Neptune Luxury Spa Suites in Akrotiri

Our stay at Neptune Luxury Suites was absolutely unforgettable. The accommodation is stunning — beautifully designed, spotless, and perfectly located to enjoy the breathtaking views of the caldera from Akrotiri.

A special thank you to our wonderful host Vicky, who welcomed us warmly from day one. She went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, recommending great places to visit and helping us plan our days with local tips and personal attention.

Every morning, we were served a delicious and varied breakfast — the perfect start to each day. In the afternoons, room service would refresh our suite, leaving everything spotless and perfectly arranged again. The level of service and attention to detail was truly exceptional.

We stayed for 7 nights, and honestly, we could have stayed much longer if our vacation hadn’t come to an end. Everything was organized so well, and the atmosphere made us feel completely relaxed and at home.

A solid 10/10 experience — thank you to the entire team, and especially to Vicky. Hopefully, we’ll be back someday!

We stayed 2 nights. The food was nice but it was very crowded. The rooms don’t have enough drinking water. You need to buy your water before you get to the hotel otherwise they charge you 5 euro for 1 litre of drinking water. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. It was a nice relaxing hotel.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Neptune Luxury Suites in Santorini. From the moment we arrived, Vicky and Ilias were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic experience, whether it was helping us with restaurant bookings or arranging a sunset trip for us right from the suite.

The suite itself was luxurious and beautifully appointed, with stunning views of the caldera and the Sea. The attention to detail and level of comfort were unparalleled. We felt like we were living in a dream.

The location of the suites was perfect - close to all the attractions in Santorini, yet secluded enough to provide a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We could not have asked for a better place to stay.

Overall, I cannot recommend Neptune Luxury Suites enough. Vicky and Ilias truly made our stay unforgettable, and we will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you for an incredible experience!

Lovely stay at Neptune luxury suites, my first time in Santorini and it was a memorable one. We had a few issues in the first day but the staff were very helpful and swift. Vicky and Ilias were wonderful, friendly and approachable at any time. They tried to make our stay as enjoyable and convenient as possible. They helped us to book all activities during our stay. Breakfast was nice, particularly the eggs and omelette which I wish we could've had every day. King sized bed and pillows were a bit uncomfortable for my neck and back. Location is fantastic as well with guaranteed privacy and a view of the Aegean sea. There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel so makes it very easy to get to the centre of the island. Overall lovely experience and fantastic people working at Neptune.

I stayed here for four nights in the deluxe suite. It was an absolutely amazing experience. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and provide excellent recommendations for things to do and places to eat around the island. The best part is the view from your room and private pool; it is absolutely breathtaking! Breakfast is cooked fresh and delivered to your room daily at your desired time.

Great suites in a quite place, with absolutely stunning view. There is a store with everything you might need right across the street. Saff is polite and responsive to requests, breakfasts are delicious and served sharp on time. You will never regret staying here. Highly recommend.

We were very satisfied with our stay at Neptun Suites. Hotel is new, clean and very beautiful. Breakfast were amazing, staff was very kind and helpful with everything we needed. We had really great time there.
