We've had a very pleasant stay at this hotel.
The staff was very kind, smiling and helpful, food was delicious, room was cleaned every day. The pool was clean and big enough to swim. It was a pleasure to be a guest there!

We go to Marianna Palace every year as a couple. We absolutly love it. A good mix of ages and nationalities, we fnd the service excellent and a great base for us in a quiet town. i always reccomend it and return every time we come to rhodes.

After reading some poor reviews I was skeptical about our holiday to this hotel but from our experience there was nothing poor about it!! Staff are friendly and helpful, food was lovely, different mains every day of our week stay and very tasty. Always free sunbeds no matter what time of day you arrived around the pool. Room basic but clean and cleaner came in every day. Me and my two teenage kids thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, very relaxed and would definitely recommend. Thank you 😊 xx

Mariana Palace Hotel in Rhodes is a cozy and comfortable place with spacious, immaculately clean rooms — daily housekeeping and top-notch cleanliness! The food is diverse and delicious, with seafood every day, and although the selection isn’t overwhelmingly large, it’s all very tasty and healthy.

The only slight letdown when we checked in was the lobby, which has some outdated furniture that stands out and slightly mars the first impression. However, once you get to your room and settle in, you realize that the hotel offers great value for money, and everything else is just perfect — quiet, comfortable, and very pleasant!

Highly recommended!

I’ve seen some pretty harsh reviews here, and honestly… they’re over the top.
Some people seem to expect the impossible and then complain: “thAt’s nOt gOoD enOugh…” 🙄
Let’s be real — those comments say more about the people than the place.

Once again, thank you Mariana Palace for the warm welcome and great energy.
We’ll remember this stay for a long time.

Don’t bother coming here, limit on drinks the snacks were left over cakes/biscuits from breakfast with coffee loaded onto tables next to the bar it was a joke! Tired looking hotel aircon didn’t work what an awful way to spend your holiday and hard earned money! Nothing to do in the hotel pool ok but tiles missing and mainly this place is for Russians etc the staff were unfriendly and no one smiled, was made to feel awkward asking for things etc

No self service drinks station once the restaurant has closed, no kettles in the rooms, no entertainment day or evening. Although I am a fussy eater never in A/I have I not found something to eat, however I really struggled with the food at this hotel and found we ate out most of the time. Air con is poor. I really think the owners of the hotel need to look into spending money on this hotel to bring it up to a 3 * rated hotel. We would not return

If I could give the Marianna Palace Hotel a 3.5 out of 5, I would, as I think it's a fair assessment of the place.

Having read some of the reviews, I was very nervous that I'd inadvertently booked a hell hole and was more than relieved to discover that some of the criticisms from others are exaggerated to say the least.

The place is very clean and tidy, a great deal of care is placed into the presentation of the hotel. The double room was clean, tidy, spacious and a pleasant place to cool off and relax in the July heat. There was also no charge for air-con at all. We ran it 24/7, even when not in the room and it was not even mentioned by the staff.

The pool is lovely. Clean and the perfect temperature. A decent enough size for the number of guests, it never felt too crowded.

The bar was great, although the 2 pool bar staff made drinks of very different strengths to one another, but it didn't seem to be watered down. One criticism is that there wasn't a lot choice in comparison to other hotel bars we drank at, only about 8 different cocktails and one beer brand, but it was all very tasty and had enough that you didn't feel like you were repeating yourself over and over.

A few ants were present in the sun lounging area in the gardens/pool area, but it's Mediterranean heat, so nothing unexpected or even particularly noticeable.

Great location with many bars and resteraunts within a 20 minute walk (or 5 if you want to be and extra lazy) and Kolympia is very beautiful as a region.

However, despite all these positives, the food is truly awful, on ocassion to the point of being inedible. Be prepared to spend a lot of time and money eating out, like we did because we felt like we had too. Eggs were rubbery, chicken was fatty and overcooked. Rice tasted stale, every meal was poor at best ,and was bad enough to meaningfully detract from the rest of what is otherwise a very charming hotel.

Well be coming back to Rhodes, without question, but it is purely because if the food that we won't be staying here again

WiFi NEVER works, most of the food taste weird, staff doesn’t speak English, sunbeds are ALWAYS taken even when arriving during early morning. Rooms are okay, usually clean but don’t look very nice, experienced multiple difficulties for example the lock on the door not working, didn’t get it fixed till 5 days after our complaint

This place is a DIVE It might have been nice 30 years ago but it is completely run down There are peices of the building litterally falling off The food is very poor and for a supposedly 4 star hotel you would expect more Tennis courts covered head to toe in moss The pool is cold and dirty ...the pool area is grimey and sticky where drinks have been spilt and never cleaned The Ants love this hotel plenty for them to drink and eat off the floor This does not have a lushful garden area as advertised my loveholiday it is unkempt and patchy at best The hotel lobby Is drab and dark with a layer of dust on everything you get close to The staff apart from one are rude and obnoxious and believe me if your British your made to feel completely unwelcome Not even a British flag outside probably never forgiven us for Brexit The rooms including the bathroom are adequate certainly not 4 star standard I've stayed in 2 star pensions that are more modern and cleaner plus they are stuffy Air con is not free although it doesn't state this on the brochure and will cost you 6 euros a night to stay cool The all inclusive drinks are awful cheap alcohol served with tasteless (fruit flavoured) mixers which are flat Do yourself a favour spend a bit more money and get something better I stated for 12 nights and didn't look on trip advisor I am a great believer that a holiday is what you make it but seriously guys this place is a hole If you don't get bit to peices from all the Ants then you will most definitely get ill from the food they serve I'm not one for writing reviews but I need to let you guys out there know what a horrible place this is Loveholidays have already refunded me part of the cost I paid so just do me a favour ..Read the description and then delete it from your head What you will get is a million miles away from what is advertised For around £200 more there are several nicer,cleaner and fun hotels in the area Trust me you have been warned if you are considering booking this hotel
