We recently stayed 6th-17th April for our honeymoon, bringing along our 20m old little boy. We had reservations about bringing him, only as it is a luxury hotel and we didn't want to be the only ones with a small child, but these worries were soon eased on arrival as there were plenty of other children around the hotel due to the UK Easter half-term. We knew from researching that there wouldn't be any entertainment for him, but that was fine as we didn't book for that anyway - we don't like holidays where the animations team constantly pester you around the pool! We arrived to a very warm welcome on reception and were grateful to accept a room upgrade from the superior double sea view to a junior suite with private pool. A lovely little note and a bottle of fizz greeted us, along with water and a selection of cans of fizzy pop in the mini fridge. Only the water was replenished during our stay, but i think if we'd have paid for this room type we may have had the soft drinks refilled too. Our room was lovely and just what we needed with space for a crib for the baby too. Due to the time of year, the private pool was too cold and even the communal pools weren't being used but that is simply down to the temps at this time of year and not a reflection on the hotel - we are sure that in the height of summer the pool would be a welcome respite!! We could not fault the food, we only dined in the main Gaia restaurant and the pool bar during our stay, but with our son having two allergies I was anxious about being able to feed him, but everything is so well labelled and staff happy to answer any queries, with the chef also happy to talk you through any ingredients too. There was a great rotation of food and we didnt see any repeated meals during our stay. There were themes some evenings i.e. chinese, mexican, italian, greek but also plenty other options for those not keen or fussy eaters. I used the spa for a back, neck & shoulders massage, which was lovely. We used the indoor pool almost every day so our baby could enjoy swimming. We hired a car for 3 days from the rep based in reception. Very friendly service and great value for money. It was much easier for us to explore the island of Rodos this way, than with taxis as we had the car seat to contend with! We spent a small fortune in K&G Boutique on site and made friends with the lovely lady who works in there. We really enjoyed our stay and ahve recommended the resort to our friends and family and we hope to return one day soon! To all at Kresten Royal Euphoria Resort, we arrived as strangers and left as friends!

We first visited back in September 2024 and loved the atmosphere of the place. The staff are first class. Always smiling and helpful from the arrival at reception, right the way through the bars, restaurants and the Service staff. They make it such a lovely experience and such a beautiful hotel. We enjoyed it so much we were back in October 2025 and we will be back there again in May 2026.

My husband and I stayed at the Kresten for our 10 year wedding anniversary. We travelled mid-September and we are in our late 40’s with no kids so our opinions might not match those of anyone travelling younger/older or with kids. We flew from Belfast and got a private transfer to the hotel and used the same company back again booked through Love Holidays. I would highly recommend this as the journey wasn’t long, maybe 20 minutes but the comfort of getting off the plane and being on our way quickly was great. I know there have been some people who have experienced issues with Rhodes airport but we were through customs within 10 minutes and our bags were off the plane within 20 minutes. The airport is small so when we came out of the baggage area all the taxi/buses were immediately there and easy to find. On our return we booked the airport lounge and again this was really worth it just to have somewhere relaxing to wait. Again we got through security and passport control in under 30 minutes but the airport was really busy so the lounge was a life saver. What I found for all journeys we took during our time in Rhodes was that the taxi’s/buses were always on time and in some cases early. We arrived at the hotel late at night – around 11.30pm and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. They had mentioned they hadn’t had anyone stay from Northern Ireland in over 2 years so asked loads of questions and seemed interested. As we had arrived so late there was a small room with sandwiches, fruit, some hot food etc which was really welcomed after travelling. The room we picked was a Junior Suite with a Private Pool which we did as it a special occasion. When we arrived there were rose petals and towels made into swans on the bed which was a lovely touch. The mini bar was stocked with water and cold drinks as well as a complimentary bottle of wine which was very nice. Some things about the room:- • There was a coffee machine that the pods for were all restocked daily. • The room also had beach towels, nice toiletries, a hairdryer, a beach bag, robes and slippers. • The bathroom had a jacuzzi bath which was actually really nice to use • The room was also really big and had a sitting area and TV which we didn’t use but I think it only had a couple of English speaking channels like the News etc so maybe bring a firestick or table • As well as standard European plugs there was also some USB ports beside the bed • Cleaning was daily and was always spotless. • The aircon was a life saver on those really hot days. • There was also a room service menu which came at an extra cost to use. • The shop sells pool floats for around £10 - £15 which we gave to the room next door when we left Some things of note:- • If you want something a bit special they have a ‘dinner on the beach’ experience which is amazing with a private areas setup with lights and music and a personal waiter with food to your taste. Its best to contact the hotel before you travel to g

