Private accomodation in Santorini

Highly recommend this hotel. Short walk to Oia town. Staff are lovely, and the hotel / pool doesn’t get too busy throughout the day. Stunning sunset view from our balcony and it was great to have our own private jacuzzi.

Beautiful stay with a stunning sunset view by the infinity pool. The room was very pretty and the host Diana was warm and welcoming

My husband and I were here as part of our honeymoon and the host helped me set up a surprise with rose petals and candles on arrival

Outside of our room we had a personal spa/hot tub that was cleaned each morning and was kept at 30 degrees celsius. The pool area was equipped with another toilet building under the outdoor dining area and pool bar

Bathroom was equipped with a big shower, sink and toilet with running sprayer, as a bidet type cleaning tool. The rooms were cleaned in the morning and were immaculate after coming back after exploration

The location was great, 5 minutes walk from Oia main street. Just beware that the sidewalk up down break so you will have to walk on the road unless you make a cheeky cut through the bus parking

I booked this specifically to be close to the Akrotiri ruins. Hotel was hard to get hold of by Orbitz and myself with no response prior to arrival due to flight arriving after midnight and I overlooked that when booking

They just left instructions since no one was available when I arrived. There was no wifi info in the room so that was inconvenient. I didn’t have that wifi info until the following morning and so could not plan

Checkin is only until midnight in the fine print. It was fine but still anxiety producing since I didn’t know if I had a place to stay or not and there was no cancellation

Close to bus stop and about 20-25 min walk to the ruins either via road or trail route. The road is steeper and hilly so I took the trail

Overall I would stay again, other than the non responsiveness and the wifi info not in the room everything else was fine

Room was clean and had a nice little balcony. We asked for a controler for the air conditioner and the owner hounded us about taking it. She came in our room when we went out.Breakfast was ok

Nicos (host ) and staff could'nt do enough. We would definitely stay here again. The view and the breakfast was just perfect. The rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable

No complaints whatsoever about the hotel or surrounding area apart from the masseuse on the beach who are quite aggressive and touchy feely trying to get you to have an unlicensed massage going from one sweaty body to the next with no proper sanitation in between

See photos I've posted for more details. We had breakfast twice which was great, lunch in the restaurant one day and snacks on the beach another day. Drinks on their terrace is great for people watching in the evening

She greeted me warmly at the entrance, immediately making me feel welcome, and kindly helped me choose the perfect sun bed. Throughout my visit, she was always nearby, ready to take my order with a smile

We actually didn’t have a bad meal there at any restaurant. The bus is close by (about 10 min walk) and you can travel to Fira for €2 then pick up another bus to other areas of the island for another €2

While we didn't stay at Elixir, we stayed next door, we had drinks there a couple of evenings and ate there at least four times and each time was excellent. The staff are very nice and friendly

Really cute place close by to the bus stop to Fira. Also a nearby supermarket and convenient store ans a couple restaurants. To help out with luggage and scheduling taxis. Lovely view of the water and sunrise :)

This hotel was once a unique gem run by Anna's mother and now run by her son. It has a history of more than 30 years and shows excellent service standards

During the off-season, the hotel provides guests with warm rooms with electric fireplaces and a reasonably priced airport drop-off service

We absolutely loved this place. Andreas was so nice and the place was amazing and conveniently located.

Its location is convenient, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and public transportation, making it simple to reach the heart of Fira and other destinations on the island

It's the same owner, reception and pool like at Maria's place, which was really good for us. The hotel lies at a small, gravelly one-way-road. You should be able to lift your luggage a few meters

We stayed for only one night and wished we’d stayed longer. Anna the lovely lady at reception is so welcoming and knows her stuff. Lots of information for you about oia and surrounding areas

Also you shouldn't drink the water from the tap on Santorini. But we could put our bottled water in the fridge provided. The air conditioning worked perfectly aswell as the safe

You also get a beautiful sunset from the property unbeknown to us as we clearly didn’t do our research. But it’s a must visit and we definitely will be returning

The hotel's location is perfect; it is about a 7-minute walk to Oia's central area but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet at night. The service from Anna and everyone else who works at the hotel was excellent

Great small Hotel with super friendly hosts and pure cleanness!

