We arrived a day late because we missed our flight, but when we arrived the next day we were told we had been upgraded to the adults only sister hotel, we were told the room would be the same as we booked, but it wasn’t. Was a lovely experience, great staff... the only issue would be the pool was not open longer hours and not being able to see the children play as children should - eg; splashing in the pool - This is not an adult only facility, children should be able to play. Everything else was great.

Lovely hotel, staff and service were incredible. Great amenities and amazing to be right on beach. Bus stop right outside made it very easy to get to other spots on the island without a car. Buffet dinner quite expensive at €40 a head if not half board but good variety of options and food nice.

This is our second visit to The Elysium, and we weren't disappointed again! Besides the excellent food, facilities & proximity to the lovely beach, this hotel has to be recommended for it's customer support & service. We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 days at ER&S. We were B&B, breakfast choices were superb and we purposely requested to be served in Mariela's section; a polite, welcoming, friedly young woman who the hotel would do well to promote to 'Customer Service Training Manager!' We first visited back in September 2024 and loved the atmosphere of the place. The staff are first class. Always smiling and helpful from the arrival at reception, right the way through the bars, restaurants and the Service staff. They make it such a lovely experience and such a beautiful hotel. We enjoyed it so much we were back in October 2025 and we will be back there again in May 2026.

The hotel is not the newest or any luxury, but the people running it is treating you like family and bends over backwarsds to accomadate you. Small and cosy hotel on a good location, silent at night and close to the things you need. Bussstop right outside and taxiplace right outside. Very good location. Not very far from Rhodes Town, very good public bus traffic, taxi cost ~10eur. Rooms are big enough with nice views. Staff very friendly. Breakfast with quite good variety. The best thing is that hotel is right at the beach, enjoy morning swims. Some parts of the hotel should be renovated but overall it’s fine. Thank you for hosting us!

The location is not so far to the Center(old town) and you can rent a car from hotel for the other side of Island. Smiling stuff, delicius, tasty meals, great barmen, experienced and handsome owner. What else do you want??..

Very nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Room service without complains - every day clean sheats. Beach bar was flawless. Beach itself is divided between grass field and small sand stripe. Acces to the is from the wooden pier. Bit away from main road but nothing terrible. Best vacation so far for us.