I had booked 2 double rooms with garden view but on arrival we were told we had been upgraded to a suite with a private pool. The rooms were amazing. Very spacious. Massive bed in the master bedroom. Huge bathroom. And our own pool overlooking the gardens. It was absolutely gorgeous. I can’t really fault anything about this hotel. The food is delicious. The staff are attentive. The grounds and rooms are immaculate. There is a buffet restaurant which lovely. Also a cafe by the lower pool delicious food also. A bar overlooking the sea. And also a wine and champagne bar. The pool areas are spacious lots of availability especially the earlier part of the day. No reserving of sun-beds and heading off for a few hours. The only niggle which I wouldn’t mark it down for was booking the a la carte restaurants of which there is 3. On arrival we tried to book as we were told you could go as many times as you want. We found it to be full for the whole week. They did mange to squeeze us into the Asian one night but then we were told there was an event for the rest of the week. We saw they were actually closed. A bit disappointing but the food was delicious elsewhere. There is not much around the hotel but bus stops outside the hotel to take you to Rhodes Town, Lindos etc really easy to use go every 20 minutes and cheap. Take plenty of mosquito repellent they are ride. I’m normally the only one to get bitten but all 4 of us were bitten lots in the first few days. Make sure you keep the doors shut if sitting outside. The hotel cats are very cute and a few kittens too so make sure you take Dreamies!!!

We have just spent a wonderful week in this fabulous hotel! From the moment we stepped in through the beautiful reception area, we were greeted with warmth & friendliness by all the staff - they really couldn’t do enough for you & any request was handled excellently. You are given a fold out map with your room key which details where everything is & the times of all the restaurants & bars which was very handy to carry with us. We were staying in a Junior Suite with a private pool (room 313), so had a view of the sea as well as Rhodes Old town in the distance. The bed was very comfortable (my partner had emailed prior to our arrival to ensure the mattress was a proper double) and we had a pillow menu too. Air conditioning was excellent & roomy bathroom & sitting area. We tried the food in the main buffet restaurant, Aura Pool Bar/Restaurant & The Asian restaurant (which is in the same place as Aura - half the room is allocated for Aura etc). I found the food to be very tasty, a huge amount of variety & well set out. We particularly enjoyed our evening bookings in Aura & the Asian restaurants (which you do through the Kresten website with the code they give you at check in), we didn’t try Fos but the setting of it, off the evening bar area, looked very nice. Although we had our own private pool, we did enjoy spending time around the lovely main round pool area just off from the reception area - the strawberry mojitos & San Francisco cocktails were delicious! The water in all of the pools (especially our private one) was very cold, so you had to brace yourself at the start until your body adjusted, but if the hot sun was out, it was a great way to cool off! Our weather was quite mixed & the Tuesday in particular was a complete washout, so we booked massage treatments in the spa, which were wonderful & used the pool tables, chilled around the lovely seated areas of the hotel & ate & drank to our heart’s content! I’m a cat lover, so was delighted to see a little group of kitties that stay under the trees just at the entrance to the main buffet restaurant & on an odd occasion would wander around inside or down by the Aura pool bar. In fact Rhodes is absolutely covered in cats, so I was in my element & visited the nearby Kallithea Cats Sanctuary a couple of times during our stay. We rented a car on the Friday, as it was giving the weather to pick up, from the Rodos Car Rental desk which is next to the reception desk, so got a soft top for the day for €70. It was a very efficient service, in fact the whole hotel is very efficient & the timings of the city bus which lifts you from the doors (book via a QR code at reception), bicycle rental, pickups for our trip to Symi Island & our private transfers were all excellent. Overall our experience with this hotel was outstanding and I can highly recommend it & we will definitely return here soon, thank you for making our holiday memories very special!

