Private accomodation in Santorini

I booked this specifically to be close to the Akrotiri ruins. Hotel was hard to get hold of by Orbitz and myself with no response prior to arrival due to flight arriving after midnight and I overlooked that when booking

They just left instructions since no one was available when I arrived. There was no wifi info in the room so that was inconvenient. I didn’t have that wifi info until the following morning and so could not plan

Checkin is only until midnight in the fine print. It was fine but still anxiety producing since I didn’t know if I had a place to stay or not and there was no cancellation

Close to bus stop and about 20-25 min walk to the ruins either via road or trail route. The road is steeper and hilly so I took the trail

Overall I would stay again, other than the non responsiveness and the wifi info not in the room everything else was fine

Room was clean and had a nice little balcony. We asked for a controler for the air conditioner and the owner hounded us about taking it. She came in our room when we went out.Breakfast was ok

Really cute place close by to the bus stop to Fira. Also a nearby supermarket and convenient store ans a couple restaurants. To help out with luggage and scheduling taxis. Lovely view of the water and sunrise :)

This hotel was once a unique gem run by Anna's mother and now run by her son. It has a history of more than 30 years and shows excellent service standards

During the off-season, the hotel provides guests with warm rooms with electric fireplaces and a reasonably priced airport drop-off service

We absolutely loved this place. Andreas was so nice and the place was amazing and conveniently located.

Its location is convenient, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and public transportation, making it simple to reach the heart of Fira and other destinations on the island

You can’t talk about pension George without talking about Irene. She was the kindest hostess we have ever had as well as being full of knowledge about the island

The receptionist Irene was always more than helpful and always happy to suggest great boat trips to the volcano and local restaurants! I think I found my favorite place to stay on the island!

It was clean and the staff was very friendly. It was about a 20 minute walk to Fira, which was great. They used an outside service for breakfast delivery, and that was also very good

The location was very good with a bus stop being so close to an amazing bakery and supermarket. The rooms were lovely and we took advantage of our balcony that looked out to an amazing view

Our stay at pension George was nothing but perfect. From the beginning to the end, hospitality was amazing when it came to looking after our comfort, health, and well-being

All of the facilities were clean and well-kept. But, the highlight of the stay was most definitely the staff. Everyone was beyond helpful, accommodating, and welcoming

Clean, comfortable and well located for beach and restaurants. The best thing about Evelina Pension was our host. Kostas is a lovely man who made us very welcome from the start. He even took us dancing with his family!

4 days with 4 friends, everything perfect. The Evelina pension has different types of apartments, some simpler, some more elegant. The location is perfect, 2 minutes by foot from Perissa beach from Perissa beach

The gentlemen who owned this was kind and friendly, and very helpful. I just suggest the towels need to be a bit softer. The beach was beautiful and very close too

The only thing we did not like was there were rocks as you walk into the sea and it was very slippery. We had a lovely time though, and would recommend this hotel

Very beautiful place we stayed there for 5 nights. The bus stop and the beach is 1 min walk away. You can also find halal food there

Beautiful apartmet style accommodation, the host Violet is amazing and always willing to help. The food is brilliant, although if you wish you can cook yourself using the kitchenette in your apartment

The staff is extremely friendly and attentive, always available to help and make us feel at home. The atmosphere is warm and peaceful, creating a truly relaxing stay

This location is not immediately next to a town so recommended for people looking for a more peaceful stay, however the hosts will provide transfers into town or you can catch the public bus

In addition, the location is excellent, with easy access to everything essential, while still maintaining the charm and calm of the space. Definitely a place to return to and recommend! 🌅✨

We booked this place via Airbnb and what a find!!!! Giannis was an absolute amazing hostess and the other owner was amazing too. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable

They even drove us to Fira and Oia which was absolutely great! The pool bar was also very well equipped and the person working there amazing! Oh we also had breakfast included in the price of absolute great quality

It's the same owner, reception and pool like at Maria's place, which was really good for us. The hotel lies at a small, gravelly one-way-road. You should be able to lift your luggage a few meters

We stayed for only one night and wished we’d stayed longer. Anna the lovely lady at reception is so welcoming and knows her stuff. Lots of information for you about oia and surrounding areas

Also you shouldn't drink the water from the tap on Santorini. But we could put our bottled water in the fridge provided. The air conditioning worked perfectly aswell as the safe

You also get a beautiful sunset from the property unbeknown to us as we clearly didn’t do our research. But it’s a must visit and we definitely will be returning

The hotel's location is perfect; it is about a 7-minute walk to Oia's central area but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet at night. The service from Anna and everyone else who works at the hotel was excellent

Spent two nights here and had a great experience! Very affordable for the area and they have wonderful service. The lady at the front desk bought crazy glue for my friend who broke her heels

