Club Marmara Rhodes Doreta Beach

Not Recommended!

Very bad hotel, very bad service, no internet, no hot water in the shower, all inclusive is not really all inclusive, need to pay in the evening, very very disappointed! And i pay very high price! There are much better hotels in Rhodes at the same price and even cheaper.

Full of French which I didn't expect. Cold to warm food not very imaginative use of leftovers every other day. Some rude staff, poor entertainment. The resort is actually okay, nice pool...not much to do though. We asked for a superior room which was far from that was quite basic. Two t.v channels news and a French t.v station. Wi-Fi was limited to the main reception area. The French seemed quite happy as the staff catered towards them, wouldn't recommend if you don't speak French as very little English was spoken. Rhodes old town was very nice but was quite far away. Lindos was also a very nice place and we found ourselves hiring transport to get away from Doreta beach complex. ☹

Worst service, staff bad attitude, food average, free drinks very poor quality, management with no experience and bad customer service, overcharged my bill which we used hotel telephone when told by reception staff that would be 1 euro p/minute calls to UK standard number, and were billed for 109 euros for 35 minutes call, 95% aggressive Russian guests, overall worst Holiday experience I have had.Seaside is very windy, lots of stones and not good enough to swim, so had to only use the swimming pool, which this hotel had over 1200 guests at same time, 10 minutes queues to get your food in a very big restaurant with 95% angry Russians waiting to be fed. ANIMATION TEAM WAS AMAZING thats all.

Room Tip: book another HOTEL this is my advice
