground parking lot is convenient. The music from the evening performances is a bit loud, but the sound insulation is fine after closing the windows.

Brilliant place for a relaxing holiday - clean and well kept and the staff throughout the resort are just wonderful. A big thank you to you all! Bed was soooooo comfortable. Lovely private beach and a selection of pristine pools. Highly recommended!!

Stayed here last year in April for a last minute solo trip. The room size was perfect as it was just me. I booked the sea view room for an extra £10 and it was worth it. We had a great week in Hotel Cosmopolitan. It's a 5-10 min bus ride to the old town and buses are pretty regular. Otherwise it's a scenic 40 minute walk that we ended up doing most of the time. Brilliant hotel. Right kn the beach. Lovely and clean everywhere. Has everything you need nice and close. (Kids pool, kids club within sight of main pools, beach). The food was incredible! Had a lovely 9 nights stay here and the hotel exceeded all my expectations. The check in was super easy, the minute we stepped inside the hotel we had help with our bags and were shown to our hotel room which was a lovely touch. This is a wonderful hotel on the beach. It us quiet , relaxing with lovely staff. The bungalows are light and spacious with a lovely terrace to sit in the evening to enjoy some Rodos wine.

Update: Came back summer 2017. Stil a fantastic place I really can recommend. The staff is amazing making this place even better than last time. Stayed here late summer 2014. Absolutely lovely, quiet and exclusive hotel to stay at. Will travel here again some time.

It's a good hotel,work in progress it seems. Lot of food choices, eastern food night well worth a visit, rooms not 5* but it's serviceable and they are doing them up

Brilliant holiday for the last week of the season the entertainment staff were brilliant with a big shout out for Ida who was always smiling and making sure we all had a great time!! If you have kids, there is not a lot here for them to do at the hotel, other than the pool and a ping pong table. We stayed at Belair from 3rd-11th July. The hotel: When you check in, you pay the €10 per night tourist tax. When you walk in, you walk straight into reception. The hotel is nice, well presented, clean, tidy, modern fixtures, Most of the hotel staff were exceptional. The food was nice, more variety maybe, but fresh, well presented. We were kindly upgraded to an executive room as it was my husband’s birthday -They also included a birthday cake for him. This was a surprise birthday trip and that just topped it. Don’t use EasyJet holidays to go here. 2 wasted holiday days due to the incompetence of this company. No communication between the holiday company and the hotel meant 2 days of high stress, annoyance and not getting what we paid a LOT of money for. The hotel has an excellent location, close to the sea. Nice, stylish and clean room. Charming and serviceminded staff. The outdoor area was in good condition and so was the pool area. Possible to have all the meals at the hotel, but we only had breakfast. Highly recommended!

Friendly, good service, good pool area. The food and cocktails aren't that good. The rooms serve their purpose and the cleaning ladies do a good job every day. But the rooms and hotel defenitely need some updating and fixes. Smoke detectors missing, bad airco systems, terras doors that open bad, water drains that are clogged up, elevator not working, ...

Perfect location ... Room descriptions somewhat ambiguous online but ALL staff there so helpful in rectifying any concerns.The breakfast is huge and always interesting 😁...In these difficult times they really tried their best ....we actually loved it...for the price you can't go wrong.