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sophia Oia View! The view from our room was breathtaking — the perfect Santorini experience. The entire team made us feel so welcome and taken care of

The condo is located perfectly in the heart of Oia with amazing views. The plunge pool has the same amazing view and it is much more private than most plunge pools in Oia

Anna met us on arrival and helped us with check-in baggage, Depak and Siri were very responsive for all of our housekeeping, and Cleopatra, the manager, responded promptly to all of our requests and all of our communications

And a special thanks to Dipak and Siri, the amazing housekeeping team, who kept our room spotless and always greeted us with a smile

Alex the bartender is an amazing, charismatic individual and makes the best drinks in all of Santinori combined! Additionally, without even asking, he helped us with luggage and provided us so much information about Oia, Santinori, and Athens

Host was super responsive and helped us when we were in a tight pinch

The Aretousa Villas are outstanding. They are very conveniently located in the charming village of Perissa in a quiet setting and are of a very high standard, including a well maintained swimming pool

This is ideal if you are on holiday with a budget in mind. George's wife baked complimentary baked cakes and offered them to people around the pool area which was another great plus for our stay at Aretousa

A very nice place, clean, nice pool and rooms. Calm and 5 minutes work from the beach and restaurants. Jacob and his family are very helpful, tips, advice and a help with renting a car! Our place in Santorini!

The bed sheets looked a bit worn. There was no Wi-Fi in the rooms, only in the public areas. The scenery was beautiful, with a view of the blue-domed church. Overall, it was quiet and beautiful, quite nice.

Comfortable rooms with small balcony, hot water, clean and tidy, they have a big pool, also when checkout they keep our luggage in the afternoon, great service. 15 minutes walk from main bus station Fira.

The power went out in the area both nights i was there for a few minutes so I'm not sure if it is a regular thing that happens

It has great location in the center of Kamari, from where you can explore beautiful Santorini without spending a fortune. My room had everything I needed and was clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful

Free WiFi and Aircon which is great! Only one thing was bad for me is room cleaning wasn't too often, they changed our bed only ones and room was so dirty after 8 days of our staying

I had a wonderful stay at Porto Castello in Santorini! The hotel was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my visit, always ready to assist with a smile

Great family run hotel. Impressed with the shuttle times and availability, pool areas, cleanliness and AC. I do think the bathroom showers could use some improvement but overall would stay here again.

I loved the location — just a short walk from the beach and with easy access to the rest of the island. The hotel also offers a convenient shuttle service to Fira, which made getting around very easy

Great hotel with the kindest staff ! The pool was great and the hotel is very close to the beach. The hotel was clean and has q great location (the bus stop is just accross the street to go to Kamari, Fira or Oia).

Our room was very nice and clean (maisonette for 2 people) and it had a great view of the pool. The pool is very nice, although there are not many seats available, but it usually is less crowded in the afternoon

Beautiful hotel with unbelievable room rates. The room I stayed had mountain view and was overlooking the pool. Everything was clean, liked the blue decor and even their breakfast had great variety

Both hotels charge a similar rate, but you cannot compare them. Drossos is way superior in any aspect☺️

A nice and peacful little hotel whot great staff. They pick us up in the middle of the night at the airport and offeret us one extra room whit out paying for it. Nice enviromemt and roomfacility for the best price

It is a nice place, swimming pool, not crowded and big areas for parking and other activities at a very reasonable price. I enjoyed my stay there with my wife. There is a Supermarket and grill house nearby

Between 6 of us it cost a tenner a night, it was clean, spacious and everything we needed. It's older and worn but for what we paid I expected much worse. The pool is incredible also and friendly staff

Hosts were incredibly helpful & always happy to advise & give tips on where to visit on the island. Rooms cleaned every day & fresh towels & bedding provided daily. My only niggle would be the shower curtain

The rooms a more than big enough. Free wifi very fast, downloaded couple films for the flight home in no time. Had shower gel/shampoo and bars of soap fresh every day with towels

Ramaya is an amazing, family-run place. Vasilis, the owner, has also opened rooms right next to the restaurant. We stayed there for a week and were really impressed: everything was spotlessly clean, calm, and comfortable

A special mention goes to the freshly squeezed juices – absolutely refreshing and not to be missed! This was our first time at Ramaya, but definitely not the last – we truly hope to come back again

Since the restaurant is right there, we couldn’t resist having both lunch and dinner at Ramaya every single day. The food is outstanding – we ended up trying most of the menu and loved every dish

Sunbeds are very comfortable, making it easy to spend a whole day here by the sea. Drinks and snacks can be served directly to your sunbed, which adds to the relaxing atmosphere

food was on point !!! very delicious 🤤 friendly staff! today was my 4th day in Perissa and this was the best restaurant so far !!! Thank you Chef !! please come to Belgium !!