We had wanted to stay here for some time as we’d seen it on previous visits to restaurants in Limeni but, as others have said, the owners take security and privacy very seriously and we’d not been able to see inside before we actually stayed

However the wait was worth it. If you want seclusion, tasteful surroundings, scrupulously clean rooms, warm service and good food, this is the place. The owner is very present and there is attention to every detail

We were initially given a room which wasn’t suitable for us due to mobility issues but the owner very kindly managed to move us to a room more suited to our needs which we very much appreciated

We especially enjoyed the peaceful early-morning swims (just a few steps from our room), the wonderfully rich breakfast (without the hassle of a buffet), and the many picturesque corners of the building perfect for quiet reading

We spent three nights at this beautifully renovated historic building. We were looking for a place of quiet luxury while still wanting to stay connected to local people, food, and history

Spent two nights here and had a great experience! Very affordable for the area and they have wonderful service. The lady at the front desk bought crazy glue for my friend who broke her heels

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sophia Oia View! The view from our room was breathtaking — the perfect Santorini experience. The entire team made us feel so welcome and taken care of

The condo is located perfectly in the heart of Oia with amazing views. The plunge pool has the same amazing view and it is much more private than most plunge pools in Oia

Anna met us on arrival and helped us with check-in baggage, Depak and Siri were very responsive for all of our housekeeping, and Cleopatra, the manager, responded promptly to all of our requests and all of our communications

And a special thanks to Dipak and Siri, the amazing housekeeping team, who kept our room spotless and always greeted us with a smile

Alex the bartender is an amazing, charismatic individual and makes the best drinks in all of Santinori combined! Additionally, without even asking, he helped us with luggage and provided us so much information about Oia, Santinori, and Athens

🌊 Hello, we are very happy with our stay at this guesthouse. Very attentive and kind host, clean and tidy rooms. Delicious coffee. And most importantly — the sea is just 50 meters away!!!! Recommended! 😊

Housekeeping was amazing and found she always went out of her way to surprise us with beautiful fresh flowers and decorations on our Bed ! Bathrooms a little small but who lives In there ! Breakfast was Simple and nice ! but filled us and we enjoyed our stay very much and owner was very helpful

Pt hotel ideally located facing the sea, the beach bustling with restaurants and shops, the bus nearby to Fira and from there all directions. Superb welcome, host always attentive and available

Perfect location in Kamari! Close to the beach and all you need. Friendly and service minded host. Recommended! The cleaning was a 4, but we would book it again if we go back to Kamari

When we arrived we found it to be Basic Cosy Room, However after our stay we had the best sleep , close to beach and restaurants

The receptionist Irene was always more than helpful and always happy to suggest great boat trips to the volcano and local restaurants! I think I found my favorite place to stay on the island!

It was clean and the staff was very friendly. It was about a 20 minute walk to Fira, which was great. They used an outside service for breakfast delivery, and that was also very good

The location was very good with a bus stop being so close to an amazing bakery and supermarket. The rooms were lovely and we took advantage of our balcony that looked out to an amazing view

The scenery is unbeatable. The advantage of this area is that there are not so many stairs like Fira and Oia Luggage needs to be moved up and down. The service staff are very friendly There are also many cute cats

We had a wonderful 2 weeks at Evelina Pension. Mr Kostas, owner and host, is very dedicated to his guests, and we couldn't be happier to enjoy his support

Clean, comfortable and well located for beach and restaurants. The best thing about Evelina Pension was our host. Kostas is a lovely man who made us very welcome from the start. He even took us dancing with his family!

The location is another side of the airport however it is near to the port if you will move to another island of Greece! You should try it! The hotel is just next to the beach very quiet location there is few restaurants to eat from

Kostas is very friendly and made sure that our stay there was special!! He recommended us some places too which elevated our experience on the island!! I recommend this place !!

His hospitality made us feel like part of his own family, something truly rare to find. My wife and daughter were delighted as well, and everything exceeded our expectations

Beautiful apartmet style accommodation, the host Violet is amazing and always willing to help. The food is brilliant, although if you wish you can cook yourself using the kitchenette in your apartment

This location is not immediately next to a town so recommended for people looking for a more peaceful stay, however the hosts will provide transfers into town or you can catch the public bus

In addition, the location is excellent, with easy access to everything essential, while still maintaining the charm and calm of the space. Definitely a place to return to and recommend! 🌅✨

We booked this place via Airbnb and what a find!!!! Giannis was an absolute amazing hostess and the other owner was amazing too. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable

They even drove us to Fira and Oia which was absolutely great! The pool bar was also very well equipped and the person working there amazing! Oh we also had breakfast included in the price of absolute great quality
