Generally it's a beautiful place. The room is awesome, the pools and plants. The only minuses are: nothing special for breakfast (like in a typical 3-4 star hotel) and the pools not heated (not even one)

Wonderful hotel and service was great. Easy walk to shops 10 mins. Bar service at pool and Esmerelda was great. Breakfast not so good, food not hot e.g. bacon eggs etc. Location was excellent

Traveling with two kids, we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean, and the location is excellent ,  less than a 10-minute walk to Fira and the bus stop. The breakfast was also good. The only downside was that the staff were quite rude and not very friendly, which was disappointing considering how nice everything else was.

The resort itself is lovely, but the view from our room was of a wall. No one at reception spoke Italian, and the sweet options at breakfast were disappointing.

Hotel has large, spacious room, and depending where you are located you are very close to one of the many pools the hotel has to offer. Views, location and the room were really nice. However Breakfast was not good at all, opted to skip because of lack of fresh options and variety. Especially compared to the other hotels we stayed at we were certainly disappointed with the food. Hopefully they fix!

Fabulous hotel, exactly what you would expect from a 5 star hotel in Santorini. My wife and I had an incredible 3 days at the Majestic hotel. The room, staff, pool, and views were all top notch. Special shout out to Amin and the food. The facilities in the room are average. But the hotel view is great. The hotel swimming pool is the best place to watch the sunset, and the breakfast is very rich in variety. The service is also great.

For my second night, there was flushing water sound every hour from mid night, each time last for 10 min, make me awake whole night. I complain this to the manerger in the morning, instead of apologize, he said, why did you call as, we will move you to another room. Not recomendee . It’s normal resort nothing special you even not feeling you are in Santorini because the location is far away and you need car to go to the center. Taxi is very expensive there. Beautiful hotel in Oia - amazing service and care for every guests' needs. Upon arrival we were wowed by the friendly welcome and immaculate public areas. This is a beautiful resort and the staff is attentive. However, it is a 20 minute walk into the shops of. OIA. This is next to impossible during the day as it is extremely hot shuttles are $25 for a five minute ride. I feel this should be offered to the guest free of charge. Just back from a week at this hotel and it was great. All staff are very friendly. Breakfast wasn’t to our taste but there was always cereals and eggs. The shower heads are rusted but this is because it is sea water that comes out, the same as the sink. It’s a great location right beside the sea, with shop at end of street. Also the bus stops at the shop. My only complaint was the bed was to hard.

Property was stunning - be warned it’s a walk to the property on the walking route and you will get your stair workout - but it’s so worth it. Our junior suite was perfect, beautifully detailed and the view is incredible. Less crowded than Fira or Oia, quiet, lovely. Be sure to go to Avocado restaurant nearby, Greek food was amazing and clearly a family business.

I travel a lot and always in very nice hotels. I cannot say enough about the incredible service the employees give you in this hotel. It’s above 5 star. Easily the best place to stay in Santorini, hands down. Put this one on your bucket list. Take note, lots of stairs to climb but well worth it.

Stayed here last week and my whole experience was honestly amazing, staff, food, amenities, views, location- such a relaxing hotel and would recommend to anyone if you are in Santorini you have to stay here. Really beautiful location, the town is not too busy but a good atmosphere whereas Oia and Fira is just chaos. Very, very busy. Apartment was really spacious, very clean and air con doesn't cost additional and free wifi - all great! No washing up liquid etc provided as your cleaners actually do that for you (bless them!). Beautiful place Not so clean because the bed couch sheets were dirty. We asked them to change ,but they never did. Breakfast is good. The hotel is less than 1km from the bus stop. It's a small but clean accommodation. I had an issue with the tour I booked, so I couldn't participate. However, MIA, the receptionist, tried to contact the company until the very end. The next morning, she came to inform me that the tour company had acknowledged the issue and offered a refund. The rooms are beautiful and quiet and all with a gorgeous view of the caldera. The staff is attentive and the restaurant and veranda have 360 views of Santorini. This is the place for sunsets. The sushi restaurant is pricey but very high quality.
