Generally it's a beautiful place. The room is awesome, the pools and plants. The only minuses are: nothing special for breakfast (like in a typical 3-4 star hotel) and the pools not heated (not even one)

Wonderful hotel and service was great. Easy walk to shops 10 mins. Bar service at pool and Esmerelda was great. Breakfast not so good, food not hot e.g. bacon eggs etc. Location was excellent

Traveling with two kids, we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean, and the location is excellent ,  less than a 10-minute walk to Fira and the bus stop. The breakfast was also good. The only downside was that the staff were quite rude and not very friendly, which was disappointing considering how nice everything else was.

The resort itself is lovely, but the view from our room was of a wall. No one at reception spoke Italian, and the sweet options at breakfast were disappointing.

Hotel has large, spacious room, and depending where you are located you are very close to one of the many pools the hotel has to offer. Beautiful hotel right in the heart of Kamari. Kid friendly, with kind and helpful staff. Breakfast in the mornings was delicious, with so many options to choose from. Great hotel, friendly staff, great rooms, great beds, low pressure water in the showers, great massage, great pools and nearby beach, very good breakfast. There was an island power outage but the hotel owns a power generator which allowed for some power to exist, better than nothing. Such a beautiful resort with Aesthetic interiors. Special mention for one of the staff, Androklis, he is by far the sweetest person we've met in Greece and really made our dinner pleasant.

Fabulous hotel, exactly what you would expect from a 5 star hotel in Santorini. The facilities in the room are average. But the hotel view is great. The hotel swimming pool is the best place to watch the sunset, and the breakfast is very rich in variety. The service is also great.

Beautiful hotel in Oia - amazing service and care for every guests' needs. Upon arrival we were wowed by the friendly welcome and immaculate public areas. This is a beautiful resort and the staff is attentive. However, it is a 20 minute walk into the shops of. OIA. Just back from a week at this hotel and it was great. All staff are very friendly. Breakfast wasn’t to our taste but there was always cereals and eggs. The shower heads are rusted but this is because it is sea water that comes out, the same as the sink. It’s a great location right beside the sea, with shop at end of street. Property was stunning - be warned it’s a walk to the property on the walking route and you will get your stair workout - but it’s so worth it. Our junior suite was perfect, beautifully detailed and the view is incredible. Less crowded than Fira or Oia, quiet, lovely. Stayed here last week and my whole experience was honestly amazing, staff, food, amenities, views, location- such a relaxing hotel and would recommend to anyone if you are in Santorini you have to stay here. One of the best stays we’ve had in the last few years. The views from anywhere in the hotel were gorgeous. You either get a wide view of Kamari below with the beach and the sea in the distance or the immense rocks that surround the hotel. There’s also a view of the zig-zag road up to Ancient Thera. We couldn't have found a better place for our 7days stay in Santorini. The most wonderful, helpful and friendly staff. The hotel itself very clean with spatious rooms, great pool and just within 5min walking distance from the beach and lots of restaurants. An AMAZING experience. Highly recommend!👍

Really beautiful location, the town is not too busy but a good atmosphere whereas Oia and Fira is just chaos. Very, very busy. Apartment was really spacious, very clean and air con doesn't cost additional and free wifi - all great! No washing up liquid etc provided as your cleaners actually do that for you (bless them!). It was a great experience to book a vacation with Hotel Marybill, from cleanliness to service it was excellent for us. Staffs were accommodating and breakfast also is delicious. The hotel has recently been refurbished and it was very clean, modern and chic. The best thing about the hotel was the friendly staff who were all happy to help. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The perfect location which is less than 2 minutes away from the famous black beach, right next to the bus stop. Can't recommend this place enough. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that everything is as perfect as possible for your stay. The location is perfect. Close enough to a few restaurants, far enough away from the chaos of Santorini. The view is priceless. The hotel is also really well designed to ensure privacy, which is very unique for others in the area.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. From arrival you are completely taken care of and feel instantly relaxed. The views are incredible. This includes from the rooms, reception and pool.
