Senses Suites in Imerovigli

NOT RECOMMENDABLE GOING HERE.
We came here on August 2023 to the Junior Suite
- First of all we arrived at Santorini and the villa manager (Mr Nikos) told us to do the check in at 11:00 am, finally the check in was at 14:30 pm, so the check in hour is not flexible at all.
- When we are prepared to enter the room, they asked for the physical credit card that have payed the booking (the book of the room was payed 1 month ago via Booking and all was OK). We can’t show the card because we had lost it the day before. We explain this but they told that we must go to the office of the villa to arrange the problem of not having the card (paying again all the money, with other card). For this, the office were in the other side of the island (50€ of taxi).
- Finally we check in at 16:30 pm, when they told 11:00 am
- Along the days we realized many things that weren’t like the offer. The hot tube was so small and not like the photos (taken with x0,5 zoom). There weren’t all the facilities that the offer said, like slips, pillows, kitchen facilities, etc. A lot of things were out of date and so old, not like the level that you wait of a suite for that price.
- The internet works so bad along the days, the manager sends a repair guy sometimes to fix it, but he never arranged anything.
- The last day, we asked for a later check out (1 hour), for all the time we had to wait the day we arrived. But again, this was impossible because they had not any flexibility.

So for summary’s…I don’t recommend anyone going here paying that amount of money, this place is a big disaster.
