The spa facilities let the resort down - for a 5* spa resort the facilities are restricted to two massage rooms, no indoor pool (the outdoor pools were very cold), no sauna, jacuzzi or steam room

Great Hotel right next to the beach

Staff were amazing on reception and concierge - special mention to Georgia (I think her name was) who help make our short stay very memorable with her sage advice on how to fill our time. Would stay again.

We really liked the hotel and our sea view room. A wonderful complex with swimming pools, a great breakfast and friendly staff. We were very happy to stay here! I recommend it!

Numerous pools as well as a direct beach access both having luxurious sunbeds. The rooms are spacious and have balconies, kept very clean with the daily maid service, easy access shower

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at the hotel whilst celebrating my 10th wedding anniversary. We stayed in a deluxe sea view room that was very spacious and stunning. The staff were very polite and helpful

The rooms were in need of some TLC and lacked some basic necessities you’d expect from a beachside hotel with pool facilities—such as a clothes dryer on the balcony

Not living up to the price We stayed in one of the sea view suites with private pool. The room was truly amazing, great view, comfortable bed and very good AC. Enjoyed the coffee in the rom and the loudspeaker

The cleaning staff did a great job keeping the room tidy, though the mornings could be quite noisy. Being next to the domestic cupboard meant lots of chatter and walkie-talkies at full volume, which wasn’t very restful

Very nice resort. It was a nice distance from the Kamari beach *****. The hotel did not take the credit card until the end of my stay which I thought was odd. The staff were very friendly. Place was clean.

I had an amazing time at Sigalas hotel, the food was excellent, the service was even better. People at the hotel are super kind. It's right on the beach, it takes 1 minute from the room to the beach

This place is right on the water with a black sand beach, and service that is both friendly and above and beyond what we expected

I was suprised to have a small kitchen in the room so I was able to make myself coffee in the room. They give you beach towels and beach bag so you don't have to carry your own

Nice and clean hotel, close to the beach and friendly staff! We never tried the kitchen except for the breakfast that we really liked! The pool was quite small (there was also one in the backyard), but we never used it since we were diving in the sea all day

Such a nice beach hotel I say maybe a 3 Star, Staff where so friendly and helpful both staff on reception,and Zikos and Kostas. Shower was very small and never hot water even though staff said it was checked

Very well located, in front of the beach. It is not far from the airport. They helped us with any request. I would have liked the TV to have access to the internet or Netflix

The owners are extremely friendly and helpful! The room was cleaned every day, and towels changed too! The swimming pool it is open from 8.00-21.00, it is clean and beautiful 🤗 , breakfast it’s ok.

The things that bring down the grade is the fact that the beds are not comfortable at all and the fact that the buses stop going at 21:30 and the bar by the pool is mostly closed

We to Santorini for my friends wedding & we had a great time! Arion Bay is in a great location and you have got restaurants, bars, shops and the beach on your doorstep! ilias & tony are great hosts! The rooms are basic but comfortable the only thing i didnt like was the showe! its just a shower cubicule and you have to hold the shower yourself but i got used to it after a while & the majority of hotels...

With large pool, sunbeds, pool bar of course and wifi all over the area. The rooms aren´t perfect but they are more than satisfying for the time of your stay

All white, recently renewed, with funny furniture built in concrete (I think) and painted in white, large, with sea view, a nice balcony with bougainvillea flowers, it was absolutely adorable

We have been told that Arion bay was the luxurious 3 star hotel in Kamari and It turned out to be quite true. It´s right on a beach, very nicely situated

We were just two but there were also families with little kids (cca from 6 months and older) and it is very comfortable for older people as well. (wheelchair is not a problem, there is low-floor access)

The owner - Elijah - is very nice, friendly and helpful, he speaks fluent English and German. What we really loved was breakfast. Bacon, eggs, sausages, cereals, fruit and vegetable salads, sweets etc

Hotel is located 100 yards from beach down footpath, pool area is set off hotel across footpath but very quite area and lots of sun beds. Rooms cleaned every day and staff very friendly.

What a beautiful hotel ! The service was fantastic ! The lady at reception put so much effort into helping us with everything that we wanted to do ! The hotel is situated close to the beach and not far from the bus stop! Perfect location!

This hotel is just perfect- next to the beach and bus stop. We got out private Jacuzzi and we enjoy it a lot. The room was big and cleaned everyday. The most we liked the people there- very kind and helpful

Our stay at Santorini Crystal Blue Boutique Hotel was exceptional. The hotel’s location, right on the beach, provided stunning views and easy access to the sea

The pool area was Ok, not too big and a bit less for kids, but hey, there is the Sea (bring protective swim shoes!) All in all - perfect and recommend

Stayed here for two nights in the end of August. It’s a small cute hotel right at the beach. There are plenty reserved umbrellas at the beach for the guests. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated

Crystal Blue Boutique Hotel is a hidden gem in Santorini. It is a great hotel if you want to relax and enjoy the island away from the crowds. It is conveniently located in the black beach

The pool is outstanding, the food is beyond delicisious, the service is spot on, the rooms are cleaned and taken care of

Our apartment was very convenient to shops, restaurants, swimming pool, and had sun beds for use on Kamari Beach

Let start with the location first: Located right in front of the private beach with free sunbeds available for guests, you just need to cross a few meters of pedestrian road and you're there

The location is in the heart of Kamari along the pedestrian beach road, there are plenty's of restaurants, pubs, shops, and minimarkets close in a couple of minutes walking with no noise during the night

It's long time since my last review, but Nissia well deserves without any doubts. With my wife and the 2 kids of 6 and 10yrs spent 3 entire weeks in Nissia and became part of this great staff

Jenny and Kostos at the reception desk were very helpful with suggestions and making reservations for a car and restaurants
