Extremely helpful owners
The owners couldn't have been more helpful about helping me navigate around Rhodes including calling the municipality free cart to take me to the port. Room had a balcony over a garden. I was negatively surprised to have to pay for a/c and internet. Hotel is close to the main shopping street. Comfortable mattress, fridge, everything was spotless.

Really enjoyed our stay at Olympos pension. Perfect location if you want to be in heart of the old towns amazing atmosphere, surrounded by winding cobbled streets and alleys. Walking distance to all the historical sights of Rhodes old town, as well as harbour, city walls and gates. Rooms are basic but clean, comfortable bed and good pressure hot water in shower. The owners and their family are very friendly and helpful, communication was good and they gave us good instructions for accessing keys etc as we arrived late at night. They let us store luggage on departure and gave us lift to airport at same cost of taxi, saving us walking to harbour to get transport (only cars of residents allowed within city walls) Would definately recommend.

We booked for a studio flat with kitchen but we were given a very small room that only a bed fit in! When we told them that this was not the room we booked, the host told us that there was a mistake and there was not any room left! We had to stay in a very small room. We were cheated I guess our room was given to someone with cash in hand. The host Sofia told us to give 6€ per day as compensation! We had paid 110€ minus 6€, 104€ per night for a tiny very uncomfortable room!! Defined we were cheated! Be careful to confront surprises at this place

A disgrace of hospitality
We booked for a 22 m2 studio especially because we wanted a kitchen and a balcony and when we get there we were given a 15 m2!? room with only a bed and bathroom. When we realized the situation we demanded our booked room and they explained that there was a mixup and they didn’t have any other room other than the one they gave us. It was of course too late to find a new room so we wanted a refund at least and guess what they gave us 6 € per night for a 108 € per night booking claiming that our original room was 86 € and the one we had was 80 €. Two days later the host was talking with a guest who was checking out from our original room demanding him to pay cash for an overstay ( 150 € per night !! ) as agreed between them.
Plus wi-fi was the worst , never working

I made 12 very long trips to Greece, I spent more than a year and a half of my life traveling in this land, I visited 28 islands and I have never, ever slept in a place like this. Zero welcome, arrogance, room kept with the utmost carelessness. Nothing to do with the 'simple but decent' accommodations. Only the daughter showed up to ask for payment, claiming to charge 5 euros for the air conditioning that I had never turned on, unlikely taxes (but wanting payment in cash) and making her pay for the fact that the father came to the port to pick me up , (as many will know, a custom that is almost always usual in Greece). I have never felt a so-called 'family' atmosphere but as regards the rudeness, the neglect for the customer and for the room kept in a terrifying way. Reward those who work well, never go there.

Hotel in an excellent location, all the clubs and shops within easy reach. They were very kind to us throughout our stay and also very helpful. P.S Greetings also to Kalimera, the cat in the photo, you and Rodi will be missed!

Located in the historic center of Rhodes, with a very pleasant internal garden, from the pension it is possible to walk to the beaches of the city.
The owners are kind and hospitable, Sofia welcoming and nice.
