A Hidden Gem That Exceeds All Expectations
This hotel is a true find and honestly deserves more than its 2-star rating. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how immaculately clean everything was. The check-in process was a breeze, even after hours, which made our very late arrival stress-free.
Our room was an absolute delight. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we slept wonderfully every night. The air-conditioning was strong but quiet. Modern shutters blocked out the sun and any road noise. The modern bathroom was spotless and came with all the toiletries we needed. Nive large shower with great water pressure. We especially loved the large balcony, which was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the lovely warm Greek nights.
The small pool area was a peaceful oasis. We often had it to ourselves, and the comfortable sunloungers and sun umbrellas made it easy to unwind and the pool was a perfect temperature. Having street parking right there was also a huge convenience. The location is fantastic—a short walk to the town and the beach, with delicious bakeries and great restaurants within a short walk.
But the absolute best part of our stay was Domi, the receptionist. She is more than just a host; she is a genuine, kind person who made us feel so welcome. Domi is an excellent source of tourist information and gave us fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and secluded beaches that we never would have found on our own. Her warmth and helpfulness truly made our trip special. We will most definitely return to 7 Palms next time we go to Rhodes but I'll book directly with the hotel next time.

The best customer service in Greece ! We absolutely adored Domi , Lily and Katrina. They made my mum and I feel like we were at home. Couldn’t reccomend the 7 palms highly enough. Rooms were spacious and clean. We loved the short walk into the old town. We would come back to Rhodes just to visit Domi, Lily and Katerina.

Everything was perfect, the room was spacious and well-equipped (kettle, cutleries, slippers etc), and the outdoor area with the balcony, pool and little patio was such a lovely bonus. But what truly made the stay special was how welcoming and helpful the host and the cleaners were. They went out of their way to assist us, even taking the time to call the ferry companies on our behalf, and were kind and accommodating with every request. Thank you again for a wonderful stay in Rhodes!

And the “Best Host Ever” prize goes to Mama for her sincere welcome and the best suggestions in Rhodes. If I ever come back to Rhodes, I’d love to stay at 7Palms again, just for the chance to chat with Mama. Even if I can’t stay, I’d definitely stop by to say hi!
As for the room, it was really good for the price. However, I do think it’s time for them to replace the bathrobes.

We had an amazing vacation here.
The apartments are spacious and clean with air conditioning. The location is great, the beach and the old town is like 10-15 minutes away. Bus station and great coffee shops, restaurants nearby.
Last but not least, I have to mention the kindness of the host, Domy, who welcomed us everytime with a big smile on her face, and was helpful in every situation; really made our stay at the hotel more beautiful.

Great value and handy for old town and traveling to south of the island.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. Certainly book again.

Right location to spread along the Epta Piges coast without much worrying about traffic in Rhodi and just 15min walking from the old city center.
Clean, wide washroom and bedroom. Maybe a wider closet would be good, but not necessary if you prepared your luggage smartly.
