Nice rooms, renovated. Our room was facing a wall so not the best view for sure. Daily cleaning was not the greatest. Service at the reception was overall unfriendly and pushed us to book a tour which was pretty average selling it as the best we could do.  We loved the breakfast in the room and the guy coming to serve us breakfast was very nice.

The receptionist was very kind. The pool water was cold, but since the sun is strong, I think it was just right during the day. If you walk hard enough, you can get to town. They will also call a taxi for you if you ask the reception. On the way back, it was up a slope, so it felt like we arrived quickly. We spent one night at Volcanic Arc Suites and Theodosia and the crew made our stay absolutely amazing. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The area is super quiet and the pool the highlight of the property if you just want to chill out and take in the view of the sea and the tiny little garden in front of it. Make sure to try Theodosias homemade Spinach & cheese pies. They are so delicious.

Clean and comfortable, the only downside is the slightly inconvenient transportation. There are buses from Fira to the hotel or from the hotel to Oia, but no buses from Oia to the hotel.

This is a great place to stay at that offer sweeping views of the sunset, infact a very famous viewpoint for locals is right next to the property. Very friendly and kind staff at the check-in and breakfast. The bathrooms are very dated and uncomfortable as the property is one of the very old yet freshly painted. I still recommend it.

I had an absolutely wonderful solo dinner here for my first night on Santorini. The view was incredible and every single thing that I tasted was delicious. My server recommended a great local wine pairing for my meal. I could have stayed here for hours just enjoying the view.

Very good service, wonderful employees and facility. Do not go into the room with a hot tub expecting a “hot tub” it is more of a “cool water tub”. It is a set temp dependent upon the weather. But beautiful views and good experience!

The room was spacious and the heating worked well, making for a very comfortable stay. The shower pressure was excellent. The breakfast was delicious, and I looked forward to it every morning during my 3-night stay. You can see hot air balloons from the hotel's rooftop!

My room is on the second floor. There has a gap to see the sunrises. Only things is I have to carry my luggage in the stairs.

I stayed at Ambience Suites during the off-season in Santorini when there was a small earthquake, but I had a wonderful 3-day stay and left with only good memories. My wife and I came here summer of 2015 when the place was new. There was no hot tub then, but the place was fantastic! Great views & walking distance to the main town(20 minutes). At the time, we were given a cell phone in case we needed anything. There are 2 rooms & we stayed in the one furthest away from the entrance. It had the better views. One of our favourite hotels we've ever stayed in.

The location is about a 15-minute walk from Oia Castle, where the sunsets are most beautiful, but it's along the main street so there are plenty of shops and I was happy with it. The view from my room was great, with both the building and the sea visible at the same time. The interior was also nice and clean.

The setting was beautiful! The room was very clean. The stairs and railings or lack of railings up to the loft was a little scary. You had to really pay attention going up and down especially if you needed to use the bathroom during the night.

We stayed 2 nights. The food was nice but it was very crowded. The rooms don’t have enough drinking water. You need to buy your water before you get to the hotel otherwise they charge you 5 euro for 1 litre of drinking water. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. It was a nice relaxing hotel.
