Worst place that I ever been stay. No cold water in shower in day time, homeless animals at Hotel, not taste food. For this price it is not good Hotel at all. Spanish 3 stars competing to this 3 stars - is like in 5*! Asked about room service - still no service! For 10 days staying had it 1 time!!!! Snacks table for all inclusive 4 * part of the hotel bar at 15.44 today! Empy with 3 day old food! Never come back!
Value for money and a lovely holiday. I agree with other reviewers that those who have written negative reviews were expecting far too much for their money. The room was very basic and a bit shabby but we were only sleeping there and the aircon worked and clean towels throughout. The pool area (especially the top pool) was to a very high standard and made you feel you were in a 4 star hotel with a small bar with drinks and snacks available all day and ways loungers free. The food was variable but there was something for everyone and I enjoyed the Greek yoghurt and feta cheese and always found something to enjoy. The staff were very friendly and helpful and with a beach 100m away and old town only a 15 bus ride away you could get out and see other places. A lovely hotel for rest, relaxation and wonderful weather.
Lovely hotel but be careful as they intend to over book we had to stay at a nother hotel on arrival till next day
26/06/17: have been here almost a week all inclusive. For starters the food is awful, the same thing everyday which is cooked awfully, the rooms are not at all what was advertised. Tiny shower, not the nicest bathroom in general. The drinks stop at 22:30 and all inclusive drinks are all awful tasting. Sometimes the staff are friendly other times they throw your change at you and can be extremely rude (shouting etc). Found a cockroach in the room today, all the towels we had were stained with unknown brown/yellow marks. The pools are nice and the family part looks better but all in all I would seriously avoid this place.
Some kind of mismanaged. However really friendly staff and quite place. Close to the most important spots. Really good for the price!