We've just come back from an amazing week at Kresten Royal. To start, the food was the best we have ever had at an all inclusive resort, the buffet has a mass selection and had something for everyone, we struggled to decide what to eat as there was so many choices! The reservation restaurants (we had one night at each) where outstanding, the menu was small, but the food was exceptional and as good as any restaurant we visited on a couple of nights out we had also. The alcoholic drink selection was varied, although I would say the beer and wine included where not very good which did mean we had to buy a few nice beers while we were there, but the cocktails were lovely so we stuck to these mostly. The hotel and rooms where very clean, the pool areas where lovely, with plenty of available sunbeds all day. The entertainment was minimal, but this is exactly what is advertised and why we booked this hotel, we wanted to have a relaxed more chilled experience than your typical hotel. We also booked in for a couple massage at the spa and as it was my birthday the staff offered us a discounted rate or a free gift with the price, this was a lovely experience and we have to give a special mention to Michael in the spa who was very informative and helpful in regards to treatments once we return home. The staff where all very friendly and helpful. Overall we had an amazing week and would definitely return again.

The cleaners Dimitra and Tonia were the only great thing about our stay. We dont normally complain and hate complaining but this experience was not euphoric by any stretch of the imagination. Imagine paying over £4000 for a private pool holiday to have 2 full days of chainsaws, hedge cutting in your private area, the smell of petrol from the chain saw and gardeners shouting over over you as you sunbathe. The pool was full of hedge cuttings. I spoke to reception the first day and they said they would sort it and it wasn't sorted so has to complain the second day. 2 days of our private pool not being able to be used. We work hard with stressful jobs and have one 5 day holiday a year. We book private pool holidays for the privacy and luxury outside our day to day jobs. This was disgusting more like a 2 star hotel with our experience. The only compensation we got was 65euros back for late checkout. I dont think this is good enough. If I could post the videos of the noise I would. Please see images below of our luxury private pool experience

We returned for a second stay in July ‘25 after a great first stay in 2022. Pleased to say it was as amazing as we remembered. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Special shout out to George and Petros, great to see they were still there and still making their lovely cocktails. They are a real asset to the hotel. The view from the pool and bars is incredible. Such a relaxing week away. Will definitely be back for a third visit

My partner and I stayed here for 9 days and it was probably the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in . We checked in at 11:30 PM last Monday, arriving hungry after a long day of travel. Unfortunately, the food situation was immediately disappointing. When we asked about dinner options, we were shown a tray of cold coleslaw wraps that didn’t look particularly appetizing. A staff member then directed us to another room where “late night snacks” were supposedly available. When we got there, everything was empty. We later learned that the snack room is stocked once only at 10 PM with a limited selection: cold ham and cheese bites, mini pizzas (each barely half the size of my palm), sandwiches, and more of those same coleslaw wraps. Once these run out, they are not replenished — so if you arrive after 10 PM, you’re out of luck. We were taken to our room and were immediately disappointed. It was the most basic and rundown room I’ve ever seen. The so-called “double bed” was just two single beds pushed together, which was both uncomfortable and impractical. The bathroom was equally underwhelming — the glasses had what looked like dried spit on them, the bathtub was stained, and so were the towels. I then saw ant crawling across the table and saw ants everywhere: on the floor, the tables, the walls, even in the bathroom. I was absolutely disgusted. My partner called reception to report it, but they seemed to know exactly what we were talking about, which made it clear this wasn’t a new issue. They sent someone over with bug spray, and while he did spray the ants, he left the dead ants scattered across the floor. We then phoned reception again to ask if we could switch rooms, but were told flatly, “No, we’re full.” I explained that there were still ants all over the floor and that I really didn’t feel comfortable sleeping there. Their response was, “What do you want us to do?” — which came across as incredibly rude and dismissive, with no apology or concern. I had to specifically ask for someone to come and clean the room. Still feeling very hungry, we decided to call reception to order room service, especially since it was advertised as being available 24/7. However, when someone finally answered, they said, “What do you want now?” — which I found incredibly rude and unprofessional. To make things worse, we were then told that room service actually closes at 10PM so we went to sleep without having eaten since early afternoon. ROOM: 1. The room was not cleaned properly at all throughout our stay. 2. The bedding was never changed during our stay. On our last day, we noticed a small card next to the bed that, on the reverse side, said to place it on the bed if you wanted the sheets changed — something that was never explained to us. 3. Our balcony was covered in bird droppings that were never cleaned, and any plates or cups we brought to the room were left untouched for days. 4. The door had no proper lock, which made us feel unsafe. 5. The ceiling was
